The presynaptic influences that act on terminals of slowly adapting lung stretch receptor afferents and aortic baroreceptor afferents within the nucleus of the solitary tract were assessed using intracellular recording and antidromic stimulation techniques.Central respiratory influences on the axcitability of lung stretch receptor terminals were observed in 29% (4 of 14) of measurements. These were confirmed in intracellular recordings where membrane depolarizations in synchrony with phrenic nerve discharge were seen in 17% (4 of 24) of fibres. In three cases membrane depolarization also occurred synchronously with artificial lung inflation.Neither tests of excitability nor intracellular recording revealed any evidence for equivalent presynaptic influences on 16 myelinated aortic baroreceptor terminals.Stimulation of the superior laryngeal nerve evoked depolarizations in 50% (7 of 14) of lung stretch receptor terminals. These took the form of complex waves of depolarization with both short (3–8 ms) and long latency (27–35 ms) components. The amplitude of the long latency response increased during the period of phrenic nerve discharge, i.e. during central inspiration.These effects are discussed in relation to the central respiratory influences on both respiratory and cardiovascular reflexes.  相似文献

目的 :研究低频交变磁场对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率的影响。方法 :用强度为 10mT和 15mT的低频交变磁场作用于小鼠后 ,检测其骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率。结果 :经强度为 10mT的低频交变磁场作用后的小鼠微核率与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异 ,而强度为 15mT的实验组较阴性对照组微核率有明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,较阳性对照组有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :当小鼠受到 15mT的低频交变磁场作用时 ,细胞微核率增加 ,可能会致突变。  相似文献

This paper researches the static output‐feedback stabilization of single‐input single‐output (SISO) positive coupled differential‐difference equations (CDDEs) with unbounded time‐varying delays. First, a necessary and sufficient condition is provided for the positivity and asymptotical stability of CDDEs with unbounded time‐varying delays. For this type of system, based on the constructed estimates of its solution, a necessary and sufficient condition on asymptotical stability is provided. Then, based on this criterion, for CDDEs with unbounded time‐varying delays, a kind of static output‐feedback controller is designed to ensure the positivity and asymptotical stability of the corresponding closed‐loop systems. It is also worth pointing out that the controller is designed by the linear programming method without parameterization technique. This design approach can also be applied to the static state feedback stabilization problem of CDDEs with unbounded time‐varying delays. Finally, two illustrative examples are given to show the effectiveness of our results.  相似文献

多数诱发电位具有突出的“时变”特性:它们属瞬态反应,在反应前、反应中、反应后各个阶段,电活动的频谱都不断在变化,时变滤波的技术要点:使滤波参数根据电反应的瞬时特性而变,从而更有效地提取有用信号,提高信噪比、缩短操作时间。本文对一般叠加平均处理和时变滤波叠加在动物和人各种听觉诱发电位的信噪比进行了比较。结果显示时变滤波叠加的诱发电位信噪比明显提高,使用时变滤波叠加处理,能达到背景噪声小的效果和反应波形清晰的优点。在大多数情况下,叠加次数可相应地减少,使听觉诱发电位测试效率有所提高。  相似文献

Magnetic domain motion has been widely studied in the fields of spintronics, nanowires, and thin films. However, there is a lack of such studies on industrial steels, especially for domain motion under the action of varying stress. Understanding domain motion under stress is helpful for the improvement of evaluation accuracy and the establishment of theoretical models of passive, nondestructive testing technology. This paper presents the influence of varying tensile stresses on the magnetic domain motion of silicon steel sheets. Magnetic domain rotation and domain wall displacement were characterized using magnetic domain images, and their motion mechanisms under elastic and plastic stresses are presented. The results show that the domain rotation under stress involves reversible and irreversible changes. The effect of material rearrangement on domain rotation and domain wall displacement after plastic deformation is discussed. Based on the motion mechanism, a threshold stress value (TSV) required for the complete disappearance of the supplementary domains in the elastic range is proposed, enabling the classification of the elastic stress ranges in which the reversible and irreversible domain rotations occur. In addition, the effect of microstructure on TSV is also discussed, and the results show that the regions far away from the grain boundary need larger stresses to complete an irreversible domain rotation. Additionally, the domain width and orientation also affect the TSV. These findings regarding the domain motion mechanism and TSV can help to explain the sequence of domain rotation under stress and modify the stress assessment under dynamic loads in electromagnetic nondestructive evaluation, especially in the magnetic memory method.  相似文献

Background and aimsIn type 2 diabetes (T2D) patients, the reduction of glycemic variability and postprandial glucose excursions is essential to limit diabetes complications, beyond HbA1c level. This study aimed at determining whether increasing the content of Slowly Digestible Starch (SDS) in T2D patients’ diet could reduce postprandial hyperglycemia and glycemic variability compared with a conventional low-SDS diet.Methods and resultsFor this randomized cross-over pilot study, 8 subjects with T2D consumed a controlled diet for one week, containing starchy products high or low in SDS. Glycemic variability parameters were evaluated using a Continuous Glucose Monitoring System.Glycemic variability was significantly lower during High-SDS diet compared to Low-SDS diet for MAGE (Mean Amplitude of Glycemic Excursions, p < 0.01), SD (Standard Deviation, p < 0.05), and CV (Coefficient of Variation, p < 0.01). The TIR (Time In Range) [140–180 mg/dL[ was significantly higher during High-SDS diet (p < 0.0001) whereas TIRs ≥180 mg/dL were significantly lower during High-SDS diet. Post-meals tAUC (total Area Under the Curve) were significantly lower during High-SDS diet.ConclusionOne week of High-SDS Diet in T2D patients significantly improves glycemic variability and reduces postprandial glycemic excursions. Modulation of starch digestibility in the diet could be used as a simple nutritional tool in T2D patients to improve daily glycemic control.Registration numberin clinicaltrials.gov: NCT 03289494.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the robust stability problem for uncertain discrete‐time systems with interval time‐varying delays and randomly occurring parameter uncertainties. By construction of a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and utilization of new zero equalities with delay‐partitioning approach, improved delay‐dependent criteria for the robust stability of the systems are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities for guaranteeing the asymptotic stability of the concerned systems. This paper considers the problem of robust H performance analysis for uncertain discrete‐time singular systems with time‐varying delays. Firstly, a delay‐dependent stability criterion under the H performance index for the systems is given based on constructing a generalized Lyapunov–Krasovskii function and introducing a new difference inequality. Then, a sufficient condition ensuing the system to be regular, causal as well as stable for all admissible uncertainties is proposed in terms of a set of strict linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). This paper investigates the state feedback robust H control problem of a class of discrete‐time singular systems with norm‐bounded uncertainties and interval time‐varying delays in state and input. A new bounded real lemma for discrete‐time singular systems with a pair of time‐varying interval state delays is first investigated. Mathematical comparisons of the new bounded real lemma and two existing ones are presented. Then, on the basis of the bounded real lemma proposed here, a sufficient condition in the form of nonlinear matrix inequality, such that the considered state feedback robust H control problem is solvable, is given. In order to solve the nonlinear matrix inequality, a cone complementarity linearization algorithm is offered.
