医院文化的哲学伦理内核及其在现代医院管理中的重要作用

医院管理不是孤立自存的现象,由于管理者和被管理都生活在一定的医院文化氛围之中,因此,医院文化的哲学内核是现代医院管理知识的精髓,医院组织的价值观念、道德准则和思维方式,深刻地影响和制约着现代医院管理的原则和方法,决定着现代医院管理的实施和成败。     

More than wisdom

This paper presents and interprets empirical findings from field studies in a Bambara village in the Republic of Mali in order to place the traditional position of the elderly in cultural context. The significance of a seniority principle underlying the social structure of African society is emphasized. Thus attitude and behavioral changes which affect the status of the elderly have wider ramifications for the society as a whole. Attention centers on the role of age sets, myth and ritual, ancestor worship and socialization practices as elements of a total cultural system in which the rules of seniority provide an organizing force. In the last section, the ways in which social change threatens the viability of a social system governed by the seniority principle are reviewed. Signs of breaks in the solidarity of the traditional community are noted. Finally, two strategies for improving the position of the elderly in the African countryside as the traditional system disintegrates are proposed.To the people of Sonongo in gratitude.     

Pulmonary aspiration of gastric contents after a priming dose of vecuronium

A case is presented of a 16-year-old girl with ectodermal dysplasia for whom dental surgery under general anaesthesia was planned. Following a priming dose of vecuronium, and immediately after injection of sodium thiopentone (5 mg·kg⁻¹) pulmonary aspiration of gastric contents occurred. It is hypothesized that, because of the rapid speed of onset of neuromuscular blocking agents on the laryngeal muscles, that partial laryngeal paralysis was present at the time of induction of anaesthesia and that this was responsible in part for the episode of pulmonary aspiration.

Application of median-effect in quantitative analysis of antitumor drugs in vitro

Objective: To analyze quantitatively the synergistic and antagonistic effects of combined oxymatrine (OMT) and 5-fluorouracil (5-GU) on a cell line of human liver cancer (HepG2) with median-effect principle in vitro. Methods: The median-effect principle and MTT method were used in the quantitative analysis of effects of the two drugs. Results: Cytotoxic activity of the individual drugs enhanced as drug concentration increased. As fa=0.41, a CI equal to 1 indicated additivity; fa<0.41, a CI less than 1 indicated synergy; and fa>0.41, a CI greater than 1 indicated antagonism. The sequence of administration did not influence the cytotoxic activity of the combined antitumor drugs. The ratio of drug concentration was a factor that can influence the killing effect. Conclusion: The combined drugs interaction (CI<1) was synergistic at lower concentration and antagonistic at higher concentration. 浅谈历代医家对温病病因和发病的认识

作者对自《内经》到《温热论》时期温热病的病因和发病的认识进行了总结。此由最初的以“伤寒”总称各种热病,逐步发展至“外感六淫化火说”、“非时之气,戾气说”、“伏邪之说”、“新感学说”,至清代产生了“温热毒邪学说”,从病因和发病上根本区别了温病与伤寒,同时创立了卫气营血辨证、三焦辨证等理论,形成了《温热论》。     

中医药治疗恶性肿瘤的研究进展

阐述了中医对恶性肿瘤病因病机的认识及治则治法，对目前中医药治疗恶性肿瘤的几种新思路进行了探讨．在指出中医药治疗恶性肿瘤中存在的问题的同时，提出了笔者的几点建议。

作为难治性疾病之一的病毒性乙型肝炎(简称乙肝),在临床运用中医中药治疗的过程中,必须严格遵循师古不泥古,开拓创新的原则.抗病毒原则、重视客观检测的原则、临床再探索的原则、辨病与辨证统一的原则以及重视药物毒性须慎重择药的原则等.

目的 :探讨药店实施GPP认证的自愿性原则 ,为保障GPP的顺利实施提出参考建议。方法 :从实施GPP认证的目的、行业整体服务水平、公正性和法律保障等方面对自愿性原则进行分析。结果与结论 :药店实施GPP认证的自愿性原则的可行性有待市场验证 ,但应尽快出台相关法律、法规和政策 ,并加大向公众宣传安全用药知识的力度。
