Diterpenoids from the Roots of Agastache rugosa

从土藿香根中得到两个二萜化合物，藿香酚（２）及异藿香酚（３）。经光谱解析（ＩＲ，ＵＶ，ＨＲＭＳ及ＮＭＲ谱），确定它们的结构分别为１１，１４ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ１２ｍｅｔｈｏｘｙ１９（４→３）ａｂｅｏａｂｉｅｔａ４，（１８），８，１１，１３ｔｅｔｒａｅｎ７ｏｎｅ（２）和１１，１４ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ１２ｍｅｔｈｏｘｙ１９（４→３）ａｂｅｏａｂｉｅｔａ３，８，１１，１３ｔｅｔｒａｅｎ７ｏｎｅ（３）藿香酚（２）为一新的化合物，而异藿香酚（３）系首次从天然界分离得到，二者为一对异构体。     

香茶菜属植物的化学成分与药理作用研究进展

我们主要综述了国内近年来有关香茶菜属植物在化学成分、药理作用、临床应用方面的研究进 展,并且讨论了这一领域的研究方向。     

Antiviral triterpenes fromPrunella vulgaris

Two triterpenes 1 and 2 with antiviral activity againstHerpes simplex virus type 1in vitro were isolated fromPrunella vulgaris. Each compound caused a significant reduction in viral cytopathic effect whenvero cells were exposed to them for 72 hours after viral challenge. They were identified asbetulinic acid(1) and 2α, 3α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(2) on the basis of their spectroscopic properties. The antiviral activity of them was estimated as EC₅₀=30 μg/ml(1) and 8 μg/ml(2), respectively by plaque reduction assay.     

蒙药材夏至草的生药鉴定

目的:研究蒙药材夏至草的生药鉴定特征,方法,应用来源,性状,显微及薄层鉴别方法.结果:蒙药材夏至草为唇形科植物夏至草Lagopsis supina(Steph),Ik-Gal ex Knorr,的合草,详细描述了其生药鉴别特征.结论:实验结果为鉴别`开发利用该药材提供了鉴定依据.     

峨眉山区唇形科药用植物ITS2和mat K条形码序列鉴定

目的 评价以ITS2和matK序列作为DNA条形码对峨眉山区唇形科药用植物的鉴定效果。方法 从峨眉山区采集23种唇形科药用植物样本,提取DNA,PCR扩增ITS2序列,并从Genbank上分别下载54与51条唇形科植物的ITS2及matK序列;使用MEGA 5.0软件计算全部序列的种间、种内遗传距离及序列变异位点,构建Neighbor Joining(NJ)系统进化树,最后开展barcoding gap分析。结果 峨眉山唇形科药用植物的ITS2序列长度为190～237 bp,GC含量为53%～73%,具有较为明显的barcoding gap,对唇形科植物的识别率为94%,而matK序列的barcoding gap不显著,有明显重叠现象,对唇形科植物的识别率为96%。结论 ITS2从种水平上对唇形科植物有更好的鉴定能力,但matK序列对唇形科植物的识别率更高,因此,以ITS2为主,matK序列为辅的鉴定方法能够对唇形科药用植物进行快速、准确的鉴定和识别,准确阐明物种之间的亲缘关系,对峨眉山区唇形科药用植物资源的有效保护和合理开发提供了理论依据。     

A new labdane-type diterpenoid from Leonurus japonicus

Five fractions prepared from the crude extract of Leonurus japonicus were examined in order to determine their cytotoxic potential. Under the bioassay guidance, a new labdane-type diterpenoid (1), and nine known ones (2–10) along with a seco-labdane (11) were isolated from the aerial parts of Leonurus japonicus. The structure elucidation was primarily based on comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including HRESIMS, IR, and 1D and 2D NMR methods. Compound 4 (6β-hydroxy-15,16-epoxylabda-8,13(16),14-trien-7-one) exhibited potential cytotoxicity against HeLa cell line (IC₅₀ = 23.75 μM).     

Inhibitory activity of diacylglycerol acyltransferase by tanshinones from the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza

The inhibitory activity of tanshinones from Salvia miltiorrhiza was tested on rat liver diacylglycerol acyltransferase (DGAT). Cryptotanshinone (1) and 15,16-dihydrotanshinone I (3) exhibited potent DGAT inhibitory activities dose-dependently with IC50 values of 10.5 microg/ml and 11.1 microg/ml. However, tanshinone IIA (2) and tanshinone I (4) showed very weak inhibition (IC50 value: > 250 microg/ml). A dihydrofuran moiety was seemed to be responsible for the stronger inhibitory activity.     

Effect of Perilla frutescens on nitric oxide production and DNA synthesis in cultured murine vascular smooth muscle cells

The effects of perilla (Perilla frutescens, Labiatae) on murine cultured vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) were investigated. The water extract of perilla leaves induced nitric oxide (NO) production of VSMC and this effect was synergistically augmented when combined with interferon (IFN)-gamma or tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha, while the perilla extract significantly inhibited NO production induced by IFN-gamma combined with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Northern blot analysis revealed that these effects of the perilla extract paralleled mRNA expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase. However, the perilla extract significantly inhibited platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) or TNF-alpha-induced VSMC proliferation measured as DNA synthesis. The inhibitory effect of the perilla extract on TNF-alpha-induced VSMC proliferation was significantly suppressed by N(G)-monomethyl-L-arginine, a non-specific nitric synthase inhibitor, suggesting that this effect was partially mediated by NO production as an autocrine/paracrine factor. The present findings suggest that perilla would be useful for the prevention of vascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis.     

毛喉鞘蕊花中的萜类成分

目的：研究毛喉鞘蕊花（Coleus forskohlii）全草中萜类成分。方法：利用多种色谱法对毛喉鞘蕊花乙醇提取物进行成分分离，运用多种光谱技术确定化合物结构。结果：分得6个化合物，其中2个属8，13-环氧-14-烯-11-酮半日花烷型二萜，分别为3-羟基佛司可林（1）、3-羟基异佛司可林（2）；2个齐墩果烷型三萜，分别为2d，3p，19α-三羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸（3）、2α，3β，19α，23-四羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸（4）；2个乌索烷型三萜，分别为2α，3α，19α-三羟基乌索烷．12-烯-28-酸（5）、2α，3α，19α，23-四羟基乌索烷-12-烯-28-酸（6）。结论：化合物1—2为新天然产物，首次对它们的碳氢信号进行归属；化合物3—6均为首次从该种植物中分得。     

Chemical constituents of Isodon melissoides

Four new diterpenoids, melissoidesin E (1), F (2), G (4) and H (5), together with one known diterpenoid and two lignan glycosides, were isolated from aerial parts of Isodon melissoides. Their structures were established by spectral analysis and comparison with related compounds. The lignan glycosides (compounds 7 and 8) were the first examples to be isolated from the genus Isodon plants.
