羽裂蟹甲草中的甾醇类化合物

目的:对从羽裂蟹甲草Cacalia tangutica中提取并分离的7个甾醇类化合物及2个香豆素类化合物的结构进行鉴定。方法:从地上部分的石油醚浸膏中分离得到了9个化合物,利用现代波谱技术MS,¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR,DEPT和化学方法对其进行结构鉴定。结果:这几个化合物分别为豆甾-4-烯-3β,6β-二醇(1),24-乙基-5α-胆甾-3β,5,6β-三醇(2),7β-甲氧基-豆甾-5-烯-3β-醇(3),7β-甲氧基-豆甾-5-烯-3β,22β-二醇(4),豆甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇(5),伞形花内酯(6),7-羟基-8-甲氧基香豆素(7)。结论:化合物1~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。     

The sesquiterpenes from the roots of Cacalia roborowskii

A new sesquiterpene cacaroborin (1) was isolated from the roots of Cacalia roborowskii, together with three known ones, cinalbicol (2), isopetasin (3), and 3α-angeloyloxylactone (4). The structure of compound 1 was elucidated as 1β,10α-dihydroxy-8α-methoxyeremophil-7(11)-en-8β,12-olide on the basis of spectral evidence (1D, 2D NMR, IR, EI-MS, and HR-ESI-MS) and X-ray diffraction analysis.     

ent-Kaurenoids from the roots of Cacalia pilgeriana

Two new ent-kaurenoids,19-acetoxyl-ent-3β,17-dihydroxykaur-15-ene (1), 19-acetoxyl-ent-3β-hydroxykaur-15-en-17-al (2), together with seven known ent-kaurenoids: ent-kaur-16-en-19-al (3), ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid (4), ent-kauran-16β,17-diol (5), ent-15β, 16β-epoxy-17-hydroxykauran-19-oic acid (6),19-acetyl-ent-3β-hydroxyl-kaur-16-ene (7), ent-3β,19-dihydroxykaur-16-ene (8), ent-17-hydroxykaur-15-ene (9), were isolated from Cacalia pilgeriana. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR spectral analysis.
