Interpersonal positive reframing in the daily lives of couples coping with breast cancer

Abstract

Objectives: This study examined word use as an indicator of interpersonal positive reframing in daily conversations of couples coping with breast cancer and as a predictor of stress.

Design: The Electronically Activated Recorder (EAR) and Linguistic Inquiry and Word Count (LIWC) were used to examine naturally occurring word use conceptually linked to positive reframing (positive emotion, negative emotion, and cognitive processing words).

Sample: Fifty-two couples coping with breast cancer.

Methods: Couples wore the EAR, a device participants wear, that audio-recorded over one weekend (>16,000 sound files), and completed self-reports of positive reframing (COPE) and stress (Perceived Stress Scale). LIWC, a software program, measured word use.

Findings: Both partners’ word use (i.e., positive emotion and cognitive processing words) was associated with their own reported positive reframing, and spouses’ word use was also indicative of patients’ positive reframing. Results also revealed that, in general, words indicating positive reframing predicted lower levels of stress.

Conclusions: Findings supported the hypothesis that partners—and particularly spouses of breast cancer patients—may assist each other’s coping by positively reframing the cancer experience and other negative experiences in conversation.     

心理护理在ICU重症护理中的效果观察

目的探讨心理护理在ICU重症护理中的效果。方法选定本科于2017年6月-2019年8月收诊的ICU重症患者86例,等距抽样法分为对照组(43例,传统式护理)与观察组(43例,心理护理联合传统式护理)2组,比较2组ICU重症患者的护理满意率、情绪评分(SAS/SDS)指标。结果观察组ICU重症患者干预结束后的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ICU重症患者干预结束后的SAS评分(32.52±3.26)分、SDS评分(30.09±3.45)分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理应用于ICU重症患者,可对其满意度、安全性进行保证。     

米索前列醇预防剖宫产后出血344例临床观察

目的:观察米索前列醇预防剖宫产手术后出血的临床效果。方法:随机将有剖宫产手术指征的344例孕妇分为3组,分别为在胎儿娩出后给予米索前列醇200mg舌下含化(A组)、缩宫素静脉滴注及子宫肌层注射(B组)和对照组(C组,不给予任何药物),观察产后不同时间的出血量。结果:产后出血量及出血发生率A、B组均明显少于C组(P<0·05)。结论:米索前列醇对分娩后子宫具有较好的收缩作用,且给药方便、安全性较好。     

剖宫产术后并发下肢静脉栓塞的护理及预防

通过对20例剖宫产术后并发下肢静脉栓塞病人的观察,分析了发生静脉栓塞的原因,提出了相应的护理、观察、预防等一系列措施.     

61例流行性出血热患者临床各期血液流变学观察

通过血液流变学的检测,观察61例流行性出血热患者临床各期的改变。发现出血热患者临床各期,全血粘度的均数都高于正常对照的上限值。五期中少尿期升高不明显,发热期和多尿期明显升高。红细胞聚集指数各期均有显著性升高,提示出血热整个病程是DIC的形成过程。通过动态观察临床各期血液流变学的检测可及时正确地指导临床工作。     

辨证分型结合百草丹胶囊治疗慢性胆囊炎50例疗效观察

目的:对慢性胆囊炎进行辨证分型,分为气滞血瘀型、肝胆湿热型、脾虚气郁型、肝郁阴虚型等4型,观察运用百草丹胶囊结合中药辨证治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效。方法:以本院非标准制剂百草丹胶囊每日3次口服,每次2粒,结合中药辨证分别予以行气祛瘀法、清热利湿法、健脾舒肝法、疏肝养阴法治疗,一共治疗慢性胆囊炎50例。结果:总有效率100%。结论:中药辨证合百草丹胶囊治疗慢性胆囊炎有十分确切的疗效。     

米非司酮应用于子宫内膜异位症患者的疗效观察123例

目的探讨米非司酮应用于子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法 123例子宫内膜异位症患者被随机分为实验组(n=63)和对照组(n=60),两组均给予手术治疗,实验组在手术治疗基础上给予米非司酮治疗方案。结果实验组总有效率为95.2%,痊愈率为84.1%,对照组总有效率为56.7%,痊愈率为43.3%,实验组效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论手术治疗联合米非司酮应用于高血压脑出血,能提高手术效果,降低复发率,值得在临床上应用和推广。     

实验性糖尿病大鼠肝,肾,心,脑脂肪酸代谢的动态变化

报道对链脲佐菌素（STZ）诱导的实验性糖尿病大鼠几种重要脏器（肝、肾、心、脑）卵磷脂、脑磷脂中脂肪酸构成的变化。不饱和脂肪酸变化的模式（C18：2n-6，C20：3n-6，C22：5n-3，C22：6n-3增加，C20：4n-6降低）基本相同，改变的先后顺序是肝→心、肾→脑。     

Ultrastructural Observations of The Anterior Chamber Angle Tissues in Congenital Glaucoma

Eighteen trabeculectomy specimens of congenital glaucoma were examined by light and transimssion electron microscopy. The results showed that the primary anomalies in congenital glaucoma included the developmental defects of trabecular meshwork, excessive collagen fibrils in the trabecular matrix, shifting forward of ciliary muscle fibres and persistent mesenchymal tissues in the anterior-chamber angle. The authors also pointed out the importance of the secondary lesions of the trabecular meshwork in the pathogenesis of congenital glaucoma. Eye Science 1994; 10:50-56.
