异种角膜片层间植入的组织相容性及形态学研究

采用层间囊袋分离法在２８只兔眼角膜上行角膜层间植入术，植片由人尸体角膜制成，最后进行观察并取得结果的２３只，术后观察３个月，角膜保持透明，形态学的主要特点是植片内角膜细胞缺如，内皮细胞形态结构未见明显影响，提示人眼角膜植片与兔眼角膜具有较好的组织相容性，为非人类角膜材料的应用提供了初步的经验与依据。     

Non-ulcerative fungal keratitis diagnosed by posterior lamellar biopsy*

We report a case of Fusarium solani keratitis which highlights the difficulties often associated with management of fungal corneal infections. This case demonstrates several unusual and interesting features: the occurrence of deep fungal pathology after superficial injury, the difficulties encountered in attempting to isolate and identify the causative organism, and the protracted course taken by an organism often noted to be rapidly destructive. These features necessitated an individual approach to therapy, employing unconventional medical and surgical techniques to achieve a satisfactory outcome     

环孢霉素A和地塞米松局部应用对角膜移植免疫排斥的疗效观察

报告１％环孢霉素Ａ（ＣｙｃｌｏｓｐｏｒｉｎＡ，ＣｓＡ）和地塞米松局部联合用药，治疗３１只眼穿透性角膜移植术后的免疫排斥反应，随访６～１８个月植片透明治愈为９３．５％，平均治愈时间７天，观察表明局部用药既能收到良好的疗效，又避免了全身用药的毒副作用，并对ＣｓＡ和地塞米松联合用药的机理及注意事项进行了讨论。     

准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后界面性角膜炎的临床观察

目的 :动态观察准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LASIK)后界面性角膜炎 (DLK)的临床变化 ,同时对其角膜瓣下临床特点及处理方法进行分析。　方法 :对 35 0 0例行LASIK后 1 0例 (1 8只眼 )发生DLK患者进行观察。按3、7、1 4天和 1、2、6个月不同时间进行视力、裂隙灯显微镜检查。　结果 :局部用激素、抗生素治疗 1周 ,症状控制 ,1～ 2个月全部吸收。视力恢复至 1 .0～ 1 .5 (1 6只眼 ) ,0 .8～ 1 .0 (2只眼 )。　结论 :LASIK后DLK常发生在术后 1～ 7天内 ,迟发者偶见 ,男性多于女性 ,以局部激素治疗为主 ,严重患者需全身激素加抗生素治疗。DLK早期须与角膜上皮植入、层间感染鉴别     

穿透性角膜移植术后角膜内皮细胞之命运

地２组猴行５。５→５．０ｍｍ穿透性角膜移植术，异种组４只，同种组４只，术前用冷冻创伤＾３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ标记法标记受生角膜内皮细胞，术后１４周摘除眼球，用放射自显影法显示银颗粒的分布。     

Contact lens fitting following corneal graft surgery

Contact lens fitting may be required following keratoplasty for either optical or thera‐peutic reasons. Optical indications for contact lens fitting include the correction of irregular astigmatism, high regular astigmatism, anisometropia and secondary aniseikonia, as well as simple ametropia, where the patient desires to wear contact lenses in preference to spectacles. Therapeutic lenses are not routinely fitted following kerate plasty, although this management is advised in certain cases, such as when there are protruding sutures or epithelial healing is impaired. Designing a contact lens for a patient who has undergone keratoplasty will require the practitioner to carefully assess all the relevant features of the corneal graft. In this regard, there are many factors that need to be considered including the diameter of the graft zone, the topographical relationship between the host cornea and donor cornea, the corneal (graft) toricity and the location of the graft. Special designs, such as reverse geometry lenses, or more complex contact lens modalities, such as piggyback contact lens systems, may be required to achieve success in fitting.     

角膜上皮移植术治疗陈旧性眼部烧伤的临床应用

应用角膜上皮移植术联合干燥板层角膜移植术治疗１６例１６眼曾行新新供眼材料全板层角膜移植术而失败的陈旧性眼部烧伤患者，术后随访３￣１２个月同时，与新鲜供眼材料的板层角膜移植术术后同期结果相比较。ＫＥＰ－ＤＬＫＰ和ＬＫＰ－Ｆ术后，角膜植片透明率分别为８７．５％和３１．２５％，Ｐ〈０．００５，角膜新生儿血管复发率分别为６．２５％和８１．２５％，Ｐ〈０．００５，持续性角膜上皮损发生率分别为０％和８７．５％     

60例穿透性角膜移植疗效分析

目的：观察穿透性角膜移植的疗效和并发症．方法：对60例(60眼)穿透性角膜移植进行回顾性总结．结果：统计分析表明：角膜植片透明54例(90．00％)，视力≤0．0422例(36．67％)．0．05～0．227例(45．00％),≥0．311例(18．33％)．主要并发症：角膜植片免疫排斥反应17例(28.33％)，继发性青光眼2例(3．33％)．结论：穿透性角膜移植可使角膜盲患复明，但防治术后免疫排斥反应是成功关键。
