玻璃体切割术前闪光视网膜电图与术后视力的关系

目的 :探讨玻璃体切割术前 F- ERG与术后视力的关系。方法 :对 5 0例行玻璃体切割手术的患者进行术前 F- ERG的测定 ,术后 2周对其视力进行测定 ,利用 SPSS软件包进行统计学处理。结果 :术前 F- ERG的 a波振幅与术后视力呈正相关 ;术前 F- ERG的 b波振幅与术后视力呈正相关 ;E值 ( E=La+ Lb/Aa+ Ab)与术后视力呈负相关 ;E小于等于 3.0者与 E大于 3.0组术后视力差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :玻璃体切割术前进行正确的 F- ERG分析 ,有助于玻璃体切割术后视力的预测。     

The pattern evoked response in disorders of the optic nerve

The pattern evoked electroretinogram (PERG) was investigated in 11 patients with unilateral optic nerve disease and in a series of age-matched controls. The visually evoked potential (VEP) was also measured. The PERG showed a similar reduction to the VEP in optic nerve disease. Serial studies indicate that the PERG may not be affected immediately in some instances but may show a gradual decline over several months.     

早期糖尿病视网膜病变的视网膜电图分析

目的 分析早期糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的闪光视网膜电图(F—ERG)和视网膜电图震荡电位(OPs)各参数的变化特点，寻找反映早期DR的敏感指标。方法 对16例(32只眼)正常人进行OPs和F-ERG检测。对27例(53只眼)糖尿病病人进行眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)、OPs和F—ERG检测。结果 OPs中Os波幅、O4波幅、OPs总波幅及F-ERG中b波峰潜时较其他指标敏感，其中O4波幅和b波峰潜时为最敏感指标，但均不能反映早期DR的严重程度。结论 OPs的O4波幅和F—ERG的b波峰潜时可作为早期糖尿病视网膜病变诊断的敏感指标。     

正常闪光视网膜电图的频域分析

应用快速傅里叶转换技术对正常视网膜电图进行频域分析，发现其ａ、ｂ波的优势频及能量集中在５－７５Ｈｚ；与ＯＰＳ波的分离点为７７ＨＺ，从而提出单纯记录ａ、ｂ波及ＯＰＳ波各自的较理想的通频带。     

视网膜脱离手术复位后ERG的恢复

为探讨视网膜脱离手术复位后ERG的改变，对35例（35眼）患者进行手术前后ERG检测，结果表明；（1）视网膜脱离术前ERGa、b波幅明显低于有视网膜格子样变性而无脱离者。（2）手术复位后ERGa、b波幅随时间延长逐渐回升。（3）视网膜脱离范围二个象限以内者ERGa、b波幅回升高于二象限以上者。（4）手术范围一个象限以内者与超过一个象限者相比前者ERG恢复优于后者。（5）视网膜脱离时间2月以内与超过2月相比，ERG恢复前者明显优于后者。结果证实视网膜脱离术后ERG恢复与手术后时间、脱离范围、病程及手术范围密切相关。     

Correlation with age and sex of flash-evoked electroretinogram and retinal oscillatory potentials recorded with skin electrodes

Electroretinograms and retinal oscillatory potentials to full-field flash stimulation were recorded by dermal electrodes in a population of subjects (1 to 84 yrs) balanced for age and sex (119 females, 133 males), without evidence or history of ocular and/or relevant systemic diseases. The electroretinogram latencies and b-wave amplitude increased, while the a-wave amplitude decreased linearly with age. The oscillatory potential amplitude initially increased, to decrease approximately at the age of 50, with an inverted U-shaped distribution.Presented in part at the XXV ISCEV Symposium, Sarasota (Florida), April 26–30, 1987.     

Scotopic stimulus/response relations of the B-wave of the electroretinogram

Scotopic b-wave stimulus/response (S/R) functions are abnormal in several human retinal degenerative disorders. However, the mechanisms by which diseases affect the S/R parameters are not yet fully known. Three experiments were done to simulate functional pathologies known to occur in retinal degenerations: 1) attenuated sensitivity of retinal units, 2) loss of rhodopsin, 3) loss of sensitivity with little or no loss of rhodopsin. None of the experimental perturbations of normal function replicated the pattern of S/R abnormalities caused by retinal degenerations. Thus, in the retinal degenerative disorders intrinsic abnormalities of cellular processing must affect the organization of distal retinal function indexed by the b-wave.     

不同检测方法预测白内障术后视力的观察

目的 评价各种检测方法在预测白内障术后视功能恢复的作用。方法 白内障197例(214眼)术前行闪光视网膜电图(F-ERG)、闪光视诱发电位(BVEP)、视网膜计、光定位、色觉及注视性质等综合检测，术后3月复查最佳矫正视力。结果 术前F—ERG的b波、F—VEP的P1波、潜视力、色觉均与术后视力存在显著相关性，其中F-ERG、F—VEP、潜视力预测术后视力的可靠性分别为62．6％、79．0％、60．6％。但排除白内障完全成熟及高龄者(超过80岁)，潜视力预测的可靠性则达82．6％。结论 对于非完全成熟及非高龄者，视网膜计是术前预测白内障术后视力比较理想的方法，而对于完全浑浊及高龄者，视网膜计检查结果的准确性欠佳，应结合F-ERG、F-VEP、色觉及注视性质等多方面因素进行综合讲价。     

Variability of the pattern electroretinogram

Conflicting results have been obtained concerning the parametric properties of the pattern electroretinogram. These discrepancies may be due to the large amount of variability inherent in recording amplitudes. We have found the variability within a single stimulus condition to be so large (ranging from 30% to 67% of the mean value) that it could mask any underlying spatial frequency tuning. Changing the stimulus conditions failed to significantly reduce the observed variability, although changing recording conditions produced some reduction. The use of a narrower rejection band, a greater number of sweeps, and placement of the reference electrode on the ipsilateral ear (as opposed to the ipsilateral temple) combined to decrease variability of the pattern electroretinogram within a single recording session; however, intersession variability remained high. Therefore one must be careful in evaluating data from this technique, and caution is advised in its clinical use.
