目的研究东北菱对鼠肝癌H22细胞凋亡及周期的影响。方法用东北菱对鼠肝癌如细胞进行体外实验,采用流式细胞仪测定细胞周期及凋亡。结果细胞周期阻滞在G1/G0期,S期细胞明显减少,凋亡率在43.11%,而阳性5-Fu组凋亡率为19.62%。结论东北菱能促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。  相似文献

Four rare cases of plant thorn synovitis of left elbow were admitted at our institution, which were initially misdiagnosed as partially treated septic arthritis of elbow or Juvenile inflammatory arthritis. All of them were of paediatric age group. Symptoms included pain, swelling, and decreased range of motion of affected joint. On examination synovitis was present in all patients.Roentgenograms & Ultrasonography were inconclusive in all patients, Definitive diagnosis was made only after arthrotomy, Thorn fragments (Acacia arabica) were recovered from the hypertrophied synovium & subtotal synovectomy was done and sent for histopathological examination. All patients improved after surgery with mean residual flexion deformity of 12.5 ± 2.86°. Plant thorn induced synovitis of elbow is rare, it must be included in the differential diagnosis of monoarthritis of elbow and a high index of suspicion is needed for retained thorn fragments in elbow joint causing synovitis. Its optimal treatment is arthrotomy, foreign body removal and total/subtotal synovectomy.  相似文献

A 3‐year‐old child presented with recurrent chest pain for 3 months, echocardiography showed a thorn inside the left ventricle, the patient was diagnosed with foreign body complicated with infective endocarditis and received proper treatment, and operation was performed after inflammatory reaction subsided.  相似文献

目的探讨角巩膜栗刺异物伤的临床特点,治疗方法及其临床效果。方法对71眼角巩膜栗刺异物伤采取剔出或巩膜切开摘出异物。结果巩膜异物1次摘出32眼,2次摘出16眼,3次摘出9眼,11眼经4次摘出,3眼经5次全部摘出。无眼内炎及视力改变。结论栗刺所致巩膜异物多而隐匿,采取恰当方法彻底清除异物是治疗成功的关键。  相似文献

目的:观察三棱针刺血疗法治疗鼻赘期酒渣鼻的疗效。方法:用三棱针刺血疗法治疗鼻赘期酒渣鼻38例,10d治疗1次,3次1个疗程,共治疗1-2个疗程。结果:经1-2个疗程治疗后,治愈20例,好转17例,无效l例,有效率97.37%。结论:三棱针刺血疗法治疗鼻赘期酒渣鼻是具有良好疗效的非药物疗法。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Chestnut and natural rubber latex (NRL) allergy are often associated in the latex-fruit syndrome. AIM OF THE STUDY: To establish whether the concurrent NRL and chestnut IgE antibody reactivity are the results of co-sensitization or cross-reactivity. METHODS: Sera from 19 patients with chestnut- and NRL-specific IgE were selected and tested for reactivity with recombinant (r) latex allergens. Cross-reactivity was explored by IgE-inhibition experiments using chestnut or NRL allergens as solid phase on ImmunoCAP. RESULTS: IgE-antibodies were detected to rHev b 6.01 (prohevein) in 58% of the sera, to rHev b 5 in 32%, to rHev b 12 in four of 13 sera, to rHev b 7.02 and rHev b 11 in four, and to rHev b 1 in two of 19 sera. rHev b 8-IgE antibodies were found in nine sera (47%), whereas six displayed mono-sensitization to rHev b 8 with regard to our test panel. Three of 16 sera showed IgE to cross-reactive carbohydrate determinants. In most sera recognizing rHev b 5 and/or rHev b 6.01 as major allergens the IgE-reactivity to NRL remained unaffected by chestnut extract and chestnut-IgE remained unaffected by NRL extract. Conversely, in sera with rHev b 8 as dominant allergen IgE-binding to NRL was nearly completely inhibited by chestnut and vice versa. IgE-binding to rHev b 8 was abolished by chestnut extract. CONCLUSIONS: Although patients have concomitant IgE antibody reactivity to chestnut and NRL, cross-reactivity could be demonstrated mainly in those patients with IgE to Hev b 8 (profilin) from NRL.  相似文献

目的:观察针刺加扣刺治疗女性2型糖尿病阴虚夹瘀型患者的临床疗效。方法:92例女性2型糖尿病阴虚夹瘀型患者依据证候轻重特征将阴虚夹瘀患者分为瘀证为主的阴虚夹瘀型(简称组1)和阴虚为主的阴虚夹瘀型(简称组2)两组各46例。采用针刺加叩刺治疗,隔日治疗1次,持续治疗3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹瘦素(FLP)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)及总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)水平。取41例正常女性作为对照组,与两组患者治疗前后各项指标项比较。结果:治疗前两组FPG、FLP、FINS、Homa-IR、TC、TG、LDL均明显高于正常组水平;HDLC,ISI低于正常组水平。两组患者治疗后FPG、FLP、FINS、Homa-IR、TC、TG、LDL均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),ISI、HDL明显升高(P<0.01)。治疗后组1 TG、Homa-IR的改善优于组2(P<0.05)。组1总有效率为91.3%,组2总有效率为76.09%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺加扣刺治疗女性2型糖尿病阴虚夹瘀型患者糖、脂质代谢及胰岛素抵抗具有良性调整作用,且以瘀证为主的阴虚夹瘀型在降低胰岛素、改善胰岛抵抗指数相关参数方面的作用优于以阴虚为主的阴虚夹瘀型患者。  相似文献

Natural seeds of Japanese horse chestnut (Aesculus turbinata Blume) contain large amounts of mixed triterpenoidal saponins called escins. Recent studies have shown that escins have several biological activities including anti-inflammatory action and inhibitory effects on the absorption of ethanol and glucose. For the edible utilization of the seeds, natural seeds are usually treated with wooden ashes to remove harshness. Here, we found the novel compounds derived from escins in the edible seeds after the food processing with wooden ashes. The instrumental analyses revealed the chemical structures of escins and the derivatives. These compounds are identified as four types of deacetylescins Ia, IIa, Ib, and IIb as well as two types of desacylescins I and II. To determine their biological activity, the purified compounds were tested for their potential nutraceutical activity. The oral glucose tolerance test in mice revealed that a single oral administration of the isolated components of deacetylescins at a dose of 100 mg/kg was clearly effective in attenuating the elevation of blood glucose levels. The inhibitory effects of escins and their derivatives were in the order of escins > deacetylescins > desacylescins. Moreover, we found the inhibitory activity of those compounds on pancreatic lipase. Escins were the most potent in inhibiting the enzyme activity, and followed by desacylescins and then deacetylescins. Taken together, our results suggest the potential usefulness of novel saponins including deacetylescins and desacylescins from edible seeds as novel sources for nutraceutical foods with anti-obese effects.  相似文献
