目的观察比较不同脉冲波形的低频率电刺激对海马电点燃癫痫模型小鼠的作用差异。方法采用电点燃刺激法建立小鼠癫痫模型, 观察正弦波、单相方波、双相方波低频率电刺激对模型小鼠癫痫行为发作及后放电持续时间的影响, 并比较不同时间点给予正弦波低频率电刺激的抗癫痫作用。结果与对照组比较, 正弦波低频率电刺激30 s能降低小鼠海马电点燃癫痫发作等级(2.85 ± 0.27 vs 4.75 ±0.12, P < 0.05)、减少大发作概率(53.6% vs 96.5%, P < 0.01) 和缩短后放电持续时间[(16.22 ± 1.69) s vs (30.29 ± 1.12) s, P < 0.01], 而单相方波和双相方波低频率电刺激30 s没有明显的抗癫痫作用。常用的单相方波低频率电刺激15 min能降低小鼠海马电点燃发作等级(3.58 ± 0.16, P < 0.05)、减少大发作概率(66.7%, P < 0.01);但对海马后放电持续时间及大发作持续时间无影响(均 P>0.05)。此外, 电点燃刺激前预先给予或结束后3 s内给予正弦波低频率电刺激具有明显的抗癫痫作用( P < 0.05或 P < 0.01), 而电点燃刺激结束10 s给予正弦波低频率电刺激则无上述抗癫痫作用。 结论低频率电刺激抗癫痫作用受波形参数的影响, 其中正弦波低频率电刺激能有效抑制小鼠海马电点燃癫痫的发作。  相似文献

ObjectiveConventional deep brain stimulation (DBS) systems with ring-shaped leads generate spherical electrical fields. In contrast, novel directional leads use segmented electrodes. Aim of this study was to quantify the impedance variations over time in subjects with the directional Cartesia-Boston® system.MethodsImpedance records, programming settings, and clinical data of 11 consecutive Parkinsonian patients implanted with DBS directional leads in two Italian centers (Udine and Vicenza) were retrospectively evaluated. Data were collected before starting stimulation (in the operating room and at days 5 and 40) and after switching stimulation on at the successive follow-up visits (1, 6 and 12 months).ResultsDirectional leads have significantly higher impedance than ring leads. Stimulated contacts had always lower impedance compared to non-stimulated contacts. Before DBS-on, all contacts had higher impedance in the operating room, with an initial decrease five days post-surgery and a subsequent increase at day 40, more evident for directional contacts. The impedance of directional leads increased post-implantation at 1 and 6 months with a plateau at 12 months.ConclusionsThere was a significant difference between the directional and ring leads at baseline (before activation of DBS) and during follow-up (chronic DBS).SignificanceOur study reveals new information about the impedance of segmented electrodes that is useful for patient management during the initial test period, as well as during long-term DBS follow-up.  相似文献

The Mauthner cell (M-cell) of the ‘weakly electric fish’ Gymnotus carapo was investigated with electrophysiological techniques. The antidromic action potential, the recurrent inhibitory input and the posterior VIIIth nerve excitatory input in this cell exhibited characteristics similar to those described in the goldfish. In addition, we found an excitatory input evoked by spinal stimulation at intensities subthreshold for M-cell axons.  相似文献

本工作观察了乙酰胆硷(Ach)和电刺激迷走神经对0.6N HCl引起的胃粘膜出血性损伤的保护作用,发现皮下注射50μg/kg的氯化Ach和电刺激膈下迷走神经5min,可明显降低HCl引起的胃粘膜出血量,这一作用可被消炎痛及阿托品所阻断。提示这种保护作用是通过依赖于M-受体的内源性前列腺素。  相似文献

目的 :研究指数曲线电刺激对周围神经移植修复后神经再生的影响。方法 :将 1 2 0只Wistar成年雄性大鼠制成坐骨神经移植模型 ,随机分为A组 (对照组 )、B组 (弥可保组 )、C组(指数曲线电刺激组 ) ,给予不同的治疗 ,在不同时段观察步态、毛发、展爪反射 ,测定SFI、神经传导速度、小腿三头肌湿重等指标。结果 :指数曲线电刺激有助于神经传导的恢复 ,减慢小腿三头肌失神经的废用 ,加快SFI及神经远段变性的恢复。结论 :指数曲线电刺激有利于神经再生。  相似文献

Summary Mechanisms for maintaining passive continence in the efferent limb of urinary diversions include compression of tissue, peristalsis, equilibration of pressure and use of valves. Motor activity and pressure in the ileum, ileocecal valve (ICV) and the colon were evaluated in dogs. Spontaneous activity and pressure were compared with stimulated pressure response and activity. Stimulation was performed at the pelvic nerve and the small nerves in the mesenterium, as well as direct neurostimulation of the bowel. Resting pressure at the ICV was 12.7±0.4 cmH2O rising to 26.4±2.2 cmH2O during spontaneous depolarization. Stimulation of the pelvic nerve resulted in increased colonic motor activity with unchanged pressure. Electric stimulation of small mesenterical nerves to the ICV increased pressure in the ICV to 35.0±4.1 cmH2O, while direct myoelectric stimulation of the ICV zone increased the intraluminal pressure to 75.0±3.2 cmH2O. Termination of the electric stimulation was followed by a slow decrease of pressure to the resting level a period of 30–45 s. Maintaining continence at the ICV with long-term constant or intermittent stimulation seems feasible.  相似文献

Jawless fishes occupy a critical phylogenetic position in understanding the origin of the adaptive immune system. Here, we performed large-scale expressed sequence tag analysis of leukocytes isolated from the inshore hagfish Eptatretus burgeri. Although we found many immunity-related genes such as those involved in lymphocyte or hematopoietic cell signaling and development as well as cytokine and cytokine receptor genes, MHC molecules or antigen receptors were not identified. We characterized two hagfish cDNAs that closely resembled mammalian proteins with essential roles in adaptive immunity, one encoding a GATA3-like molecule and another encoding a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk)-like molecule. The GATA3-like gene of hagfish was equidistant from GATA3 and GATA2 in jawed vertebrates. Similarly, the hagfish Btk-like molecule was not Btk itself, but qualified as a pre-duplicated form of Btk and Bmx in jawed vertebrates. In total, our work provides circumstantial evidence that adaptive immunity is unique to jawed vertebrates.  相似文献
