为了缩短老年人跌倒后的救助时间和提高安全保障,我们设计了一种基于加速度和角速度传感器的跌倒监测装置。该装置结合机械微电子系统(microelectro mechanical system,MEMS)传感器、数字信号处理及无线传输技术应用于智能手机上。为区分人体跌倒事件和日常行为,结合人体三轴加速度和角速度联合对跌倒事件进行判断,通过大量实验选取合适阈值。针对老年人的生活特点,数据通过蓝牙装置发送至手机上进行处理,通过手机语音报警、手机GPS定位系统和短信通知医院和用户监护人,使得老年人跌倒后能够在第一时间获得救治,减小伤害。经过大量的实验测试结果统计,相比较于传统的三轴加速度判断跌倒事件,结合三轴加速度和加速度联合判断使该系统的准确率从84.29%提高至100%。结果表明:基于MEMS传感器的可穿戴式跌倒监测系统具有便捷、准确、功耗低的特点,能够准确监测出跌倒事件并进行报警。 相似文献

Purpose: With the advent of Bluetooth technology, many of the assistive listening devices for hearing have become manufacturer specific, with little objective information about the performance provided.Method: Thirty native English-speaking adults (mean age 29.8) with normal hearing were tested pseudo-randomly with two major hearing aid manufacturers’ proprietary Bluetooth connectivity devices paired to the accompanying manufacturer’s specific hearing aids. Sentence recognition performance was objectively measured for each system with signals transmitted via a land-line to the same iPhone in two conditions.Results: There was a significant effect of participant’s performance according to listening condition. There was no significant effect between device manufacturers according to listening condition, but there was a significant effect in participant’s perception of “quality of sound”.Conclusions: Despite differences in signal transmission for each devise, when worn by participants both the systems performed equally. In fact, participants expressed personal preferences for specific technology that was largely due to their perceived quality of sound while listening to recorded signals. While further research is necessary to investigate other measures of benefit for Bluetooth connectivity devices, preliminary data suggest that in order to ensure comfort and compatibility, not only should objective measures of the patient benefit be completed, but also assessing the patient’s perception of benefit is equally important.

All professionals who work with individuals with hearing loss, become aware of the differences in the multiple choices for assistive technology readily available for hearing loss.
With the ever growing dispensing of Bluetooth connectivity devices coupled to hearing aids, there is an increased burden to determine whether performance differences could exist between manufacturers.
There is a growing need to investigate other measures of benefit for Bluetooth hearing aid connectivity devices that not only include objective measures, but also patient perception of benefit.

目的 评价远程实时传输12导联心电图对ST段抬高性急性心肌梗死(STEMI)的诊断价值.方法 选择40例STEMI患者采用同时进行远程实时传输12导联心电图和常规12导联心电图记录,采用配对t检验和秩和检验比较相同导联各波形的时限、振幅及ST段偏移程度,用Pearson分析ST段抬高相关性.结果 两种方法所测得STEMI患者的心电图各波形的时限、振幅及ST段偏移程度等参数间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两种方法检测的ST抬高幅度高度相关(r =0.912,P=0.000),二者之间的符合率高(Kappa值为0.976),结论 远程实时传输12导联心电图监测系统所记录和传输的心电信号准确、可靠,可用于STEMI的院前诊断. 相似文献

目的:探讨蓝牙动态脑电图(EEG)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的早期诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析174例HIE患儿临床资料、蓝牙动态EEG、CT检查,结合临床分度进行比较。结果:动态EEG异常率为95.14%,主要为背景活动的改变,在HIE(2~5 d)早期表现明显;动态EEG与HIE临床分度符合率达98.8%。结论:蓝牙动态EEG可作为判断HIE程度的价值指标;蓝牙动态EEG对HIE有早期诊断价值,尤其是亚临床型的HIE优于CT;EEG的动态监测对HIE预后评估有较大判断价值。 相似文献

Hearing aids are often not sufficient for optimal communication between a listener and a talker. Therefore, numerous options for wireless connectivity between the listener and the talker designed to improve communication have become widely available. From the original wireless option of the induction loop system, most of the current solutions involve a digital signal with high quality and limited interference. Many are proprietary and only operate with a given manufacturer''s devices, while others are more universal as long as the digital receiver can be connected to the listener''s personal device. In addition, connectivity options to assist those with hearing loss are now readily available on the smartphone which can be used as a remote microphone. Therefore, it is paramount that the available wireless protocols be considered relative to the listener''s experience with wireless technology so that solutions may be offered that are efficient, economical, and effective. 相似文献
