老年人髋部骨折的骨密度及影响因素的分析   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
目的调查分析成都地区老年人髋部骨折骨密度变化和影响因素,为预防髋部骨折提供科学依据.方法骨折组答卷式调查有关指标,髋部作X线正斜侧位摄片,骨折组与非骨折组进行配对,均用DEXA测量L2~4,股骨上段骨密度(BMD),骨矿含量(BMC),骨面积(Area)等,并进行统计分析.结果股骨上段及L2~4的BMD、BMC骨折组明显低于非骨折组(P<0.05),两组各进行男女性比较,女性均明显低于男性(P<0.05),骨折组L2~4BMD男、女分别为0.872±0.178g/cm2,0.607±0.155g/cm2;非骨折组男女分男为0.921±0.147g/cm2,0.741±0.152g/cm2.同性别的骨面积Area两组比较无差异,骨折组骨质疏松症发生率76%明显高于非骨折组63%(P<0.05);滑倒和被人撞倒股骨颈骨折发生率较高,自行拌倒者粗隆间骨折发生率较高.结论预防治疗骨质疏松症和避免摔倒,以防骨折的发生.  相似文献

Background: Bone marrow-derived cells (BMCs) have abilities of cell migration and differentiation into tissues/organs in the body and related with the differentiation of teeth or periodontal tissue including fibroblasts. Then, we examined the effect of orthodontic mechanical stress to the transplanted BMC migration into periodontal tissues using BMC transplantation model.Material and Method: BMC from green fluorescence protein (GFP) transgenic mice were transplanted into 8-week-old female C57BL/6 immunocompromised recipient mice, which had undergone 10 Gy of lethal whole-body-irradiation. Five mice as experimental group were received orthodontic mechanical stress using separator between first molar (M1) and second molar (M2) 1 time per week for 5 weeks and 5 mice as control group were not received mechanical stress. The maxilla with M1 and M2 was removed and was immunohistochemically analyzed using a Dako Envision + Kit-K4006 and a primary anti-GFP-polyclonal rabbit antibody. Immunohistochemically stained was defined as positive area and the pixel number of positive area in the periodontal tissue was compared with the previously calculated total pixel number of the periodontal tissue.Results: The immunohistochemistry revealed that GFP positive cells were detected in the periodontal tissues, both in the experimental and control specimens. The ratio of pixel number in the examination group showed 5.77 ± 3.24 % (mean ± SD); and that in the control group, 0.71±0.45 % (mean ± SD). The examination group was significantly greater than that of control group (Mann-Whitney U test: p<0.001).Conclusion: These results suggest that orthodontic mechanical stress accelerates transplanted BMC migration into periodontal tissues.  相似文献

目的 以女大学生为对象 ,探讨体骨盐量和BMI的关系 ,为推测体骨盐量预防骨质疏松的发生提供科学依据 .方法 受试者BMI在 16 .2~ 31.2kg/m2 的女大学生 5 0例 .测定项目包括身高、体重 [体脂肪量 +体骨盐量 +除脂肪除体骨盐量 ]、BMI、体脂肪率、体骨盐率等指标 .结果 ①受试者的身高 15 6 .6± 3.4cm ,体重 5 5 .7± 3.2kg ,体脂肪量 15 .0± 5 .4kg,体骨盐量 2 .4 12± 0 .30 1,除脂肪除体骨盐量 34.5± 3.3kg,BMI 2 1.2± 3.2kg/cm2 ,体脂肪率 2 7.2±4 .5 % ,体骨盐率 4 .1± 0 .3% ,体骨盐量 /除脂肪体重 5 .8± 0 .5 % .②受试者的各部位的骨密度上肢 0 .72 7± 0 .0 6 7g/cm2 .下肢 1.0 72± 0 .10 2g/cm2 ,躯干 0 .80 7± 0 .0 6 7g/cm2 ,全身 1.0 4 3± 0 .0 76g/cm2 .体重、BMI与躯干和全身的骨密度指标之间有显著相关 .体脂肪量与躯干的骨密度之间表现为低相关 ,体骨盐量、BMI、体骨盐量 /除脂肪体重等指标与骨密度包括上肢、下肢、躯干和全身等指标之间有显著性相关 .结论 研究表明利用BMI判断骨质疏松是可行的 ,对于瘦型者实施骨质疏松的诊断是应该提倡的  相似文献

Objectives

Research investigating the longitudinal effects of the most popular sports on bone development in adolescent males is scarce. The aim is to investigate the effect of 12-month participation in osteogenic and non-osteogenic sports on bone development.

Design

A 12-month study was conducted in adolescent males involved in football, swimming and cycling and compared with an active control group.

Methods

116 adolescent males (13.1 ± 0.1 years at baseline): 37 footballers, 37 swimmers, 28 cyclists and 14 active controls were followed for 12 months. Bone mineral content (BMC) was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, and bone stiffness was measured by quantitative ultrasound. Bone outcomes at 12 months were adjusted for baseline bone status, age, height, lean mass and moderate to vigorous physical activity.

Results

Footballers had higher improvement in adjusted BMC at the total body, total hip, shaft, Ward’s triangle, legs and bone stiffness compared to cyclists (6.3–8.0%). Footballers had significantly higher adjusted BMC at total body, shaft and legs compared to swimmers (5.4–5.6%). There was no significant difference between swimmers and cyclists for any bone outcomes. Swimming and cycling participation resulted in non-significant lower bone development at most sites of the skeleton compared to controls (?4.3 to ?0.6%).

Conclusions

Football participation induces significantly greater improvements in BMC and bone stiffness over 12 months compared to cycling and swimming.
