特殊部位异位妊娠的临床分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的探讨特殊部位异位妊娠的临床特点,误诊原因及治疗原则。方法对1996年1月至2003年12月诊治的256例特殊部位异位妊娠进行回顾性分析。结果特殊部位异位妊娠发生率占同期异位妊娠的3.36%,术前诊断率48.4%,所有的患者均行手术。视术中情况进行不同的处理,所得标本均经病理切片证实,全部患者愈后良好。结论特殊部位异位妊娠的临床表现不典型,容易漏诊误诊,一旦怀疑本病应尽早住院,及时明确诊断并手术,患者愈后良好。 相似文献

制作备用根大鼠脊髓后角提取液,取其分子量大于10kD的组分进行SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析,发现手术侧和非手术侧的电泳区带数目大致相同,但手术侧样品的第四条蛋白质区带扫描的吸收峰面积百分比大于非手术侧样品的第四条区带,两者在量上可能有差别。将手术侧样品经交联葡聚精G-75凝胶层析,得到两个洗脱峰.第一峰洗脱液有促进体外培养的背根节神经元存活及其突起生长的作用,其电泳分析显示4条主带,分子量在40~80kD之间.实验结果提示部分去传入纤维支配的脊髓后角组织含有神经营养活性物质,该物质的分子量约在40~78kD之间. 相似文献

Although the conventional outside-in technique is especially useful for repairing tears in the anterior portion of the meniscus,
it has a disadvantage of making an additional 1–2 cm sized skin incision and tying knots subcutaneously over the capsule.
Therefore we devised two all-inside repair techniques of lateral meniscus anterior horn tear according to the site of meniscal
tear, meniscosynovial junction or red–red zone. Because these techniques are modified methods of the outside-in meniscal repair
using a spinal needle, they are as simple as conventional outside-in technique. In addition they have advantages of vertical
mattress suture, which is an important characteristic of the all-inside repair, and no additional incision. We recommend these
techniques as an alternative method for repairing an anterior horn tear of the lateral meniscus. 相似文献

Rat spinal dorsal horn neurons in slice preparations perfused with Ringer solution containing 0.5-1 microM TTX and/or 10-20 mM tetraethylammonium at 29 degrees C, were studied by using a single microelectrode voltage-clamp technique. Slow persistent inward currents were recorded during depolarizing voltage commands to membrane potentials positive to about -40 mV. The inward current was depressed by removing external Ca, or by adding 0.1-0.2 mM Cd, 5 mM Co or 0.1 mM verapamil, and was increased by adding Ba or Bay-K 8644. Substance P (SP) augmented a persistent slow inward Ca-sensitive current in a dose-dependent manner. It is suggested that this effect may be instrumental in generating the SP-evoked slow depolarization, increase in membrane excitability, and the 'bursting' behavior in the immature rat dorsal horn neurons. In addition, in some neurons SP reduced the M-like current, which effect may contribute to, but not explain, generation of the SP-induced slow depolarization. 相似文献

目的:探讨子宫角妊娠的早期诊断,以提高对该病的认识和警惕,减少临床误诊率。方法:回顾性分析我院10年间收治的13例子宫角妊娠,总结其临床表现、诊断、处理。结果:子宫角妊娠占同期异位妊娠的1.35%,术前确诊率约30.7%,易误诊为宫内妊娠、输卵管妊娠。结论:认为血β-HCG、B超、腹腔镜检查对本病的早期诊断有重要意义,避免了如子宫破裂、大出血、胎盘滞留等严重并发症。 相似文献

Unicornuate uterus with a rudimentary horn is the rarest congenital anatomic anomaly of the female genital system, causing many obstetrical and gynecologic complications. The frequency of this pathology is approximately 1/100 000. A rudimentary horn usually develops following insufficient development of mullerian ducts. These patients present with dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, and chronic pelvic pain because of endometriosis and rarely with acute abdominal symptoms following distention and torsion of the noncommunicating rudimentary horn. NADPH-diaphorase positive (NDP) neurons and nerve fibers were found in the spinal dorsal horn (DH) and sensory ganglia of
the turtle Chrysemys d’orbigny. Three well-defined types of NDP neurons were found in the DH: (a) elongated nerve cells with two radially arranged dendritic
branches, (b) neurons with rostro-caudal dendritic branches, (c) bitufted neurons with two, practically symmetric branches
that project to the ipsilateral and contralateral dorsal horns. A combination of the techniques that reveal NADPH-diaphorase
activity with the horseradish peroxidase transganglionic labeling of the dorsal root collaterals, suggested that NDP neurons
of the DH are second-order cells of the spinal sensory pathway. NDP neurons were also found in the spinal sensory ganglia
at all metameric levels. Our findings indicate that the DH of turtles, like that of mammals, contains both the enzymatic machinery
and the neural connections required to postulate the participation of nitric oxide in ”plastic phenomena” such as hyperalgesia
and central sensitization. Two other alternatives or complementary hypotheses are discussed: (a) NDP neurons in the DH and
sensory ganglia may represent specific cell populations involved in the processing of sensory visceral information; (b) NADPH-diaphorase
reactivity may indicate sustained levels of neuronal activity.

Summary The authors describe an approach through the temporal horn of the lateral ventricle which proved to be useful for clipping of a large dorsal type basilar bifurcation aneurysms. It facilitates the preservation of the perforating arteries behind the aneurysm, because it gives sufficient working space to move the aneurysm dome. Furthermore this approach avoids many of the disadvantages of other approaches, especially the risk of iatrogenic injuries of the Sylvian or Labe's vein. 相似文献

We report an 18-year-old boy with occipital horn syndrome and we review the 20 cases previously published with this syndrome. The distinctive features common to all patients were unusual facial appearance, skeletal abnormalities, chronic diarrhea and genitourinary abnormalities. The skeletal abnormalities included occipital horns, short, broad clavicles, deformed radii, ulnae, and humeri, narrowing of the rib cage, undercalci-fied long bones with thin cortical walls and coxa valga. Occipital horn syndrome is inherited in an X-linked recessive fashion. Our analysis indicates that occipital horn syndrome is associated with a recognizable characteristic phenotype. 相似文献

Bilateral discoid medial menisci is an extremely rare condition of the knee and it can be associated to other pathological
findings, including anterior portion cyst formation. We report on the clinical features, radiographic findings, treatment
and results of one patient who presented a bilateral medial discoid meniscus combined with posterior portion cyst of the left
knee. To the best of the author’s knowledge, this is the first case of bilateral medial discoid meniscus associated with posterior
