目的:通过对二战减员数据的校正,为下一步建立海战减员预计模型提供数据支持.方法:选取美军在二战太平洋海战中的减员数据作为研究的基本资料,通过专家咨询法(Delph method)对其进行校正,所有结果都对其进行了t检验.结果:水面舰艇遭受炸弹、舰炮及航空火炮、短程导弹、鱼雷和水雷的攻击时减员将减少,遭受中程导弹攻击时减员将会增加.结论:该校正结果可作为研究未来海战卫生减员预计的基本依据之一.  相似文献

We previously reported that the Guardian Bio-Threat Alert (BTA) system could detect (detection limit: about 0.1 μg/ml) staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB), botulinum toxins (BTX) A and B, and ricin, with no interference by white-powdered materials or colored matrices. In this study, the capability of the BTA system was further assessed. With 10 min of preheating at 60°C, all toxins could be detected, but with preheating at 80°C, BTX A and B and ricin became undetectable. About 20% SEB could be detected after heating at 80°C, but this detection ability was completely removed after heating at 100°C. The effects of chemicals usually used for decontamination, such as sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, formaldehyde, and sodium nitrite, on the detectability of SEB, BTX A, or ricin in the BTA system were also tested. The concentrations giving 50% line intensity for SEB, BTX A, and ricin were 3.1, 11, and 15 μM for sodium hypochlorite and 88, 210, and 60 mM for formaldehyde, respectively. The addition of hydrogen peroxide or sodium nitrite did not decrease the detectability even when used at high concentrations.  相似文献

系统地研究了肟类药物对塔崩抑制的大鼠脑AChE的体外重活化作用,并与梭曼、沙林和VX进行了比较。结果表明,沙林和VX抑制的AChE较易被药物重活化,而塔崩和梭曼抑制的AChE则较难。37℃、pH7.2条件下,塔崩抑制的大鼠脑AChE可浓度依赖性地被TMB_r和LuH_6重活化,2-PAM在高浓度下也有一定作用,但HI-6在所用3个浓度下均无重活化。通过降低抑制温度成功地建立了未老化的梭曼膦酰化AChE模型。药物试验表明,未老化的梭曼膦酰化大鼠脑AChE可被高浓度(1mmol/L)HI-6重活化,而不被2-PAM、TMB_4及LuH_6重活化。提示药物自身内在活性在重活化作用中的重要性。TMB_4和LuH_6对塔崩磷酸化AChE有较强重活化,而对未老化梭曼膦酸化AChE无重活化,HI-6则相反,对未老化梭曼膦酰化AChE重活化效果好,而对塔崩磷酰化AChE无重活化作用。塔崩和梭曼膦酰化AChE在未老化以前对药物的响应就有所不同,毒剂残基的空间效应可能起重要作用。  相似文献

目的 了解海勤人员战伤救护知识培训现状,为进一步系统有效地开展培训提供依据.方法 根据海勤人员的工作环境、战备训练及现代海战伤救治特点和规律自行设计问卷,对潜艇艇员、潜水员共计217人进行调杳.结果 特殊伤现场救护和心理应激渊适培训在潜艇艇员和潜水员之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).特殊武器伤现场救护培训内容中的生物武器伤和化学武器伤救护知识的培训,在潜艇艇员和潜水员之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对核武器伤和新概念武器伤救护知识的培训,在潜艇艇员和潜水员之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 战伤救护知识的培洲已在海勤部队开展,自救瓦救6项技术培训较好,新概念武器伤和特殊伤救护知识的培训开展较差.心理应激调适知识培训欠缺.  相似文献

Society is influenced by the unconcious aspects of the minds of the member individuals. This paper describes a psychoanalytic approach to some aspects of the social processes that give rise to the attitudes in Western society towards nuclear war and the nuclear threat. It is concluded that there are profound hidden factors that work against changing the current views on war and nuclear war, and that some peace groups are inadvertently recruited into maintaining the status quo.  相似文献

Our previous study showed that percutaneous sulfur mustard (SM) exposure induced pulmonary toxicity, which was attenuated by DRDE-07 (S-2[2-aminoethylamino] ethyl phenyl sulphide) pretreatment. The present study aimed to evaluate the protective efficacy of DRDE-07 and its analogues viz., DRDE-30 (S-2(2-aminoethyl amino)ethyl propyl sulphide) and DRDE-35 (S-2(2-aminoethyl amino)ethyl butyl sulphide) against SM. Thirty minutes before percutaneous SM (0.8 LD50) exposure, female Swiss mice were orally gavaged with DRDE-07 and its analogues(0.2 LD50). Animals were sacrificed on day 3 and 7, BAL fluid (BALF) and lung tissue were collected for biochemical, histopathological studies. As results, DRDE-07 and its analogues were beneficial in reducing the number of BALF inflammatory cells, protein level, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity, myeloperoxidase (MPO) and β-glucuronidase activity, while content of BALF and lung reduced glutathione level (GSH) were significantly protected. The pretreatment of DRDE-07 and its analogues inhibited the recruitment of inflammatory cells into the lung. The beneficial effects of DRDE-07 and its analogues were attributed to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity. Among the analogues, DRDE-30 exhibited significant beneficial effects as compared to the other two compounds. These analogues may be considered as prototype candidate molecules as there is no effective antidote for SM toxicity.  相似文献

近年来,海军官兵的心理健康问题受到研究者的普遍关注。本文对2009—2019年有关我国海军官兵心理健康研究的文献进行了梳理,总结了海军官兵心理健康特征、影响海军官兵心理健康的因素及对海军官兵心理健康的干预研究。海军官兵常见的心理问题包括抑郁、焦虑、睡眠问题等;目前关于海军官兵心理健康水平与其他军种比较的研究还有争议;常见的心理健康影响因素包括海军兵种、长远航任务和个人因素,如人格、应对方式、生活事件等;对海军官兵心理健康的干预研究较少。当前海军官兵心理健康研究存在调查规模小、研究结果不统一、研究方法单一、缺少实验研究等问题;未来需要扩大样本规模和兵种多样性,探究心理干预对海军官兵心理健康的促进作用,进一步关注各种军事应激因素对海军官兵心理健康的影响。  相似文献

To review long-term respiratory effects of mustard gas on Iranian veterans having undergone Iraq-Iran war. Electronic databases of Scopus, Medline, ISI, IranMedex, and Irandoc sites were searched. We accepted articles published in scientific journals as a quality criterion. The main pathogenic factors are free radical mediators. Prevalence of pulmonary involvement is approximately 42.5%. The most common complaints are cough and dyspnea. Major respiratory complications are chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, and asthma. Spirometry results can reveal restrictive and obstructive pulmonary disease. Plain chest X-ray does not help in about 50% of lung diseases. High-resolution CT of the lung is the best modality for diagnostic assessment of parenchymal lung and bronchi. There is no definite curative treatment for mustard lung. The effective treatment regimens consist of oxygen administration, use of vaporized moist air, respiratory physiotherapy, administration of mucolytic agents, bronchodilators, corticosteroids, and long-acting beta-2 agonists, antioxidants, surfactant, magnesium ions, therapeutic bronchoscopy, laser therapy, placement of respiratory stents, early tracheostomy in laryngospasm, and ultimately lung transplantation. High-resolution CT of the lung is the most accurate modality for the evaluation of the lung parenchyma and bronchi. The treatment efficacy of patients exposed to mustard gas depends on patient conditions (acute or chronic, upper or lower respiratory tract involvement). There are various treatment protocols, but unfortunately none of them is definitely curable.  相似文献
