玻璃体切割术前闪光视网膜电图与术后视力的关系

目的 :探讨玻璃体切割术前 F- ERG与术后视力的关系。方法 :对 5 0例行玻璃体切割手术的患者进行术前 F- ERG的测定 ,术后 2周对其视力进行测定 ,利用 SPSS软件包进行统计学处理。结果 :术前 F- ERG的 a波振幅与术后视力呈正相关 ;术前 F- ERG的 b波振幅与术后视力呈正相关 ;E值 ( E=La+ Lb/Aa+ Ab)与术后视力呈负相关 ;E小于等于 3.0者与 E大于 3.0组术后视力差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :玻璃体切割术前进行正确的 F- ERG分析 ,有助于玻璃体切割术后视力的预测。     

Detection of glaucomatous damage using multifocal ERG

The first‐order kernel analysis in multifocal electroretinogram (mfERG) using low contrast stimulation is suggested as a way to detect the inner retinal responses in animal studies. In this case report, this protocol is applied to human patients with glaucoma to demonstrate the possibility of using mfERG as a tool to detect glaucomatous damage. Two patients with glaucoma were recruited and had mfERG measurements with the 103‐scaled hexagonal stimulus pattern at low (50 per cent) contrast. Their responses were analysed and compared with those from normal subjects with the mfERG measured under the same condition. In the normal subjects, there were obvious oscillatory components on the ascending and descending limbs of the first‐order kernel response to 50 per cent contrast. In the glaucomatous patients, the oscillatory component on the descending limb was obviously diminished. In addition, this component was significantly diminished in the quadrant with a glaucomatous visual field defect. This suggests that the low‐contrast stimulation condition in mERG measurement may provide a good way to detect glaucomatous damage and this may help in clinical diagnosis of glaucoma.     

The pattern evoked response in disorders of the optic nerve

The pattern evoked electroretinogram (PERG) was investigated in 11 patients with unilateral optic nerve disease and in a series of age-matched controls. The visually evoked potential (VEP) was also measured. The PERG showed a similar reduction to the VEP in optic nerve disease. Serial studies indicate that the PERG may not be affected immediately in some instances but may show a gradual decline over several months.     

早期糖尿病视网膜病变的视网膜电图分析

目的 分析早期糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的闪光视网膜电图(F—ERG)和视网膜电图震荡电位(OPs)各参数的变化特点，寻找反映早期DR的敏感指标。方法 对16例(32只眼)正常人进行OPs和F-ERG检测。对27例(53只眼)糖尿病病人进行眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)、OPs和F—ERG检测。结果 OPs中Os波幅、O4波幅、OPs总波幅及F-ERG中b波峰潜时较其他指标敏感，其中O4波幅和b波峰潜时为最敏感指标，但均不能反映早期DR的严重程度。结论 OPs的O4波幅和F—ERG的b波峰潜时可作为早期糖尿病视网膜病变诊断的敏感指标。     

Anti-gal-C antibody in autoimmune neuropathies subsequent to mycoplasma infection

Four of 82 patients with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) and 1 of 12 with multifocal motor neuropathy (MMN), who previously had had Mycoplasma pneumoniae infections, had serum antibody to galactocerebroside (Gal-C). Two patients with GBS without mycoplasma infection also had anti-Gal-C antibody, whereas none of the normal or the disease controls had it. As Gal-C is a major glycolipid antigen in myelin, anti-Gal-C antibody may function in the pathogenesis of autoimmune demyelinative neuropathies. Mycoplasma pneumoniae appears to be an important preceding infectious agent in autoimmune neuropathies with anti-Gal-C antibody. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

应用快速傅里叶转换技术对正常视网膜电图进行频域分析，发现其ａ、ｂ波的优势频及能量集中在５－７５Ｈｚ；与ＯＰＳ波的分离点为７７ＨＺ，从而提出单纯记录ａ、ｂ波及ＯＰＳ波各自的较理想的通频带。     

Cone dysfunction and supernormal scotopic electroretinogram with a high-intensity stimulus

An unusual form of scotopic electroretinogram with a bright white stimulus, which consisted of a rectangular a-wave of normal amplitude and a b-wave of supernormal amplitude, was recorded in three patients with cone dysfunction. In addition to poor visual acuity, abnormal color vision and reduced amplitude of the photopic electroretinogram, these patients showed a 2-log unit elevation of the dark-adaptation threshold. Funduscopic examination and fluorescein angiography revealed fine granular pigment disturbances at the mascula. The relationship between the response of the dark-adapted electroretinogram versus stimulus intensity was unique to these patients. The b-wave thresholds were elevated by 1 log unit. The b-waves were reduced in amplitude and markedly delayed in implicit time to dim stimuli, but supernormal in amplitude and normal in implicit time to bright stimuli.Abbreviations GMP guanosine monophosphate     

视网膜脱离手术复位后ERG的恢复

为探讨视网膜脱离手术复位后ERG的改变，对35例（35眼）患者进行手术前后ERG检测，结果表明；（1）视网膜脱离术前ERGa、b波幅明显低于有视网膜格子样变性而无脱离者。（2）手术复位后ERGa、b波幅随时间延长逐渐回升。（3）视网膜脱离范围二个象限以内者ERGa、b波幅回升高于二象限以上者。（4）手术范围一个象限以内者与超过一个象限者相比前者ERG恢复优于后者。（5）视网膜脱离时间2月以内与超过2月相比，ERG恢复前者明显优于后者。结果证实视网膜脱离术后ERG恢复与手术后时间、脱离范围、病程及手术范围密切相关。     

Correlation with age and sex of flash-evoked electroretinogram and retinal oscillatory potentials recorded with skin electrodes

Electroretinograms and retinal oscillatory potentials to full-field flash stimulation were recorded by dermal electrodes in a population of subjects (1 to 84 yrs) balanced for age and sex (119 females, 133 males), without evidence or history of ocular and/or relevant systemic diseases. The electroretinogram latencies and b-wave amplitude increased, while the a-wave amplitude decreased linearly with age. The oscillatory potential amplitude initially increased, to decrease approximately at the age of 50, with an inverted U-shaped distribution.Presented in part at the XXV ISCEV Symposium, Sarasota (Florida), April 26–30, 1987.
