Microwave-assisted hydrothermal treatment of Lemna minor plant material was studied under subcritical conditions. The water phases of this process were extracted with polar and nonpolar solvents and the extracts were investigated by GC/MS screening analyses for value added products. The polar extracts were dominated by compounds known as flavouring agents and partly as platform chemicals, e.g. hydroxyacetone, 1-hydroxybutan-2-one, furfural, cyclotene and pyrrolidone. Pyridinol, an important educt for heterocyclic chemistry, was another interesting product. Benzaldehyde and oleamide were detected as main products in nonpolar n-hexane extracts. An essential aspect is that a large proportion of compounds like aldehyds and ketones were obtained when mild hydrothermal processing was applied.  相似文献

以季戊四醇、三氯氧磷、三聚氰胺为原料合成了[1-氧-4-亚甲基-2,6,7-三氧-1-磷杂双环(2,2,2)辛烷]磷酸酯双三聚氰胺盐阻燃剂,将该阻燃剂加入到环氧树脂中制成阻燃环氧树脂。用TG、SEM、EDS和FT-IR进行表征,并采用极限氧指数法和垂直燃烧法测试材料的燃烧性能,结果表明,极限氧指数和垂直燃烧性能随阻燃剂含量的增加而提高,当阻燃剂含量达到30%时,氧指数达到36,垂直燃烧性能达到V-0级;阻燃剂对材料的成炭量影响不大,但改变了炭层的组成和物理性质,燃烧过程中形成的含有P、O、N的粘性高聚物将炭层连接在一起,起到了隔热、隔氧作用,发挥了凝聚相阻燃作用。此外,阻燃环氧树脂在燃烧过程中有NH3等不燃气体逸出,有效地稀释了气相中的氧气浓度,发挥了气相阻燃作用,对材料的阻燃有协同作用。  相似文献

采用可膨胀石墨(EG)为主阻燃剂,包裹红磷(MRP)为阻燃协效剂制备阻燃聚丙烯(PP)。在mEG∶mMRP≥2时,阻燃效果最佳。阻燃剂(FR)含量达到30%后,阻燃效果大幅度提高,氧指数大于28。采用热失重和流变学方法分析了炭层质量,探讨了在mEG∶mMRP≥2时,阻燃效率最高的原因。相容剂马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)能够改善阻燃剂和聚丙烯之间的相容性,提高粘结力,改善炭层质量,提高材料的氧指数,PP-g-MAH用量为30%时,材料的氧指数达到31.4。  相似文献

以一种液相炭化焦(石油焦)为原料,在快速升温和热解压力为常压至3 MPa下制备了热解焦,主要考察了热解停留时间和热解压力对其失重、BET表面积和CO2气化活性的影响。结果表明:在加压快速热解条件下,随热解停留时间增加,液相炭化焦的失重率增加,BET表面积呈下降趋势,气化活性略微减小;随热解压力增加,液相炭化焦的失重率增加,BET表面积先增加后下降,气化活性略微变化,甚至基本不变;常压条件下液相炭化焦的气化活性明显高于加压条件下的气化活性。  相似文献

Estrogens induce both vitellogenin (Vtg) and egg shell (zona pellucida; ZP) protein synthesis in salmonids. However, while Vtg is strictly under estrogenic control, recent reports suggest that additional mechanisms are involved in ZP protein synthesis. During sexual maturation both estrogen and glucocorticoid levels increase in the circulation of female fish. As glucocorticoids have been shown to interfere with Vtg induction in fish we investigated whether cortisol (F) had similar effects on ZP regulation. In the present study we determined both the natural variation in Vtg and ZP during an annual reproductive cycle in female Arctic char (Salvelinus alpinus), and the effect of co-treatment of juvenile Arctic char with 17beta-estradiol (E2) and F. During sexual maturation the expression of Vtg and ZP correlated to plasma levels of E2 and F. Determination of Vtg and ZP protein levels following co-treatment with E2 and F showed that F antagonized E2 induction of Vtg. However, F was observed to potentiate the expression of ZP protein in the same fish. These results indicate that in Arctic char Vtg and ZP proteins are not regulated by the same mechanisms and suggest that ZP protein expression does not necessarily imply exposure to estrogenic compounds alone, and may thus not be ideally suited as a biomarker of exposure to estrogenic compounds.  相似文献

Background and Objectives: Photothermal therapies have limited efficacy and application due to the poor penetration depth of light inside tissue. In earlier work, we described the development of novel fiberoptic microneedles to provide a means to mechanically penetrate dermal tissue and deliver light directly into a localized target area.This paper presents an alternate fiberoptic microneedle design with the capability of delivering more diffuse, but therapeutically useful photothermal energy. Laser lipolysis is envisioned as a future clinical application for this design.Materials and Methods: A novel fiberoptic microneedle was developed using hydrofluoric acid etching of optical fiber to permit diffuse optical delivery. Microneedles etched for 10, 30, and 50 minutes, and an optical fiber control were compared with three techniques. First, red light delivery from the microneedles was evaluated by imaging the reflectance of the light from a white paper.Second, spatial temperature distribution of the paper in response to near-IR light (1,064 nm, 1 W CW) was recorded using infrared thermography. Third, ex vivo adipose tissue response during 1,064 nm, (5 W CW)irradiation was recorded with bright field microscopy.Results: Acid etching exposed a 3 mm length of the fiber core, allowing circumferential delivery of light along this length. Increasing etching time decreased microneedle diameter, resulting in increased uniformity of red and 1,064 nm light delivery along the microneedle axis. For equivalent total energy delivery, thinner microneedles reduced carbonization in the adipose tissue experiments.Conclusions: We developed novel microscale optical diffusers that provided a more homogeneous light distribution from their surfaces, and compared performance to a flat-cleaved fiber, a device currently utilized in clinical practice. These fiberoptic microneedles can potentially enhance clinical laser procedures by providing direct delivery of diffuse light to target chromophores, while minimizing undesirable photothermal damage in adjacent, non-target tissue.  相似文献
