猪带绦虫囊尾蚴囊液谷胱甘肽S转换酶活性测定

目的：探讨猪带绦虫囊尾蚴囊液内谷胱甘肽Ｓ转换酶（ＧＳＴ）的活性。方法：测定酶催化反应后底物浓度的变化,计算ＧＳＴ活力单位。结果：囊液经１：２０稀释,重复４次测定酶促管与非酶促管吸光值,测得平均ＧＳＴ活性为６１．８４活力单位;囊液冻干品则几无ＧＳＴ活性。结论：囊液中存在游离形式的ＧＳＴ活性,对筛选保护性抗原和可能的化疗靶分子具有潜在意义。     

槟榔与白胡椒对猪囊尾蚴形态学改变的影响

目的　观察研究中药槟榔、白胡椒对体外培养的猪囊尾蚴形态学改变的影响。方法　取经槟榔、白胡椒药液作用不同时间的囊尾蚴进行大体形态及扫描电镜观察。结果　经槟榔、白胡椒分别作用 3 0min ,1h后所有虫体蠕动均停止。槟榔、白胡椒对囊尾蚴分别作用 2 0min ,40min ,虫体表面开始出现部分剥蚀区 ,且随时间延长 ,其剥蚀区增大。结论　两种药物作用于囊尾蚴的效果均好 ,可以作为人或猪囊虫病的治疗药物     

牛带绦虫六钩蚴经静脉感染小牛的观察

目的：探讨以牛带绦虫六钩蚴悬液经静脉注射使小牛感染牛囊尾蚴方法的可重复性及相关注意事项。方法：分别以宿主刚排出和排出体外放置2周后的孕节虫卵经人工肠液孵出六钩蚴，静脉注射于小牛，牛体感染4个月后剖检。结果：在宿主体外发育2周后的虫卵六钩蚴易使小牛感染牛囊尾蚴。结论：经静脉接种六钩蚴使小牛感染牛囊尾蚴的方法可行，应选择发育成熟的虫卵进行孵化，即只有发育完全的六钩蚴才能在中间宿主体内发育为牛囊尾蚴。     

Photographic documentation of spontaneous extrusion of a subconjunctival cysticercus cyst

Spontaneous extrusion of a subconjunctival cysticercus cyst is a rare occurrence. The case reported is of a 20-year-old man who presented with a subconjunctival cysticercus cyst that was suspected to be undergoing spontaneous extrusion. The eye was photographed as the parasite extruded through the conjunctival opening with undulating movements over 3-4 min.     

敦化市雁鸣湖镇淡水鱼虾吸虫囊蚴感染情况调查

[目的]调查分析敦化市雁鸣湖镇境内淡水鱼虾吸虫囊蚴感染情况.[方法]收集当地21种1 810条淡水鱼和315只淡水虾,解剖提取鱼的肌肉和虾的软体组织,压片,显微镜下观察,进行动物试验以确定寄生虫种类.[结果]在当地淡水鱼虾体内未发现有华支睾吸虫囊蚴的感染;而在大川丁鱼、小川丁鱼及麦穗体内发现有横川后殖吸虫囊蚴的感染,其感染率分别为81.7%,16.1%,3.9%.     

Bilateral Multifocal Intraocular Cysticercosis

A 47-year-old male from India was treated for the rare condition of bilateral multifocal intraocular infestation with Cysticercus cellulosae, the larval form of Taenia solium. The intravitreous parasite in the left eye was removed via pars plana vitrectomy. A subretinal cysticercus in the right eye, which caused a rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, was removed via sclerotomy during the scleral buckling procedure. An additional peripapillary subretinal cyst could not be removed. A subconjunctival cysticercus was incidently found and removed at the time of surgery. The patient returned to India six weeks after surgery and is doing well.     

用SDS—PAGE、Western blot和ELISA方法检测猪囊虫囊液中有效抗原的研究

用SDS-PAGE、Western blot和ELISA方法检测猪囊虫囊液中的有效抗原,结果猪囊虫囊液中有8条抗原区带被猪囊虫病患者血清中抗体识别,分子量分别为255、185、105、69、64、60、48、和41kDa。其中第至3第7条免疫活性较强,含量较高,为有希望用于研制猪囊虫病疫苗的抗原分子。     

Lacrimal Canalicular Obstruction by Cysticercus Cellulosae

Ocular adnexal infestation in cysticercosis is unusual. A case of lacrimal canalicular obstruction by cysticercus cellulosae in a 35-year-old female is reported. The diagnosis was established by histopathological examination of the cyst, surgically removed from the above patient with a suspected benign neoplasm in the lacrimal passage. To our knowledge, this is the first case report of lacrimal canalicular obstruction by cysticercus cellulosae.     

中药全蝎醇提取物体外抑制猪囊尾蚴活性的作用

将全蝎醇提取物置于15%猪胆汁常水溶液中在37℃进行体外培养,并以化学药物丙硫咪唑作对照,首次证实了全蝎体外具有显著的杀灭猪囊尾蚴的作用,其不同的加工品和药用部位的灭囊活性无显著差异。     

27例脑囊虫病误诊原因的临床分析

脑囊虫病的临床表现受脑内囊虫数目的多少、侵犯的部位等多种因素影响而复杂多样,易与其它脑部疾病相混淆而致误诊。但只要重视询问病史,结合囊虫免疫试验及头部CT扫描等辅助检查,避免或减少脑囊虫病的误诊是可以做到的。
