本文通过透射电镜观察水泡绦虫成虫体壁的结构,发现成虫体壁密布微毛并具纤毛,微毛顶端棘突系条状结晶蛋白。皮层基质区有许多液泡,内含颗粒或脂滴及不定形的基质。皮下层为有核细胞区,富有细胞器,实质中有较多电子致密细胞和核周体,并向皮层发出大小不等的胞质通道,构成一个片层状的管网结构,显示体壁能取代肠管的特殊功能。 相似文献

Ultrastructural abnormalities of spermatozoa and respiratory cilia have been reported in a male patient with Kartagener's syndrome and infertility.
In this patient both respiratory cilia and sperm tails showed defects in radial spokes and dynein arms. Such defects are heretofore undescribed in the same subject with immotile cilia syndrome.
Absence of both inner and outer dynein arms and absence of the inner dynein arms only were detected in spermatozoa and in respiratory tract cilia, respectively. Moreover, total absence of axoneme was seen in several sperm tails from this patient.
The possibility that the features described are of genetic origin is discussed. 相似文献

This paper reports on the successful treatment by in-vitro fertilization (IVF) of a couple in whom the male partner had Kartagener's syndrome. His spermatozoa were severely asthenozoospermic with deficient dynein arms and disordered microtubular configuration. On computer-assisted sperm analysis (CASA) motile spermatozoa displayed straight non-progressive motility with minimal amplitude of lateral head displacement and none were hyperactivated. This is the first case report in which spermatozoa with axonemal disruption in a man with immotile cilia syndrome (ICS) have been shown to be able to penetrate the zona pellucida and fertilize oocytes. cells in the human oviduct mucosa are myofibroblasts. They are considered to play an important role in the transport of oocytes

The immotile cilia syndrome (ICS) presents with autosomal recessive inheritance and is a chronic respiratory disease supposed to be caused by different genetic determinants. The hypothesis that cystic fibrosis (CF) heterozygotes may have a predisposition to develop bronchial or respiratory diseases other than CF prompted us to look for CF mutations in patients with ICS. Five patients, as well as the parents and two healthy brothers of one patient were tested for 12 CF mutations, for the polymorphic GATT repeat in intron 6a and for the CF gene flanking markers XV-2c, KM19, MP6d-9, J3.11. None of the 12 mutations at the CF locus have been detected in the ICS patients and no linkage was found between ICS and the polymorphic markers. Thus, based on our data, ICS and CF seem to be two different clinical entities. 相似文献

We report two cases of infertility treatment in couples where males suffered from Kartagener's syndrome (KS) and a total absence of motile sperm in the ejaculate. A total of three ICSI cycles was carried out. In all cycles, viable ejaculated or testicular spermatozoa were selected using the hypo-osmotic swelling (HOS) test. Case 1: In the first ICSI cycle total fertilization failure occurred after using ejaculated spermatozoa. In the following cycle testicular spermatozoa were used for ICSI, resulting in 75% fertilized oocytes and a pregnancy. Case 2: In the same ICSI cycle 50% of the oocytes were injected with ejaculated and 50% with testicular spermatozoa. The fertilization rates were 44 and 56% respectively and high quality embryos were achieved in both groups. One single embryo derived from testicular sperm was transferred with a resulting singleton pregnancy. In conclusion, testicular sperm for ICSI seem to have reliable fertilization capacity in men with KS, while ejaculated sperm, even if tested viable, seem more unpredictable. HOS test for selection of viable sperm for ICSI is recommended when ejaculated as well as testicular sperm are used for ICSI. 相似文献

The sinus mucosa of 16 rabbits was experimentally infected with Bacteroides fragilis. This paper describes and discusses large inclusion bodies, which were found in abundance by light and electron microscopy inside ciliated cells of the sinus epithelium in 3 of the studied animals. The spindle-shaped inclusions were located in the apical portion of the cytoplasm. They were bound by a trilaminar membrane with several coils to the interior as well as to the exterior. The interior of an inclusion body consisted to a large extent of electron-lucent, floccular substance, but fibrogranular aggregates and rod-shaped crystals with a line periodicity center-to-center of about 15 nm were also conspicuous. At transmission electron microscopy, normal tubular cells appeared to be partially replaced by epithelial cells showing numerous 9×2 cilia and a normally developed basal apparatus. The cilia showed several ultra-structural details (i.e., outer dynein arms, spokes) such as observed in kinocilia of the respiratory epithelium. In addition, a number of poorly differentiated cells showing cilia with a 9 + 0 pattern and at the same time cilia with a 9 + 2 pattern of microtubular arrangement were also seen.
