The purpose of this work was to study the possibility of neutralizing high-calcium fly ash expansion during hydration. The object of the study was the fly ash of Berezovskaya GRES, which is capable of independent setting and hardening. The test in the Le Chatelier molds showed that the divergence of indicator arms was 90–100 mm 1 day after mixing with water. The expansion and cracking of the fly ash could be completely prevented by silica fume addition in an amount of 42.9% by weight of the fly ash. At the same time, the compressive strength of specimens from the fly ash–sand paste in a ratio of 1:5 at the age of 28 days was 1.47 MPa. The isothermal heat release at a temperature of 20 °C for 10 days reached 500 kJ/kg. XRF and DTA results showed that free lime in the fly ash was completely hydrated in 11 days and gave the greatest expansion in the absence of silica fume. The presence of silica fume made the lime hydration incomplete and decreased the expansion. Unslaked free lime remained in the system. 目的研究施用磷酸二铵对延胡索产量品质的影响。方法设计不同梯度的磷酸二铵用量,在相同种植条件下,观察并记录不同施肥量下延胡索的主要生长指标。采收后按照《中国药典》2015年版要求,测定总灰分、醇溶性浸出物和延胡索乙素含量,并进行分析比较。结果磷酸二铵用量为375 kg/hm~2时延胡索长势最旺,折干率最高,为33.7%,块茎最大,直径为2.57 cm/个,鲜产量最高,为5 482.2 kg/hm~2,比对照增产38.2%,总灰分最低,为3.0%,醇溶性浸出物和延胡索乙素含量最高,分别为24.8%、0.128%。结论施用磷酸二铵能提高延胡索的产量和质量。 相似文献

Despite limitations to coal combustion energy production, many countries face the still-unresolved problem of utilising the wastes from fluidised bed coal combustion. One direction of rational utilisation can be using these wastes in the building materials industry. The study aimed to analyse the possibility of using fluidised bed combustion fly ashes as a partial substitute for cement in the underwater concrete (UWC). Two groups of concrete mixes were tested, containing 20 to 50% of fluidised bed combustion fly ashes. Investigations of the rheological properties of the concrete mixes and the mechanical performance of the hardened concrete confirmed the possibility of replacing cement in UWC with fluidised bed combustion fly ash up to 30% of the cement mass. The higher content of the fly ashes significantly worsens the UWC strength as well as the consistency and wash-out loss of the concrete mixes, excluding its use in underwater concreting. 相似文献

The cement industry has brought serious environmental pollution problems. In the background of ecological civilization, accelerating rational use of waste resources plays an important role in protecting the environment. In this study, self-compacting concrete (SCC) is prepared using fly ash and lime powder as supplementary cementitious materials by replacing 50%, 60%, and 70% of ordinary Portland cement. By systematically analyzing the influence of the fly ash replacement rate on the workability and mechanical properties of SCC, steel-fiber-reinforced SCC containing 60% fly ash is chosen for further study, and steel fiber is added at the percentages of 0.25%, 0.50%, 0.75%, and 1.00%. The performances in fresh and hardened states are investigated in terms of workability, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, and axial compression deformation property. The obtained outcomes indicate that although the incorporation of fly ash can improve the workability of the mixture, there is a negative correlation between the mechanical properties of SCC and the fly ash replacement rate. For steel-fiber-reinforced SCC containing 60% fly ash, when the content of steel fibers exceeds 0.75%, the workability decreases sharply, and even when the volume fraction is 1.00%, the passing ability cannot meet the requirements of the technical specifications for applications of self-compacting concrete. The analysis results for mechanical properties show that compressive strength is not changed significantly with increasing percentage of steel fibers. The steel fibers strengthen splitting tensile strength and flexural strength significantly, and compared with that of without steel fibers, they increased by 22% and 58%, respectively, with steel fibers up to 1.00%. Additionally, the parameters of the axial compression deformation property are improved by introducing steel fibers, especially the strain energy () and relative toughness () of steel-fiber-reinforced SCC containing a high level of fly ash. 相似文献
