目的:观察纤维蛋白原(Fg)亚组分与冠心病患者的关系,探讨Fg亚组分对冠心病的诊断价值。方法:采用SDS-PAGE电泳法测定Fg亚组分,STAGO全自动血凝仪测定Fg。结果:冠心病患者高分子量(HF)和低分子量(LF)纤维蛋白原均显著高于正常组(P<0.01)。结论:冠心痛患者Fg亚组分明显高于正常组,尤以LF显著,LF/HF可以作为此类疾患的参考指标。  相似文献

Teicoplanin and polymyxin E (colistin) are antibiotics consisting of multiple, closely related subcomponents, produced by fermentation. The principal components comprise a complex mixture of chemically related, active substances (teicoplanin A2-1–A2-5 and polymyxin E1–2, respectively), which might be required to be present in specific ratios to ensure optimal antibacterial and clinical efficacy. These subcomponents differ in their fatty acid and amino acid composition and, as such, the lipophilic and protein binding characteristics differ between components. This has therapeutic implications for critically ill patients, as the volume of distribution of the teicoplanin A2 and polymyxin E analogues at the onset of an intravenous infusion may impact on expected pharmacokinetics and influence outcome.  相似文献

The role of each subcomponent of Clostridium botulinum serotype B haemagglutinin (HA), which is one component of 16S toxin, and consists of four subcomponents (HA1, 2, 3a, and 3b), was investigated. In order to identify the subcomponent contributing to the stability of a neurotoxin in the gastro-intestinal tract, each recombinant HA (rHA) subcomponent was incubated with gastro-intestinal proteases. Although rHA1 and rHA3 were stable to these proteases except for specific cleavage, rHA2 was not. Anti-free whole HA serum reacted with neither rHA2 nor HA2 in 16S toxin on both Western blot and ELISA, while anti-rHA2 serum reacted with both rHA2 and HA2 in 16S toxin on Western blots, although it did not react with 16S toxin in ELISA. Binding or haemagglutination activity against erythrocytes was found in rHA1 and rHA3, but not in rHA2. In addition, only HA1 bound to the intestinal section. These results indicate that the HA (and 16S toxin) complex is assembled in the way that HA1 and HA3 (HA3a plus HA3b) encase HA2, followed by modification with trypsin-like bacterial protease, leading to the conclusion that HA1 and HA3 act as protective factors for the neurotoxin and as attachment factors to host cells.  相似文献

目的研究 Alzheimer 病(AD 组)与正常老人(NC 组)的认知电位 P_(300)及其亚成分。方法应用美国 Nicolet Spir-it 脑诱发电位仪和听觉 oddball 范式,记录了30例 AD 组和34例 NC 组在 Cz 和 Fz 点上 P_(300),进一步分析 P_3亚成分。结果 P_3是一个复合波,P_(3a)、P_(3b)双峰明显,清晰。在 Cz 点,AD 组 P_3双峰波出现率低于 NC 组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。本检测结果,在 Fz 点 P_(3a)潜伏期、P_(3a)及 P_(3b)波幅和 Cz 点 P_(3a)潜伏期、P_(3a)及 P_(3b)波幅上,AD 组表现为同一趋势,即潜伏期延迟和波幅低于 NC组,有显著性差异(P<0.05或 P>0.01)。结论提示 P_(3a)和 P_(3b)是一个较好的指标,适合老年精神科临床应用。  相似文献
