目的研究甘草外部形态和不同种源与甘草中药用活性成分甘草酸和甘草苷含量的关系。方法采用田间调查和室内测定相结合的方法对甘草外部形态以及甘草药用活性成分含量进行调查和测定。结果经相关分析,筛选出一些与甘草酸和甘草苷含量相关的性状,筛选出内蒙古杭锦旗栽培的多年生甘草种源46和一年生高沙窝种源为优良育种材料。结论从单株性状对甘草酸和甘草苷含量进行选择的范围和改良潜力很大,甘草中药用活性成分含量受遗传和环境各方面因素的影响。  相似文献

IntroductionWith the increasingly digital nature of biomedical data and as the complexity of analyses in medical research increases, the need for accurate information capture, traceability and accessibility has become crucial to medical researchers in the pursuance of their research goals. Grid- or Cloud-based technologies, often based on so-called Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), are increasingly being seen as viable solutions for managing distributed data and algorithms in the bio-medical domain. For neuroscientific analyses, especially those centred on complex image analysis, traceability of processes and datasets is essential but up to now this has not been captured in a manner that facilitates collaborative study.Purpose and methodFew examples exist, of deployed medical systems based on Grids that provide the traceability of research data needed to facilitate complex analyses and none have been evaluated in practice. Over the past decade, we have been working with mammographers, paediatricians and neuroscientists in three generations of projects to provide the data management and provenance services now required for 21st century medical research. This paper outlines the finding of a requirements study and a resulting system architecture for the production of services to support neuroscientific studies of biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease.ResultsThe paper proposes a software infrastructure and services that provide the foundation for such support. It introduces the use of the CRISTAL software to provide provenance management as one of a number of services delivered on a SOA, deployed to manage neuroimaging projects that have been studying biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease.ConclusionsIn the neuGRID and N4U projects a Provenance Service has been delivered that captures and reconstructs the workflow information needed to facilitate researchers in conducting neuroimaging analyses. The software enables neuroscientists to track the evolution of workflows and datasets. It also tracks the outcomes of various analyses and provides provenance traceability throughout the lifecycle of their studies. As the Provenance Service has been designed to be generic it can be applied across the medical domain as a reusable tool for supporting medical researchers thus providing communities of researchers for the first time with the necessary tools to conduct widely distributed collaborative programmes of medical analysis.  相似文献

Science is a form of distributed analysis involving both individual work that produces new knowledge and collaborative work to exchange information with the larger community. There are many particular ways in which individual and community can interact in science, and it is difficult to assess how efficient these are, and what the best way might be to support them. This paper reports on a series of experiments in this area and a prototype implementation using a research platform called CACHE. CACHE both supports experimentation with different structures of interaction between individual and community cognition and serves as a prototype for computational support for those structures. We particularly focus on CACHE‐BC, the Bayes community version of CACHE, within which the community can break up analytical tasks into “mind‐sized” units and use provenance tracking to keep track of the relationship between these units.  相似文献

目的:揭示全国主产区鱼腥草种质资源中黄酮类成分质量分数变异规律,为鱼腥草优良品种选育提供基础。方法:用液相色谱法测定22个种源鱼腥草中金丝桃苷、槲皮苷和槲皮素质量分数,并分析形态特征、地理位置、生长性状与金丝桃苷、槲皮苷和槲皮素质量分数的关系。结果与结论:不同种源鱼腥草中金丝桃苷、槲皮苷和槲皮素质量分数存在显著差异,与植物形态存在一定的关系,与种源经纬度没有显著的相关性。因此,在针对鱼腥草金丝桃苷、槲皮苷和槲皮素成分选择新品种时,应重点考虑鱼腥草植株的形态特征。  相似文献

Samples from 20 reverse paintings on glass from different regions have been analyzed by NAA with the aim to deduce the place and date of their origin. A separation of earlier and later paintings was due to different concentrations of K and Na, because a sodium-containing flux came into use after 1870. Since in southern Germany quartz sand, and in the eastern area quartz rock had been used for glass manufacture, specific impurities could be used to distinguish southern from eastern glasses.  相似文献
