辽宁满族和汉族指纹白线正常值分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文报告了辽宁满族和汉族人指纹白线的调查结果。满族和汉族人的指纹白线出现率分别是7.14%和31.73%。满族人的指纹白线出现率低于汉族、维吾尔族、德国人、波兰人和美国白人。作者注意到满族人的指纹白线不存在左右手间和性别间的差异,而汉族人性别间差异显著。十指均有白线频率为1.91%(满族)和10.5%(汉族)。十指均有白线的白线平均数满族为39.3±6.6,汉族为35.5±10.6。五指中指纹白线出现率从高到低的顺序在满族为Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ,在汉族为Ⅳ、Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅰ、Ⅴ。存在民族间的差异。  相似文献

The D2-dopamine receptor antagonist raclopride was administered to eight healthy male subjects, who had previously experienced akathisia following antipsychotic drugs. The influence of administration rate on onset, severity and duration of akathisia and on prolactin response was studied. Raclopride 3,5 or 9 mg or placebo (P) was administered as single IV infusions during 10 min (R10 min/3 mg), 1 h (R1h/5 mg) or 4 h (R4h/9 mg) according to a randomized double-blind design. Despite a 24-fold difference in administration rate a similar peak raclopride concentration of about 350 nmol/l was obtained after all three infusions. Three of the eight subjects experienced akathisia following R10 min/3 mg and R1h/5 mg, respectively. After R4h/9 mg seven subjects experienced akathisia of longer duration but not more severe than after the short infusions. The incidence and duration of akathisia seem to be mainly related to the plasma raclopride concentrations over time, whereas the rate of administration might be more important for the severity. A maximal prolactin response was induced which was not markedly affected by the rate of administration.  相似文献

The immunohistochemical occurrence of the high affinity neurotrophin (NT) receptors trkA, trkB, and trkC is shown in the pre-term newborn, infant, and adult human post-mortem cerebellum. Immunoreactive neuronal perikarya and processes were observed in all specimens examined, where they appeared unevenly distributed in the cerebellar cortical layers and deep nuclei, and showed regional differences among cerebellar lobules and folia. The trk receptor-antibodies, tested by Western blot on human cerebellum homogenates, revealed multiple immunoreactive bands for trkA and single bands for trkB and trkC. The results obtained show the tissue localization of the trk receptor-like immunoreactivity in the human cerebellum from prenatal to adult age. The analysis for codistribution of the receptors with the relevant ligand and among the receptors in discrete cortical and deep nuclei tissue fields shows a wide variety of conditions, from a good similarity in terms of type and density of labeled structures, to a lack of correspondence, and suggests the possibility of colocalization of trk receptors with the relevant neurotrophin and among them in the cerebellar cortex. These results sustain the concept that the neurotrophin trophic system participates in the development, differentiation, and maintenance of the human cerebellar connectivity and support the possibility of a multifactorial trophic support for the neurotrophins through target-derived and local mechanisms.  相似文献

The immunohistochemical occurrence of the neurotrophin (NT) proteins nerve growth factor (NGF), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), neurotrophin-4 (NT-4), and neurotrophin-3 (NT-3) is shown in the pre-term newborn, infant, and adult human post-mortem cerebellum. The NT-like immunoreactive structures were unevenly distributed and showed regional differences among cerebellar lobules and folia. NGF-, NT-4-, and NT-3-positive neuronal perikarya were observed in all specimens examined. At variance with the other neurotrophins, the BDNF antiserum labelled neuronal cell bodies only in newborn life and infancy, as well as extensive nerve fibre systems, whose density increased with age. The NT-antibodies, tested by Western blot on human cerebellum homogenates, revealed immunoreactive bands corresponding to proteins of heterogenous molecular weight. The results obtained provide a first demonstration of the tissue localization of the NTs in the human cerebellum from perinatal to adult age, thus suggesting their involvement in the development, differentiation and maintenance of the cerebellar connectivity. Codistribution of the four NTs or sets of them was observed in cortical and deep nuclei neurons. Multiple trophic roles for NTs, encompassing the classic target-derived and local mechanisms of support, are envisaged as significant in development, differentiation, and maintenance of the human cerebellar connectivity.  相似文献

目的观察肾宁口服液治疗膜性肾病的实验研究.方法用阳离子牛血清白蛋白(C-BSA)制备家免膜性肾病模型,设立正常对照组、中药治疗组、激素治疗组和模型组.每周测定一次24h尿蛋白,实验结束时测定血浆白蛋白、血脂和肾功能等生化指标.结果肾宁口服液中药治疗组的24h尿蛋白、血脂和肾功能等生化指标较模型组明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05),而激素治疗组与模型组比较无明显差异(P>0.05).结论肾宁口服液能降低尿蛋白,提高血浆白蛋白,改善肾功能,对膜性肾病有显著疗效.  相似文献

The in vitro absorption of chlorinated paraffins, Cereclor S52 and Cereclor 56L (present in a cutting fluid), has been measured through human skin. During 56 h continuous skin contact no Cereclor S52 was detected to have been absorbed and only a very slow rate of Cereclor 56L absorption (mean rate, 0.04 g/cm/h) was measured. This rate was only apparent after more than 7 h continuous skin contact. These chlorinated paraffins were very poorly absorbed through human skin and human dermal exposure should not cause significant systemic levels.  相似文献

Summary The primary purpose of this investigation was to study the eccentric and concentric torque-velocity characteristics of the quadriceps femoris in man using a recently developed combined isometric, concentric and eccentric controlled velocity dynamometer (the SPARK System). A secondary purpose was to compare the method error associated with maximal voluntary concentric and eccentric torque output over a range of testing velocities. 21 males (21–32 years) performed on two separate days maximal voluntary isometric, concentric and eccentric contractions of the quadriceps femoris at 4 isokinetic lever arm velocities of 0° · s–1 (isometric), 30° · s–1 120° · s–1 and 270° · s–1. Eccentric peak torque and angle-specific torques (measured every 10° from 30° to 70°) did not significantly change from 0° · s–1 to 270° · s–1 (p>0.05) (with the exception of angle-specific 40° torque, which significantly increased;p<0.05). The mean method error was significantly higher for the eccentric tests (10.6%±1.6%) than for the concentric tests (8.1%±1.7%) (p<0.05). The mean method error decreased slightly with increasing concentric velocity (p>0.05), and increased slightly with increasing eccentric velocity (p>0.05). A tension restricting neural mechanism, if active during maximal eccentric contractions, could possibly account for the large difference seen between the present eccentric torque-velocity results and the classic results obtained from isolated animal muscle.  相似文献

Summary Serial sections (15 m, 120 m, and 400 m) of nine brain stems treated with a combined lipofuscin pigment-Nissl stain were examined in order to delineate the three-dimensional conformation and subdivisions as well as the neuronal types of the human oral raphe system. Characteristic lipofuscin deposits within the somata of various cell types facilitated the demarcation of the oral raphe nuclei from surrounding structures. The dorsal, central, and linear raphe nuclei, e.g. the major subdivisions of the oral raphe system, share common traits as far as neuronal composition and pigmentation is concerned. The interfascicular subnucleus, the dorsofascicular subnucleus, and the intercalate subnucleus are minor subdivisions of the dorsal raphe nucleus. The intercalate one cannot be differentiated from surrounding areas in preparations solely stained for Nissl-material, while it can facilely be identified in combined pigment-Nissl preparations by virtue of differences in the pigmentation pattern. Our architectonical concept of the oral raphe system is in good accordance with the one derived from immunocytochemical investigations of serotonin-containing neurons in the human brain stem. Furthermore, five main neuronal types are described which constitute the oral raphe nuclei. They have been differentiated according to their characteristics as seen in combined pigment-Nissl preparations. I) Large ovoid to polygonal neurons with densely packed and intensely stained pigment granules. II) Similarily featured cells displaying dust-fine and faintly stained pigment granules. III) Medium-sized, ovoid to polygonal neurons with loosely distributed, small pigment granules. IV) Small ovoid neurons devoid of pigment or with only few, intensely stained granules. V) Small spindleshaped nerve cells with various amounts of intensely stained pigment granules. The morphometrical examination has revealed considerable overlapping in size between types I and II. A fact that would not allow a distinction in preparations solely stained for Nissl-material.  相似文献
