广东省罗定市广州管圆线虫疫源地调查   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的了解广东山丘区广州管圆线虫疫源地的分布及宿主种类,为制定广东山丘区广州管圆线虫病防治策略提供科学依据。方法各种螺类均采用匀浆法把螺肉打碎,置室温下自然沉淀,取沉渣图片镜检。结果在褐云玛瑙螺、福寿螺和石螺体内发现广州管圆线虫,阳性率分别为13.21%(14/106)、2.00%(2/100)和1.43%(1/70);10只中华圆田螺未发现阳性。结论山丘区的罗定市为广州管圆线虫病疫源地,褐云玛瑙螺、福寿螺和石螺均可为广州管圆线虫的中间宿主。  相似文献

We studied HLA class I (HLA-A, -B) and class II (HLA-DRB1, -DQB1) alleles by PCR-SSP based typing in 122 Mexicans from the state of Hidalgo living in the city of Pachuca (N = 41) and rural communities (N = 81), to obtain information regarding allelic and haplotypic frequencies. We find that the most frequent haplotypes in Hidalgo include eight Native American and one European haplotypes. Admixture estimates revealed that the main genetic components in Hidalgo are Native American (58.93 ± 2.16% by ML; 54.51% of Native American haplotypes) and European (32.49 ± 2.88% by ML; 28.69% of European haplotypes), and a relatively high African genetic component (8.58 ± 0.93% by ML; 6.97% of African haplotypes).  相似文献

Background and aims

Several studies propose that (?)-epicatechin, a flavonol present in high concentration in the cocoa, has cardioprotective effects. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of (?)-epicatechin on the development of dilated cardiomyopathy in a δ sarcoglycan null mouse model.

Methods and results

δ Sarcoglycan null mice were treated for 15 days with (?)-epicatechin. Histological and morphometric analysis of the hearts treated mutant mice showed significant reduction of the vasoconstrictions in the coronary arteries as well as fewer areas with fibrosis and a reduction in the loss of the ventricular wall. On the contrary, it was observed a thickening of this region. By Western blot analysis, it was shown, and increment in the phosphorylation level of eNOS and PI3K/AKT/mTOR/p70S6K proteins in the heart of the (?)-epicatechin treated animals. On the other hand, we observed a significantly decreased level of the atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) heart failure markers.

Conclusion

All the results indicate that (?)-epicatechin has the potential to prevent the development of dilated cardiomyopathy of genetic origin and encourages the use of this flavonol as a pharmacological therapy for dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure diseases.  相似文献
