目的探讨血清可溶性 CD36(sCD36)、抵抗素、能量平衡相关蛋白(Adropin)联合对 2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病( NAFLD)的预测价值。方法前瞻性选取石家庄市第二医院 2018年 5月至 2021年 5月收治的 90例 T2DM合并 NAFLD病人( A组)、 90例单纯 T2DM病人( B组)同期选取 90例体检健康者(对照组)作为研究对象。通过酶联免疫吸附测定检测研究对象血清 sCD36、抵抗素、 Adropin表达水,平,对比分析三组 sCD36、抵抗素、 Adropin表达水平差异;分析 sCD36、抵抗素、 Adropin表达相关性; logistic回归分析 T2DM合并 NAFLD的影响因素;受试者操作特征曲线( ROC曲线)分析 sCD36、抵抗素、 Adropin三者联合对 T2DM合并 NAFLD的预测价值。结果 A组病人血清 sCD36(63.7±15.6)ng/L、抵抗素( 3.15±0.46)μg/L水平均高于 B组[( 43.8±14.2)ng/L、(2.72±0.68)μg/L]和对照组[( 22.9±5.7)ng/L、(2.58±0.39)μg/L](P<0.05),血清 Adropin水平(66.28±27.62)ng/L均低于 B组( 86.73±25.46)ng/L和对照组( 128.59±45.22)ng/L,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 sCD36与抵抗素表达水平呈正相关(r=0.29,P<0.05)Adropin与 sCD36表达呈负相关(r=0.57,P<0.05)。 logistic回归分析显示, sCD36,抵抗素,总胆固醇( TC)是 T2DM合并 NAFLD影响因素( P<0.05)。 ROC曲线分析显示, sCD36、抵抗素、 Adropin单独及三者联合预测 T2DM合并 NAFLD的曲线下面积( AUC)分别为 0.81、0.74、0.72、0.89,三者联合对 T2DM合并 NAFLD的预测效能显著高于单指标独立预测( P<0.05)。结论 T2DM合并 NAFLD病人血清 sCD36、抵抗素水平升高, Adropin水平降低,三者联合对预测 T2DM合并 NAFLD具有较高效能。  相似文献

目的分析脑梗死患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)与血清Adropin水平之间的关系,探讨血清Adropin在动脉粥样硬化评估中的预测价值。方法选取84例脑梗死患者,用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测颈动脉IMT,分为内膜正常组(n=20)、内膜增厚组(n=38)、斑块形成组(n=26),采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清Adropin含量,分析颈动脉IMT与血清Adropin水平的相关性。结果 IMT正常组血清Adropin水平明显高于IMT增厚组和IMT斑块组(均P0.01),IMT增厚组血清Adropin水平明显高于IMT斑块组(P0.01),相关性分析显示,颈动脉IMT与年龄(r=0.342,P=0.001)、收缩压(r=0.536,P=0.000)、LDL-C(r=0.285,P=0.009)、尿酸(r=0.282,P=0.009)呈正相关,与Adropin呈明显负相关(r=-0.500,P=0.000);Logistic回归分析显示年龄、尿酸、LDL-C、收缩压、Adropin下降是颈动脉硬化的独立危险因素。结论血清Adropin水平随着颈动脉硬化程度加重而下降,在一定程度上可反映颈动脉粥样硬化严重程度。  相似文献

Abstract

Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is increasing worldwide. The aim of this study was to investigate the association between serum adropin concentration and GDM. In a case–control study, conducted in 2013, 40 pregnant women with GDM and 40 healthy pregnant women (controls) were evaluated. Fasting serum adropin and lipid concentration were measured during 24th–28th weeks of gestation for both groups. These factors were compared between the two groups using independent sample t-test. There was a significant difference in adropin levels between the two groups and mean adropin levels were lower in GDM group (p: 0.016). There was no significant correlation between serum adropin levels and body mass index as well as fasting blood glucose (FBS) or serum lipid profile including high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, cholesterol and triglyceride concentration (p?>?0.05). There was a significant association between adropin concentration and GDM even after using regression model for removing confounding factors (odds ratio?=?0.681). Low serum adropin concentration is associated with GDM in Iranian pregnant women.  相似文献

Abstract

Aim: Adropin is a recently identified protein in liver, brain and many peripheral tissues, which is important in energy homeostasis. The purpose of this study is to determine adropin levels in patients with endometrium cancer (EC).

Material and methods: A total of 74 patients (47 EC patients and 27 healthy controls) were included in the study. Fasting venous blood samples were collected from all patients. Serum adropin levels were measured by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The correlations between serum adropin levels and clinicopathologic variables were determined.

Results: In body mass index and age-matched groups of patients, adropin levels were determined lower in patients with EC than control group (p?<?0.01). Adropin levels were negatively correlated with age (r?=??0.265, p?=?0.023), homeostasis model-resistance index (HOMA-IR) (r?=??0.294, p?=?0.005) and fasting insulin levels (r?=??0.292, p?=?0.001). It was shown that in receiver operator characteristic (ROC) analysis, at cut-off value?≤?1.055 (ng/ml), adropin had 92.7% sensitivity, 91.5% specificity and had AUC?=?0.948, CI; 0.894–1.000 for diagnosis of EC (p?<?0.001).

Conclusion: Adropin seems to be an important protein in pathogenesis of EC. Clearly, there are largely unknown aspects of adropin in EC pathophysiology and require further multi-centered, molecular and genetic studies including high number of cases.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Objective: Study the association of adropin and hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy (HDCP).

Methods: Patients with HDCP were matched with normotensive women (47 pairs). Adropin concentrations were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.

Results: Compared with the controls, the serum adropin levels were lower in the HDCP group (P < 0.001) and in HDCP subgroups (gestational hypertension, mild preeclampisa, and severe preeclampsia, term, preterm, early onset, and late onset) (all P < 0.05). After adjustment for confounders, adropin remained negatively associated with HDCP (P = 0.027).

Conclusion: Lower adropin concentration is significantly associated with HDCP, suggesting that higher or normal adropin levels may be protective against HDCP.  相似文献

目的探讨Adropin、胱抑素C(CysC)水平在心脏X综合征(CSX)发病机制中的作用。方法选择该院2011年10月至2013年4月心脏诊疗中心CSX患者52例为研究对象,将其分为无糖尿病(CSX)组32例,伴糖尿病(CSX-D)组20例,另选20例无症状但有类似的心血管病风险因子(无糖尿病)的人群作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测3组Adropin,全自动生化分析仪检测血清CysC。结果 CSX组、CSX-D组患者血清Adropin水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),CSX-D组患者血清Adropin水平低于CSX组,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.58)。血清CysC水平在两组CSX患者外周血中比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.46),对照组水平明显低于CSX组、CSX-D组患者,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026、P=0.003)。结论 Adropin水平降低是CSX患者的危险因子之一。  相似文献

目的探讨缺血性脑卒中血清Adropin水平变化及其与病情严重程度的相关性。方法缺血性卒中患者120例为卒中组,采用美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估患者病情的严重程度,根据NIHSS评分分为3个亚组:轻度亚组(NIHSS<4分)44例、中度亚组(NIHSS 415分)40例和重度亚组(NIHSS>15分)36例。另选健康体检者30例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)检测血清Adropin水平,全自动生化分析仪检测血清LDL-C、HDL-C、TG及TC水平;采用Pearson检验方法进行血清Adropin水平与NIHSS评分相关性分析。结果缺血性脑卒中患者血清Adropin、HDL-C水平较对照组明显下降(t=5.976,8.845,P<0.01),血清TC、TG及LDL-C均较对照组明显升高(t=10.195,15.331,10.296,P<0.01)。随着NIHSS评分的升高血清Adropin水平逐渐降低(F=518.547,P<0.01)。相关分析显示血清Adropin水平与NIHSS评分呈明显负相关(r=-0.958,P=0.000)。结论血清Adropin变化参与了缺血性脑卒中的发生发展,可以评估缺血性脑卒中患者的临床严重程度。  相似文献

Objective: To determine maternal colostrum/serum concentrations of the bioactive substances irisin, adropin and copeptin and investigate their association with several perinatal parameters and pathologic conditions during pregnancy.

Methods: In a cohort of 81 mothers with full-term deliveries, colostrum/serum concentrations of irisin, adropin and copeptin were prospectively evaluated by ELISA on Day 3–4 postpartum.

Results: Copeptin and adropin were detectable in human colostrum at higher, while irisin at lower concentrations than in maternal serum (p?r?=?0.421, p?r?=?0.304, p?=?0.006, respectively).

Conclusions: Irisin, adropin and copeptin are present in colostrum and we speculate that they may be implicated in postnatal adaptation with respect to thermoregulation, vascular adaptation, glucose metabolism, lung function and fluid homeostasis. These findings may possibly enhance the necessity for early breastfeeding, particularly of infants born by cesarean section, who are prone to hypothermia, breathing disorders and dehydration.  相似文献

This study aimed to investigate serum and follicular fluid (FF) adropin levels in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and normal women undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation and correlate them with the lipid and lipoprotein levels. We included 60 women (30 lean and 30 overweight) with diagnosed PCOS, and 60 age and weight-matched non-PCOS controls (30 lean and 30 overweight), under in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. Serum lipid and lipoprotein levels were assessed by the Abbott Architect c8000 autoanalyzer while adropin levels were determined by enzyme immunoassay. Serum and FF adropin levels were significantly lower in PCOS women compared with controls and FF adropin levels were lower than serum levels. Significantly higher serum levels of total cholesterol, LDL-C, triglycerides, apolipoprotein B, lipoprotein(a) and homocysteine were encountered in PCOS subjects, while HDL-C and apolipoprotein A1 were significantly lower compared with controls. According to univariate and multivariate analysis, serum and FF adropin levels were positively correlated with BMI and HDL-C levels and negatively correlated with LDL-C levels. Women with polycystic ovaries exhibit lipid lipoprotein alterations increasing the risk of cardiovascular diseases later in life. Our findings suggest a probable involvement of adropin both in human metabolism and in the pathophysiology of PCOS.  相似文献
