Knee ligament instability may lead to meniscal and chondral damage, resulting in early osteoarthritis. Due to its superior soft tissue contrast and avoidance of harmful ionizing radiation, MRI has become the most important imaging modality for early recognition of structural defects of the knee joint. This review aims to the understanding of MRI appearances of knee ligament structures associated with knee instability, and to review the common patterns of altered knee mechanics that lead to ligament failure. Normal anatomy of the knee ligaments, pathologic conditions, and postsurgical appearances of the anterior cruciate ligament, posterior cruciate ligament, medial collateral ligament, and posterolateral corner are described. 目的 研究距跟骨间韧带的解剖特征,为了解其功能及损伤重建提供理论基础。方法 对30侧小腿足标本进行解剖,观察距跟骨间韧带前、后束的特征并进行大体测量。结果 距跟骨间韧带后束走向上内或后上内,长、宽、厚分别为:(9.86±1.15 )mm ,(9.85±0 .93)mm ,(1.32±0 .15 )mm。前束走向后上内,长、宽、厚分别为(14 .17±1.6 5 )mm ,(7.6 8±1.83)mm ,(1.4 7±0 .36 )mm。结论 距跟骨间韧带是维持距下关节稳定的重要结构。 相似文献

目的:研究大隐静脉汇入股静脉点(隐股点)的定位,为基础研究及临床应用提供解剖学资料。方法:解剖33具成人尸体左,右大隐静脉及周围组织直至其汇入股静脉处,进行肉眼观测并行统计学分析。结果:解剖定位:以耻骨结节为圆心,直径约4.15cm为圆,与同侧腹股沟韧带下3.95cm平行线(以下肢纵轴线为基准)相关点;临床定位:在腹股沟韧带中点处触及股动脉搏动内侧约0.5cm处,距离腹股沟韧带下3.95cm处,结论:大隐静脉根部结构关系复杂,隐股点与腹股沟韧带,耻骨结节,股动脉三者关系密切,尤其是后二者,定位应根据三者综合确定,本文提供的定位方法在大隐静脉剥脱手术中进行应用具有一定的临床意义。 相似文献
