高性能战斗机改装体检飞行员的耳功能分析   总被引:6,自引:3,他引:3  
目的 分析高性能战斗机改装体检飞行员的咽鼓管功能、前庭功能和听功能状况。方法 对改装体检的196名飞行员的耳功能资料进行分析。结果 ①声导抗示196例392耳中193例368耳为A型曲线,6例7耳为AD型曲线,15例17耳为C型曲线。196例392耳均无声反射衰减;②眼震电图示196例前庭功能均正常:③纯音测听以气导在500、1000、2000、3000Hz的平均听阈表示,196例的结果为左耳12.58dB HL;右耳12.48dB HL,但37例47耳有高频区噪声性听损伤的表现。结论 参与高性能战斗机改装体检的飞行员,其耳功能状况总体良好,但部分有噪声性听损伤的应随访观察。  相似文献

目的研究心理训练对高特质焦虑新兵考核时生理指标和成绩的影响。方法采用个人评价问卷(PEI)、状态.特质焦虑问卷(STAI)和简易应对方式问卷对参加考核的新兵实施团体测试。将被试者分为对照组、低特质焦虑组、高特质焦虑组和干预组,对干预组进行自我评价、潜能开发、团队精神强化、应对方式的心理训练。测试考核前后生理指标差值及考核成绩的变化。结果干预组新兵军事考核前后收缩压、舒张压和脉搏三项生理差值与考核成绩明显优于高特质焦虑组(P〈0.05)。结论系统的心理训练可有效改善新兵对应激情景的生理和心理反应,提高作业绩效。  相似文献

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the ability of the sports medicine physician to be present to participate in in-person sideline evaluation of the injured athlete. The purpose of this review is to assess existing literature regarding the utilization of telehealth for sideline evaluation and management of the injured athlete, as well as to identify further areas of research. With the rapid incorporation of telehealth visits, the utilization and capabilities of telemedicine continue to expand. A number of evidence-based resources are available to support medical providers to develop and utilize video evaluation for the sideline evaluation of sports-related injuries. Future research, including the development of validated, modified examination techniques and technologies, will allow for improved interactive physical examinations, which may be better utilized for sideline evaluation.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the appropriateness of the use of total hip joint replacements. DESIGN: Observational study of consecutive patients with a diagnosis of hip osteoarthritis and who had undergone total hip arthroplasty over a 1-year period from seven hospitals. MAIN MEASURES: The appropriateness of the use of hip replacement was judged by explicit criteria developed by a panel of experts using RAND methodology. The length of hospital stay during the admission and complications were recorded 6 months post-operatively. Patients were also surveyed 6 months after discharge to determine whether they believed they had recovered or their satisfaction with the intervention. Appropriateness results of this study were compared with a previous study performed with the same criteria 4 years previously. RESULTS: In total, 784 patients participated in the study. Indications for surgery were considered necessary in 52.2% of cases, appropriate in 21.3%, uncertain in 21.4%, and inappropriate in 5.1%. Differences were found in the rates of appropriateness exclusively from one hospital. At 6 months after discharge, differences between centres were found for the proportion of patients that reported they had recovered from surgery (range 57.7-24.8%) and in the length of hospital stay during admission (range 10-16 days). Improvement in the appropriateness rates were found for all participant hospitals during both periods. CONCLUSIONS: We identified a low percentage of inappropriate indications and differences in some outcomes between centres. Compared with previously, there has been improvement in the use of this technique, although both periods are not methodologically comparable.  相似文献

Inadequate imaging surveillance has been identified as the most significant contributor to abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) rupture. Radiologists can contribute value to patient care and reduce morbidity and mortality related to AAA by incorporating evidence-based management recommendations from the ACR and Society of Vascular Surgery into their report impression. The challenges lie in achieving 100% radiologist compliance to incorporate the recommendations and ensuring that the patient is notified by their provider, the follow-up examination is scheduled, and the patient returns for an imaging test that may be scheduled 3 to 5 years in the future. To address these barriers, radiology quality and informatics leads have harnessed IT solutions to facilitate integration of content, communication of results, and patient follow-up.  相似文献
