根据3.7 L瑞士Bioengineer KLF2000型发酵罐分批发酵的实验数据,利用GraphPad Prism软件对假单胞菌BS-03产鼠李糖脂生物表面活性剂的发酵动力学模型进行非线性拟合,说明Logistic模型和L-P模型能较好的描述假单胞菌BS-03发酵过程中的菌体生长、鼠李糖脂合成和限制性基质的消耗动力学。  相似文献

A protein which binds the insect juvenile hormone has been isolated from the hemolymph of the fourth instar tobacco hornworm, Manduca sexta (Lepidoptera). Bioassay and chemical characterization of the bound ligand from the purified binding protein indicates that this molecule is the primary macromolecule responsible for juvenile hormone transport in the hemolymph of this insect. The juvenile hormone binding protein has been purified using gel filtration, ion exchange chromatography and preparative polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The protein is a single polypeptide chain of about 28,000 daltons with a sedimentation coefficient of 2.2S and an isoelectric point of 5.0. Binding analysis using a hydroxyapatite batch assay indicates that the juvenile hormone binding protein has one binding site with a Ka of 1.2 times 10(7) M-1 at 4 degrees C.  相似文献

汶川地震医疗救援中,华西医院作为四川省重症伤员集中收治医院,立即从常态转到双轨应急状态,充分调度人力、物力,扩大骨科床位至680张;按伤员伤情进程分期重点处理、优化地震伤员接诊处置流程,保证有效救治;建立地震伤员转出通道。截至2008年6月2日,医院共接诊地震伤员2618例,向就近基层医院转诊经治疗病情稳定的轻症伤员648例。  相似文献

A batch to batch optimal control strategy based on multiinput multioutput adaptive hinging hyperplanes (MIMO AHH) prediction and Kalman filter correction is proposed for the products quality control of the batch process. The model of AHH is one kind of piecewise linear models and is extended to the MIMO case in this article. The MIMO AHH is then used to develop the predictive model of the batch process. Due to the model-plant mismatch and unknown disturbances, the optimal control policy calculated based on the MIMO AHH predictive model may not be optimal when applied to the true process. The Kalman filter is then utilized to correct the predictions of the current batch by considering the information of former batches. The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified through the simulation of a styrene batch polymerization reactor.  相似文献

Adsorption parameters such as the distribution coefficient are required to predict the release behavior of contaminants using advection-dispersion models. However, for potentially contaminant-releasing materials (PCMs) such as dredged sludge and coal ash, these parameters cannot be obtained by conventional adsorption tests. This study developed a method to determine adsorption parameters for PCMs from a set of batch tests conducted in parallel as a function of the liquid-solid ratio (LS-parallel test). This LS-parallel test was performed on sandy soil derived from marine sediment using liquid-solid ratios from 1 to 300 L/kg. The water-contact time was also changed from 10 min to 28 d to elucidate the kinetics or equilibrium of contaminants released from the sample. Adsorption parameters were successfully obtained if the substance was under adsorption control. A column percolation test was performed to confirm the effectiveness of the obtained parameters. Good agreements were observed for SO42− and B, but discrepancies remained for other substances such as F and As suggesting that improvements are necessary in both the LS-parallel test procedure and the advection-dispersion model.  相似文献

Batch bias has been found in many microarray gene expression studies that involve multiple batches of samples. A serious batch effect can alter not only the distribution of individual genes but also the inter‐gene relationships. Even though some efforts have been made to remove such bias, there has been relatively less development on a multivariate approach, mainly because of the analytical difficulty due to the high‐dimensional nature of gene expression data. We propose a multivariate batch adjustment method that effectively eliminates inter‐gene batch effects. The proposed method utilizes high‐dimensional sparse covariance estimation based on a factor model and a hard thresholding. Another important aspect of the proposed method is that if it is known that one of the batches is produced in a superior condition, the other batches can be adjusted so that they resemble the target batch. We study high‐dimensional asymptotic properties of the proposed estimator and compare the performance of the proposed method with some popular existing methods with simulated data and gene expression data sets.
