血液标本放置时间和抗凝剂对血糖检测结果的影响

目的 :探讨两种抗凝剂的血液标本放置时间对血糖测定的影响。方法 :采集门诊健康人血液标本 30份 ,分别以肝素钠和氟化钠作抗凝 ,放置不同时间检测血糖值。结果 :及时分离血浆的血液标本血糖在 5h内差异无显著性。而血液离体后不及时分离血浆 ,血糖是随着时间延长而降低。氟化钠抗凝的血糖比肝素钠抗凝的血糖下降的程度要缓慢一些 ,所以临床上采集血液标本必须及时分离血浆 ,选用合适的抗凝剂 ,及时测定 ,减少误差 ,提高准确性 ,给临床提供准确的诊断依据     

Subakute Verlegung der Atemwege infolge eines retropharyngealen H?matoms nach Halstrauma

Mechanical airway obstruction secondary to retropharyngeal bleeding is rare. In most cases such a complication is described after head and neck trauma. Complicating factors include anticoagulant therapy, tumour, aneurysm, infection or major cervical spine injury. A precise initial diagnosis is necessary to avoid a life-threatening situation. Lateral X-ray and computed tomography is essential for safe management. Treatment depends upon size of the haematoma as well as the clinical course of the patient. Smaller haematomas may be observed. Lager haematomas and those that fail to reabsorb should undergo drainage.      

Successful embolization of a large superior gluteal artery pseudoaneurysm emerging during anticoagulant therapy

Gross hemorrhage is the most serious complication of anticoagulant therapy. We report the discovery and treatment of a large pseudoaneurysm of the superior gluteal artery in one patient who had been receiving oral anticoagulant therapy. We diagnosed the pseudoaneurysm by contrast-enhanced computed tomography, and embolized the artery with stainless steel coils. The exact cause of the pseudoaneurysm remains unclear, however, minor trauma appears most likely.     

系统性红斑狼疮的肺胸膜损害

分析了系统性红斑狼疮并肺、胸膜损害30例,胸膜改变占首位,共19例,(63.3％),其中胸膜积液16例,合并心包积液3例。其次为SLE肺炎5例(16.7％),尿毒症肺水肿3例(10％),弥漫性肺间质纤维化2例(6.7％),肺不张1例(3.35％)。对临床表现、诊断、治疗和预后进行了讨论。     

系统性红斑狼疮女性患者血清CA125,CA199化学发光法测定的临床应用

目的 :探讨系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)女性患者血清肿瘤标志物CA12 5 ,CA199含量变化及临床意义。方法 :用化学发光法测定 30例正常女性和 38例SLE女性患者血清中CA12 5 ,CA199含量。结果 :正常组CA12 5含量为 11.14± 6 .4 8U/ml,CA199含量为 3.75± 2 .89U/ml;SLE组CA12 5 ,CA199分别为 2 2 .5 6± 2 0 .4 6U/ml,9.5 7± 9.34U/ml。SLE患者CA12 5 ,CA199阳性率分别为 2 1.1% ,7.89%。结论 :SLE患者血清CAl2 5 ,CA199含量较正常组增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。CA12 5 ,CA199在SLE女性患者中可出现阳性 ,对临床诊断SLE有一定价值。     

免疫荧光技术在口腔扁平苔藓和慢性盘状红斑狼疮诊断中的价值

采用免疫荧光技术对口腔扁平苔藓（ＯＬＰ）和慢性盘状红斑狼疮（ＤＬＥ）的免疫病理学进行了研究，结果表明，ＩｇＧ和纤维蛋白原荧光抗体在上皮基底膜区沉积的阳性率两病之间有显著性差异；而胶样小体中出现的阳性率无显著性差异；两病患者的血清抗核抗体阳性率之间亦无显著性差异。
