Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by Treponema pallidum. Syphilitic aortitis might coexist in a dysfunctional aortic valve, but the etiology remains unclear, because microbiological diagnosis is difficult. A 62-year-old man with low-grade fever was diagnosed with aortitis and infective endocarditis, due to Treponema pallidum infection, using polymerase chain reaction analysis. This case suggests that syphilis might cause infective endocarditis.  相似文献

二肽基肽酶Ⅳ(DPPⅣ)涉及2型糖尿病病理过程中的信号传导过程,其抑制剂能够增强胰岛素样多肽(GIP)和胰高血糖素样肽片段(GLP)的活性,并能提高葡萄糖耐受水平.动物实验研究表明,糖尿病模型大鼠口服DPPⅣ抑制剂P32/98,能降低DPPⅣ的活性,改善糖耐受性以及增加胰岛素的敏感性.临床试验进一步揭示,P32/98的安全性和耐受性良好,能明显改善受试者糖耐受性和胰岛素应答水平.  相似文献

自制32P敷贴器治疗瘢痕疙瘩   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:观察自制32P敷贴器局部敷贴治疗不同类型瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。 方法:105例瘢痕疙瘩患者中,39例病变厚度≤ 0.3 cm的行单纯敷贴治疗,病变厚度> 0.3 cm的66例随机分为2组,单纯敷贴组36例,手术+敷贴组30例。单纯敷贴根据病变表面积大小及形状剪取敷贴片,根据剂量率和衰变校正计算每天敷贴时间,直接贴于病变表面,每天4.0~5.0 Gy/(部位•次),连续4 d为一疗程,每疗程间隔4周,总治疗4~6个疗程。幼儿单次剂量控制在每天4 Gy/(部位•次)以下。手术+敷贴组患者手术切除瘢痕疙瘩,待手术伤口无渗出后根据伤口形状剪取敷贴片对准伤口敷贴,剂量及疗程同单纯敷贴组。 结果:单纯敷贴治疗对病变厚度≤0.3 cm的39例瘢痕疙瘩治愈32例(82%),总有效率98%;对病变厚度> 0.3 cm的瘢痕疙瘩单纯敷贴和手术+敷贴两组治疗总有效率分别为56%和93% ,两组差异有显著性意义(P < 0.01),其中病程< 9个月的患者治疗有效率分别为25%和75%,病程较长患者治疗有效率分别为13%和77%。治疗过程中有26例在敷帖过程中出现局部皮肤烧灼和刺痛感,均以炉甘石洗剂局部外用处理后缓解;5例出现Ⅰ度放射性皮炎,2例出现Ⅱ度放射性皮炎,以百多邦软膏局部外用后缓解,无出现Ⅲ度以上放射性皮炎病例。治愈患者局部皮肤均有不同程度的色素沉着或皮肤颜色改变。 结论:32P敷贴治疗瘢痕疙瘩治疗安全有效,对病程较短或病变厚度小于0.3 cm的患者可单纯敷贴治疗,病程较长或病变厚度大于0.3 cm患者建议先手术后再敷贴治疗。  相似文献

Repeated intra-articular bleeding with subsequent development of chronic synovitis and cartilage changes, leading to haemophilic arthropathy, is one the most debilitating problems in haemophilic patients. Radiosynovectomy is a familiar therapeutic choice in management of chronic synovitis in haemophilia. We report the treatments results of synoviorthesis with (32)P chromic phosphate with emphasis on clinical aspects. Between 2002 and 2006 we performed 66 procedures in 53 patients. Seven patients were excluded. The remaining 46 patients were followed for an average of 31 months. The mean age of patients at the time of injection was 15.9 years (range: 6-28). There were three repeat injections. According to Fernandez-pallazi and Cavilgia clinical classification (Table 1) [23], nine joints were Stage II and 46 were Stage III. In latest follow-up, 77% of patients reported at least a 50% decrease in bleeding frequency after treatment (P < 0.0001). The need for antihaemophilic factor consumption dropped by about 74% postradiosynovectomy (P < 0.0001). In most of the injected joints, the range of motion remained stable or improved. A trend was found for the number of haemarthrosis to increase after a period of considerable improvement. Synoviorthesis using (32)P effectively reduces the intra-articular bleeding rate and factor concentrate use. Durability of the response seems to be unpredictable, perhaps attributable to the late intervention. An early radiosynovectomy might be more helpful in terms of stability of response to treatment.  相似文献

The structures of asparagine-linked oligosaccharides of porcine 32 kDa enamelin are reported. The oligosaccharides were released by N-oligosaccharide glycopeptidase digestion, and the reducing ends of the oligosaccharides were derivatized with a fluorescent reagent, 2-aminopyridine. The pyridylamino oligosaccharides were separated into eight kinds of oligosaccharides. The structures of these oligosaccharides were determined by a combination of a sequential exoglycosidase digestion and a two-dimensional suger mapping technique. The oligosaccharides consisted of fucose, galactose, mannose, N-acetylglucosamine, and N-acetylneuraminic acid, and were classified into two groups according to their core-sugar chain structures; one was a biantennary-type and the other was a triantennary-type oligosaccharide. The variation of the oligosaccharides in each of these groups was caused by the differences in the number, the site, and the mode of linkage of N-acetylneuraminic acid to the core-sugar chains.  相似文献

In order to determine whether the lateral ganglionic eminence (LGE) of the fetal telencephalon is the primary source of striatal precursors in striatal transplants and tissue cultures, cells derived exclusively from the LGE of fetal rat brains were transplanted into the quinolinic-acid-lesioned striatum of adult rats. After 2–3 months they produced grafts that were almost entirely AChE-positive as well as DARPP-32-, TH-, and calbindin-immunoreactive. The grafts were integrated into the host striatum so that host corticofugal fiber tracts interdigitated with graft tissues similar to the way they penetrate the gray matter of the normal striatum. Fast Blue dye injected into the ipsilateral globus pallidus of LGE grafted produced retrogradely labeled neurons within the grafts, but Fluorogold dye injected into the ipsilateral substantia nigra did not. In a separate experiment using DARPP-32-immunohistochemistry as a striatal marker, fetal (E16) and neonatal (P2) rat brains showed DARPP-32 immunoreactivity in the LGE but not in the adjacent medial ganglionic eminence (MGE). In summary, both fetal LGE cells and LGE grafts express specific striatal markers, and LGE grafts integrate into the host striatum and innervate the major striatal efferent target within the host brain. These data suggest that the LGE is the origin of cells committed to striatal phenotypes in the developing brain.  相似文献

目的 将外源人免疫球蛋白IgGFe段Ⅱ型受体CD32a分子表达于K562细胞表面,为构建人工抗原递呈细胞提供蓖要前提。方法 自U937细胞RTPCR得到CD3h的cDNA基因,与T载体连接后亚克隆入表达载体pcDNA3.1(+)。经测序后利用脂质体介导的转染将CD32a分子表达在K562细胞的表面。结果 构建的T载体测序后,Genebank比对证实为CD32a的cDNA分子,免疫荧光和流式细胞仪结果均说明CD32a分子在K562细胞得到表达(96.9%)。结论 获得的人工构建的表达人免疫球蛋白IgGFe受淬的K562细胞。完成人工抗原递呈细胞制备的首要步骤。  相似文献

目的了解肝内局部^32P玻璃微球(^32P-GMS)埋置对肝癌切除术后预防复发的效果。方法A组29位肝细胞性肝癌病人于肿瘤切除后局部埋置^32P-GMS,B组为同期38位肝癌病人行肝癌切除术后未埋置^32P-GMS。观察术后不同时间肝、血和尿中的放射性分布。随访统计两组病人的复发率和生存率。结果肝内局部埋置^32P-GMS的病人未发现血和尿中放射性分布。A组术后半年、1年、2年、3年及3年以上的复发率明显低于B组,存活率明显高于B组,具有统计学意义。两组手术死亡率及术后并发症发生率无明显差异。结论肝癌切除术后局部埋置^32P-GMS可以减少复发,延长病人的生存时间。  相似文献

本文采用超凝胶柱层析法分离纯化日本血吸虫成虫31/32KD抗原。分离的抗原经银染色及免疫印迹法分析证明已达免疫纯及生化纯级。该抗原PAS染色呈阴性,经过碘酸钠处理后不失去活性,在琼脂糖凝胶电泳中趋向阳极。鉴于血吸虫成虫31/32KD组分是一种主要血清学抗原,它的分离纯化为改进和标化血吸虫病的诊断提供了条件。  相似文献

The delayed cytotoxicity of the Multicentre Evaluation of In vitro Cytotoxicity (MEIC) reference chemicals was investigated in rat hepatoma-derived Fa32 cells. The cells were treated for 24 h with the test chemicals, and were than further cultured for 5 days in normal culture medium. The cytotoxicity was measured by the neutral red uptake inhibition, and the results were quantified by determining the NI50del. This is the concentration of test compound required to decrease the neutral red uptake with 50% compared with control cells. The results were compared with the acute NI50, the corresponding value measured immediately after 24 h treatment of the cells. On a total of 44 chemicals, nine showed delayed cytotoxicity (NI50del lower than or equal to NI50), 11 a probably delayed, and 24 no delayed cytotoxicity (NI50del more than 1.5×NI50). When the NI50del was compared with human toxicity, a correlation coefficient r2=0.761 was obtained. For the same series of 44 chemicals this correlation was clearly higher than that for human hepatoma-derived Hep G2 cells (r2=0.695). The Hep G2 assay was the best acute in vitro assay for the prediction of human toxicity within the MEIC study. Consequently, the delayed cytotoxicity assay on cultured Fa32 cells has the best prediction value so far obtained for the human toxicity.  相似文献
