不同方法治疗银屑病的临床研究

目的　探讨各型银屑病的治疗效果。方法　对 10 2例常规治疗欠佳的不同类型的银屑病 ,分博来霉素组、银屑灵组、迪银片组分别观察。博来霉素组 30例 ,给博来霉素 8mg加入 5 %GS 5 0 0ml中静滴 ,1次 /d ,15次为 1疗程 ;银屑灵治疗 8例 ,给予银屑灵 2 0～ 30mg/d口服 ,1周后增至 30～ 5 0mg/d病情控制后 ,每 2周左右减 10mg ;迪银片治疗 6 0例 ,先给予迪银片 5片 2次 /d ,服至 2 0～ 30d有大量脱屑时减为 4片 2次 /d ,病情基本控制后再逐渐减量 ,每次减 2片。结果　博来霉素组 90 %有效 ,银屑灵与迪银片组均为 87 5 %有效。结论　博来霉素、银屑灵及迪银片是治疗银屑病的有效药物。     

Acute hepatitis due to etretinate

A case of acute hepatitis is reported in a 62 year old woman who had been treated for severe psoriasis with the aromatic retinoid, etretinate. Her clinical condition and liver function tests continued to deteriorate after cessation of the drug, but there was a marked initial response to therapy with prednisolone. Liver biopsy showed hepatitis with focal necrosis. There was clinical and biochemical evidence of relapse when prednisolone was withdrawn after 4 months, necessitating a further 11 months of prednisolone therapy.     

Effect of combined tigason and selenium treatment on colon carcinogenesis

Summary The modifying effect of an aromatic retinoic acid analog, Tigason, alone or in a combined regimen with selenium on the incidence of colon tumors induced by 1,2-dimethylhydrazine was investigated in BD rats. Treatment with the carcinogen alone resulted in induction of colon adenocarcinomas in 29 rats (92%). In comparison to the 1,2-dimethylhydrazinetreated group, administration of Tigason or Tigason plus selenium reduced tumor incidence (71% and 68%, respectively). The effect of combined treatment with Tigason and selenium, however, was not additive. Although some researchers have been unable to demonstrate any protective effect of different synthetic retinoids against 1,2-dimethylhydrazine or N-methyl-N-nitrosourea-induced colon tumors, our findings suggest that the process of tumor initiation in colon mucosa can be significantly influenced by the aromatic retinoid Tigason or by simultaneous administration of Tigason and selenium.     

清凉解毒汤联合阿维A酯治疗银屑病临床研究

目的：探讨清凉解毒汤联合阿维A酯治疗血热内蕴型寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法：88例血热内蕴型寻常型银屑病患者,随机分为2组,每组各44例。对照组采用阿维A酯,口服;治疗组在对照组基础上加用清凉解毒汤。2组均8周为1疗程。治疗期间注意预防感染和外伤,忌食辛辣腥膻发物,戒烟酒,多食新鲜蔬菜、水果,避免过度紧张劳累,忌泡热水澡。结果：治疗组1例脱落,43例中,临床痊愈17例,显效16例,有效6例,无效4例,有效率为90．70％,对照组2例脱落,42例中,临床痊愈8例,显效14例,有效7例,无效13例,有效率为69．05％;两组疗效有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组;结论：清凉解毒汤联合阿维A酯治疗血热内蕴型寻常型银屑病有较好的临床效果。
