目的:建立大黄特征化学成分和抗氧化活性相关联的二维指纹图谱,研究大黄抗氧化活性物质。方法:利用高效液相多检测器联用的抗氧化活性成分在线检测体系,对大黄中化学成分进行检测,共鉴定出大黄中化学成分15种;其中8种具有抗氧化活性;然后采用清除效率为指标对各活性成分的抗氧化活性进行评价。结果:结果发现化合物葡萄糖紫丁香酸、腺嘌呤、没食子酸、儿茶素或表儿茶素、双花母草素、2-O-桂皮酰-没食子酰葡萄糖等具有较强的清除ABTS·+的活性,而蒽醌类成分对ABTS·+的清除作用较弱。结论:采用HPLC-ABTS-DAD-Q-TOF/MS对大黄中的抗氧化活性成分进行快速分析鉴定,初步阐明大黄在抗氧化环节起作用的效应物质。  相似文献

Information on radical scavenging activity (RSA) and antioxidant potential of vegetable oils are not reported, or reporting has been rather limited. Such data is of importance for the evaluation of nutritional and health impact of these oils. The main objective of this short study was to compare the antiradical performance of some common and unusual vegetable oils. The described arrangement for our simple experiment uses the addition of stable radicals 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) to vegetable oils, which are decomposed by components having antioxidant properties. The order of effectiveness of oils in inhibiting free radicals was as follows: coriander>blackcumin>cottonseed>peanut>sunflower>walnut>hemp seed>linseed>olive>niger seed. This initial survey might serve as a springboard for future research into this area.  相似文献

本研究观察了野蔷薇果汁对乌拉坦诱发小鼠肺腺瘤的影响,并观察了实验第1、2、3、4、5月时小鼠免疫功能及脂质过氧化水平的改变。结果发现,野蔷薇果汁有明显的拮抗乌拉坦诱发小鼠肺腺瘤的作用,对乌拉坦引起的机体免疫状态的降低有拮抗作用,对小鼠自由基及其清除系统也有降低作用。  相似文献

目的 积极预防和正确处理胎盘滞留,减少产后出血及产褥感染。方法 产后胎盘滞留时间较短的可以行人工剥离胎盘术。如用手剥离过程中发现宫壁与胎盘之间没有分界线或有草根样条索状连接时,可能有胎盘植入,需停止剥离,根据情况决策保守治疗或行子宫切除术。若产后胎盘滞留时间较长,有明显感染,再行清宫术。结果 96例产后胎盘滞留患,均痊愈出院。结论 落实好避孕措施,减少流产次数;提高引产,流产技术操作水平;正确处理第三产程等可有效预防胎盘滞留的发生。对于胎盘滞留,应根据不同情况给予相应的处理,可减少产后出血及产褥感染。  相似文献

目的:探讨川芎嗪及其衍生物对羟自由基的清除作用。方法:应用Fenton反应检测并计算50%羟自由基被清除时的药物浓度(EC_(50))。结果:结果显示对羟自由基均有明显清除作用,且呈剂量依赖关系。川芎嗪及其衍生物与苯甲酸和甘露醇的清除作用差异有极显著性(P<0.01),而相互间作用无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:川芎嗪及其衍生物对羟自由基有明显的清除作用。  相似文献

目的探讨复方丹参的体外抗氧化活性。方法采用DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子、羟基自由基、鳌合亚铁离子和还原力、过氧化氢的反应体系,检测了复方丹参的体外抗氧化活性,并与维生素C进行比较。结果复方丹参和维生素C消除DPPH自由基的EC50分别是41.0μg/mL和8.2μg/mL;复方丹参消除超氧阴离子自由基的EC50是1.39 m g/mL;复方丹参和维生素C抑制羟基自由基产生的EC50分别是1.73 m g/mL和0.58 m g/mL;在实验体系中,未检测到复方丹参螯合亚铁离子的能力;复方丹参和维生素C的还原能力的EC50分别是0.42 m g/mL和0.08 m g/mL。在实验最高质量浓度100μg/mL时,复方丹参和维生素C对过氧化氢的清除率分别为36%和94%。结论复方丹参具有较强还原力,能清除DPPH和超氧阴离子自由基的作用,并抑制羟基自由基的产生。复方丹参的多方面抗氧化活性可能是在治疗心血管疾病效果显著的原因之一。  相似文献

Current status and challenges of aggressive equivalent-oxide-thickness (EOT) scaling of high-κ gate dielectrics via higher-κ (>20) materials and interfacial layer (IL) scavenging techniques are reviewed. La-based higher-κ materials show aggressive EOT scaling (0.5–0.8 nm), but with effective workfunction (EWF) values suitable only for n-type field-effect-transistor (FET). Further exploration for p-type FET-compatible higher-κ materials is needed. Meanwhile, IL scavenging is a promising approach to extend Hf-based high-κ dielectrics to future nodes. Remote IL scavenging techniques enable EOT scaling below 0.5 nm. Mobility-EOT trends in the literature suggest that short-channel performance improvement is attainable with aggressive EOT scaling via IL scavenging or La-silicate formation. However, extreme IL scaling (e.g., zero-IL) is accompanied by loss of EWF control and with severe penalty in reliability. Therefore, highly precise IL thickness control in an ultra-thin IL regime (<0.5 nm) will be the key technology to satisfy both performance and reliability requirements for future CMOS devices.  相似文献

Fructus Ligustri Lucidi (FLL), the fruit of Ligustrum lucidum Ait., was fractionated into petroleum ether (FLL-Pe), chloroform (FLL-Ch), butanol (FLL-Bu) and aqueous (FLL-Aq) fractions. The effects of FLL fractions and oleanolic acid (OLA), an active ingredient of FLL, on concanavalin A (Con A)-stimulated proliferation of murine splenocytes were examined under both in vitro and ex vivo conditions. In vitro administration of FLL-Pe could produce an immunostimulatory effect, as evidenced by the significant enhancement of the Con A-stimulated mitogenic response of splenocytes in culture. While FLL-Ch and OLA did not produce any detectable effect on the mitogenic response, FLL-Bu and FLL-Aq inhibited the in vitro ConA-stimulated splenocyte proliferation. In ex vivo experiments, pretreatment with FLLPe, FLL-Ch or OLA was found to enhance the extent of Con A-stimulated splenocyte proliferation to a varying degree as assessed under in vitro conditions, with FLL-Pe being more potent. The ensemble of results indicates that both FLL-Pe and FLL-Ch were able to produce immunostimulatory action under ex vivo assay conditions, but only FLL-Pe produced a similar effect under in vitro conditions. The immunostimulatory action produced by FLL-Pe could not be fully explained by the presence of OLA.  相似文献

The interaction between tissues and biomaterials (BM) has the purpose of improving and replacing anatomical parts of the human body, avoiding the occurrence of adverse reactions in the host organism. Unfortunately, the early failure of implants cannot be currently avoided, since neither a good mixture of mechanical and chemical characteristics of materials nor their biocompatibility has been yet achieved. Bioactive glasses are recognized to be a fine class of bioactive substances for good repair and replacement. BM interact with living bones through the formation of a hydroxyapatite surface layer that is analogous to bones. Bioglasses’ composition noticeably affects their biological properties, as does the synthesis method, with the best one being the versatile sol-gel technique, which includes the change of scheme from a ‘sol’ fluid into a ‘gel’. This process is widely used to prepare many materials for biomedical implants (e.g., hip and knee prostheses, heart valves, and ceramic, glassy and hybrid materials to serve as carriers for drug release). Nanoparticles prepared by the sol-gel method are interesting systems for biomedical implementations, and particularly useful for cancer therapy. This review provides many examples concerning the synthesis and characterization of the above-mentioned materials either taken from literature and from recently prepared zirconia/polyethylene glycol (PEG) hybrids, and the corresponding results are extensively discussed.  相似文献

Resveratrol has received considerable attention as a polyphenol with anti-oxidant, anti-carcinogenic, and anti-inflammatory effects. Radiation is an important component of therapy for a wide range of malignant conditions. However, it causes damage to normal cells and, hence, can result in adverse side effects. This study was conducted to examine whether HS-1793, a novel resveratrol analogue free from the restriction of metabolic instability and the high dose requirement of resveratrol, induces a protective effect against radiation-induced DNA damage. HS-1793 effectively scavenged free radicals and inhibited radiation-induced plasmid DNA strand breaks in an in vitro assay. HS-1793 significantly decreased reactive oxygen species and cellular DNA damage in 2 Gy-irradiated Chinese hamster ovary (CHO)-K1 cells. In addition, HS-1793 dose-dependently reduced the levels of phosphorylated H2AX in irradiated CHO-K1 cells. These results indicate that HS-1793 has chemical radioprotective activity. Glutathione levels and superoxide dismutase activity in irradiated CHO-K1 cells increased significantly following HS-1793 treatment. The enhanced biological anti-oxidant activity and chemical radioprotective activity of HS-1793 maintained survival of irradiated CHO-K1 cells in a clonogenic assay. Therefore, HS-1793 may be of value as a radioprotector to protect healthy tissue surrounding tumor cells during radiotherapy to obtain better tumor control with a higher dose.  相似文献
