四黄调胃汤与PPI三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎及消化性溃疡的疗效观察

目的：观察四黄调胃汤、PPI三联疗法及两者联合疗法对脾气虚兼湿热气滞型幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃炎及消化性溃疡的疗效。方法：3种不同疗法分别治疗脾气虚兼湿热气滞型Hp相关性胃炎及消化性溃疡的患者，观察中医症候总积分、消化性溃疡和慢性胃炎疗效、Hp根除率及综合疗效等。结果:四黄调胃汤与PPI三联疗法联合能够改善消化性溃疡的临床症状，提高溃疡的愈合率；Hp根除率比单纯四黄调胃汤和单纯PPI三联疗法均有提高；3种疗法对胃炎治疗效果均非常明显；四黄调胃汤与PPI疗法联合及单纯四黄调胃汤改善临床症状效果优于单纯PPI三联}四黄调胃汤与：PPI三联疗法联合，对Hp相关性胃炎及消化性溃疡的总有效率明显高于单纯四黄调胃汤和单纯PPI三联疗法。结论：四黄调胃汤及PPI三联结合其综合疗效明显高于单纯中药或西药。     

Approach to the Patient With Hematochezia

The evaluation of the patient with hematochezia can be complex because of the broad differential diagnosis and the number of management strategies available. In this article, a simplified approach to the history and physical examination is presented, with management illustrated in a case-oriented manner.     

Helicobacter pylori infection: Epidemiology, pathophysiology, and therapy

Helicobacter pylori is one of the most commonly encountered human pathogens. It has been shown to be closely associated with peptic ulcer disease (PUD), gastric adenocarcinoma, and the gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) that may lead to gastric lymphoma. The current diagnostic methods include histology, microbiological culture, classic serology, urease activity detection, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and stool antigen detection. Its treatment modality options are multiple; however, a triple regimen consisting of a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), and two antibiotics for 10 to 14 days is preferred. Drug resistance is a growing problem in this organism and new therapeutic options are currently limited.     

2000年～2003年上海地区消化性溃疡药物应用分析

目的了解上海地区医院治疗消化性溃疡药物的应用情况及变化趋势。方法以限定日剂量数为指标对上海市47家医院2000年～2003年治疗消化性溃疡药物用药数据进行统计、分析。结果药品销售总金额基本正常,DDDs呈逐年下降趋势。结论H2受体拮抗剂用药频率最高。     

Helicobacter pylori: The Past,Present, and Future in Management

Helicobacter pylori is a common bacterial pathogen responsible for substantial gastrointestinal morbidity worldwide. Helicobacter pylori infection can be clinically challenging, given the numerous diagnostic and therapeutic options available. In this article, we provide a systematic review of H pylori epidemiology and pathogenesis. In addition, we provide a simplified approach to the diagnosis and treatment of H pylori infection, suitable for application in the primary care setting. On completion of this article, one should be able to (1) state the indications for H pylori testing; (2) identify noninvasive and invasive tests to diagnose H pylori infection; and (3) describe the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment regimens.     

怀孕声波测定仪在绵、山羊早期妊娠诊断中的应用

运用怀孕声波测定仪对工厂化养羊生产中的632只绵、山羊进行早期妊娠测定,试验结果表明：45～60d的试验母羊．妊娠诊断准确率达到93．7％。通过不同方法对羊早期妊娠诊断的效果比较,结果说明．怀孕声波测定仪是一种经济实用、操作简便、简单易学、准确率高的早期妊娠诊断技术,尤其是在实行频密产羔体系的工厂化、规模化养羊生产中,值得大力推广应用。     

椎管外侧角注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的:观察经硬膜外腔椎管外侧角注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:借助腰椎X线平片定位,对201例腰椎间盘突出症患者,经小关节内缘行硬膜外腔穿刺,注射胶原酶治疗。结果:随访2～18个月,平均10个月,本组近期优良率81％。结论:经硬膜外腔椎管外侧角注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症方法简单,易于掌握,疗效确切,值得推广使用。
