Zwischenwirt befallen. Der prim?re Knochenbefall ist mit weniger als 2 % aller Echinococcusl?sionen sehr selten. Wir berichten
über einen Fall eines ausgedehnten linksseitigen Becken- und Femurbefalls. Die Destruktion des Hüftgelenks, des Os pubis sowie
der ausgedehnte Befall des Os ileum und des proximalen Femurs machten eine Hüftgelenk- und Beckenteilresektion sowie den prothetischen
Ersatz notwendig. Ein Rezidiv im Bereich der linken Leiste nach 5 Jahren, ausgehend vom proximalen Femur, wurde mit erneuter
Resektion und Hüftprothesenwechsel behandelt. Der prim?r eingebrachte Polyacetal-Beckenersatz mu?te dabei wegen Instabilit?t
ebenfalls ausgetauscht werden. Ein sonderangefertigter CAD-Beckenersatz (CAD = „computer-aided designed“) wurde implantiert.
Additiv wurde eine Chemotherapie mit Mebendazol durchgeführt. Die Radikalit?t der Resektion beim oss?ren Echinococcusbefall
wird diskutiert.

Intracranial alveolar echinococcosis is uncommon. We report a patient with right frontal lobe and palpebral lesions secondary to a primary hepatic focus with secondary lesion in the lung. The intracranial and palpebral cystic masses were totally removed and both proved to be alveolar hydatid cysts. 目的:克隆细粒棘球蚴95(Eg95)抗原基因,构建携带目的基因的原核表达载体,为细粒棘球蚴抗原的免疫保护机制研究提供材料。方法:应用PCR方法从细粒棘球蚴cDNA文库中克隆获得Eg95抗原基因,将其克隆至pUCm-T载体,测序确定其正确性。利用定向克隆技术将Eg95抗原基因片段克隆至原核表达质粒pET28上,根据选择标记的卡那霉素抗性基因筛选到阳性克隆,通过酶切分析和PCR鉴定筛选出阳性克隆,测序确定序列。结果:测序表明所有pET28-Eg95阳性克隆均为正确连接95抗原基因的重组质粒。结论:pET28-Eg95可以进一步用于重组蛋白的表达及抗细粒棘球蚴感染的实验研究。 相似文献

1989~1991年由新疆的塔城、裕民、额敏和托里等4个县市采集各类鼠类4科11属14种共9832只。剖检结果发现有0.014%(1/6980)小家鼠(Mus musculus)和0.09%(2/2211)赤颊黄鼠(Citellus erythrogenys)自然感染多房棘球蚴。二者发育的多房棘球蚴均系不育囊,囊内没有原头节。小家鼠和赤颊黄鼠均是本虫在我国的鼠类宿主新记录,而赤颊黄鼠又是本虫鼠类宿主的首次报道。 相似文献

The ability of three treatment schedules of mebendazole to kill well-established hydatid cysts was studied. Pregnant sheep, naturally infected withEchinococcus granulosus and/orTaenia hydatigena, were treated daily with mebendazole at a dose rate of 50 mg/kg body weight for either five days, one month, or three months.At autopsy, seven months after the commencement of treatment, no evidence was found that the 5-day treatment schedule had any damaging effect onE. granulosus cysts. The effects of the one month treatment were equivocal. There was evidence of a damaging effect from the 3-month treatment schedule and protoscoleces were not infective to dogs. NoT. hydatigena cysts survived the 1- and 3-month treatments, but organisms from the 5-day treatment were infective to dogs.These results forE. granulosus in sheep suggest that long-term treatment with mebendazole may be required in hydatid disease in man. The results obtained forT. hydatigena in sheep are discussed in relation to the treatment of cysticercosis fromT. solium in man. Cellular immune responses have been shown to be associated with differential evolutions of E. multilocularis infection in intermediate hosts. A relationship between course of delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) against parasitic antigens and receptivity of murine strains has been demonstrated recently. The aim of this study was to correlate resistance and sensitivity to E. multilocularis infection with the phenotypic patterns of cells within the periparasitic granuloma. Evolution of the ratios, macrophages/T lymphocyte and Ly1/Ly2 T lymphocytes, was associated with the receptivity of the strains. Persistence of numerous L3T4 + T lymphocytes and low numbers of macrophages and Ly2 + T lymphocytes were observed in the 'resistant' C57BL.10 mice. Comparison of the results with course of the DTH against E. multilocularis antigens showed that the particular phenotypic pattern observed in resistant mice was associated with a particular profile of DTH after infection. These results and similar observations in human alveolar echinococcosis suggest that cell composition of the periparasitic granuloma might be of crucial importance in controlling the spontaneous development of E. multilocularis larvae in the intermediate host. 相似文献

An Echinococcus granulosus genomic library has been screened with a mouse β-actin cDNA probe. Two clones carrying DNA fragments of about 15 kb, possibly derived from the same genome region, have been isolated. This 15-kb genomic region includes 2 actin-related sequences (EgactI and EgactII) separated by about 4 kb. The nucleotide sequences of both genes were determined. The EgactI sequence presents no introns, but an intron of 591 bp was observed in the EgactII sequence. The genes potentially encode 375 and 376 amino-acid-long actins, respectively, with a homology of 85.3%. The deduced amino acid sequences from both genes were compared to the actin sequences from other organisms, showing similarities ranging from 63.5% to 90.6%. The nucleotide sequence of a partial actin cDNA clone has been determined. The deduced amino acids sequence showed a homology of 90.3% and 88.0% in relation to the EgactI and EgactII sequences respectively, suggesting the existence of at least one more actin gene in E. granulosus. This hypothesis is reinforced by the number of bands detected in the Southern blot analysis. Experiments based on the amplification of DNA segments using 3′-specific actin primers indicate that the EgactI gene is transcribed in protoscoleces. 相似文献
