目的:探讨选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾损伤的优越性及其临床应用。材料与方法:同时使用两种栓塞材料——可吸收的明胶海棉条和美国COOK公司产38-3-5弹簧栓子,治疗了两例肾剌伤患者,两例均为男性,年龄分别为20和35岁。结果:两例患者肾刺伤后均经受过保守治疗,治疗时间分别为14和22天,但未奏效。经超选择性肾内动脉分支栓塞、取得了十分满意的止血效果,后随访3~4年,患者一切感觉正常。结论:选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾刀刺伤后肾出血是一种安全、可靠、有效的方法。 相似文献

以猪作为动物模型,通过分层抽样,制作各向同性切片,在图像分析仪下对超薄皮瓣的血管密度进行了观察。结果表明:超薄皮瓣血管密度于术后第5天开始出现显著性变化。这种变化首先出现在超薄皮瓣存活部分的远端,之后渐至近端。这种变化在超薄皮瓣血运重建过程中起主要作用。 相似文献

以猪作为动物模型,对带真皮下血管网超薄皮瓣的血运重建规律进行了探讨。以超薄皮瓣为实验组,保留真皮下血管网皮片为对照组,按自身配对原则随机分为6个组。通过荧光素显色,透明标本,组织学,明胶墨汁灌注过程中超薄皮瓣的染色情况等观察,发现超薄皮瓣的再血管化发生在术后第5天,至第7天新生血管通过塑形趋于成熟。它既发生在皮瓣与受床之间,又发生在皮瓣与创缘之间,而且由皮瓣成活部分远端渐至近端。 相似文献

We show that it is possible for chaotic systems to display the main features of stochastic and coherence resonance. In particular, a model of coupled nonlinear oscillators which emulates the transmembrane voltage activities in CA3 neurons, operating in a chaotic regime and in the presence of noise, can exhibit coherence resonance and stochastic resonance. Certain firing frequencies become more "rhythmic" for some optimal values of noise intensity. The effect of noise in different coupling pathways is investigated. We found that the effect of coherence resonance and stochastic resonance are more prominent if noise is presented in either electric field or gap junction coupling pathways. Frequency sensitivity of the model is investigated as a preliminary step in illustrating the principles of possible epileptic seizure control strategies using "chaos control" concepts. Significant effects of stochastic resonance are observed in the 4-8 Hz range. Weaker effects can be found in the 1-4 Hz and 8-10 Hz ranges whereas 0.5 Hz does not exhibit any resonance phenomenon. Our results suggest that: (a) Stochastic resonance could enhance the intrinsic 4-8 Hz rhythms in CA3 neurons more prominently via field coupling pathways. It could also help explain why some reported seizure control strategies using pulse-trains would only be effective at 0.5 Hz. (b) Stochastic resonance-like behavior can occur in the gamma range only if noise is presented via chemical synaptic pathways. 相似文献

BackgroundChronic wounds are of many etiologies and difficult to treat. Many commercial products to manage such wounds are available, which claim to have good outcomes. Aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of Ionic Silver Solution and Super Oxidized Solution in the management of chronic wounds.MethodsPatients with chronic wounds were randomly placed in two groups-Group A (Ionic Silver Solution) and Group B (Super Oxidized Solution) with 30 patients each. The dressings were continued until the wound healed completely or the wound was ready for a definitive procedure. Wound parameters were recorded as per Bates Jensen Wound Assessment Tool (BJWAT) Score.ResultsFIfty patients completed the study. The scores were compared at the initiation and endpoint of treatment. The pretreatment total for BJWAT was 916 and 924 in group A and group B respectively, which was not statistically significant. Post-treatment improvement was noticed in both the groups and the score decreased to 510 and 675 in group A and group B respectively (p = 0.001). Ionic Silver Solution and Super Oxidized Solution both were found to be effective in improving the overall wound condition. However, Ionic Silver Solution was found to be more effective than Super Oxidized Solution in the healing of chronic wounds. Complete healing was noticed in a small number (6%) of patients. These agents can therefore best prepare the wounds for early surgical intervention.ConclusionBoth the agents were found to be safe and useful in the management of chronic wounds. 目的:探讨超微粉碎云芝子实体的云芝多糖提取工艺条件.方法:采用超微粉碎技术对云芝进行预处理,所得微粉(5μm)与云芝子实体进行多糖提取的对比试验,然后对云芝微粉提取多糖进行正交实验,优化提取工艺.结果:云芝微粉的多糖提取收率比云芝子实体的多糖得率平均高出61%,云芝超微粉碎处理后最优提取工艺为:100℃,80 min,提取3次.结论:超微粉碎有利于云芝多糖的提取. 相似文献

Physicochemical features of a cell nanoenvironment exert important influence on stem cell behavior and include the influence of matrix elasticity and topography on differentiation processes. The presence of growth factors such as TGF-β and BMPs on these matrices provides chemical cues and thus plays vital role in directing eventual stem cell fate. Engineering of functional biomimetic scaffolds that present programmed spatio-temporal physical and chemical signals to stem cells holds great promise in stem cell therapy. Progress in this field requires tacit understanding of the mechanistic aspects of cell-environment nanointeractions, so that they can be manipulated and exploited for the design of sophisticated next generation biomaterials. In this review, we report and discuss the evolution of these processes and pathways in the context of matrix adhesion as they might relate to stemness and stem cell differentiation. Super-resolution microscopy and single-molecule methods for in vitro nano-manipulation are helping to identify and characterize the molecules and mechanics of structural transitions within stem cells and matrices. All these advances facilitate research toward understanding of stem cell niche and consequently to developing new class of biomaterials helping the “used biomaterials” for applications in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. 相似文献
