目的调查包头市牧区蒙汉族人群血脂异常的患病现状和血脂水平,为人群血脂代谢紊乱的防治提供依据。方法对包头市达茂旗牧区蒙古族和汉族共231人进行血脂四项测定,与31855名城市体检人群进行对比,统计人群的血脂水平及血脂异常发生率,并和其它地区比较。结果蒙、汉族人群的高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)血症患病率依次为17.75%、30.73%、4.33%。高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症均高于全国城市的平均水平,高胆固醇血症、低HDL-C血症高于包头市城市正常人群,牧区蒙古族人群高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇LDL-C患病率与同地区汉族人群比较有统计学意义,在与城市体检人群HDL-C、LDL-C项比较有统计学意义。结论包头牧区人群高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症均高于全国城市的平均水平,高胆固醇血症、低HDL-C血症、高LDL-C血症高于包头市城市正常人群,蒙古族人群高LDL-C血症患病率与同地区汉族人群比较有显著性差异。建议在蒙古族牧民中开展保健知识宣教,逐步改善饮食结构和饮食习惯。  相似文献

目的 探讨蒙古族儿童、青少年超重、肥胖与血压偏高的关系.方法 以2005年通辽市蒙古族2 990名7~18岁中小学生为研究对象,分为正常体质量组、超重组和肥胖组,比较各组间血压偏高检出率的差异.在调整了年龄、性别等因素后,探讨超重、肥胖与血压偏高的关系及风险估计.结果 正常体质量组、超重组和肥胖组问血压偏高检出率分别为3.89%、11.16%和17.91%,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.001).多因素Logistic回归分析.调整了年龄、性别等冈素后发现超重、肥胖与血压偏高有关,比值比分别为3.11和5.68.结论 超重和肥胖是蒙古族儿童青少年血压偏高的危险因素,超重肥胖儿童罹患血压偏高的风险增加.
Abstract:
Objective To assess the relationship between overweight,obesity and raised blood pressure in children and adolescents in Tongliao city in Inner Mongolia.Methods Two thousand nine hundred and ninty students aged from 7 to 18 years with Mongolian Nationality were investigated in 2005.They were classified into three groups i.e,the normal,overweight and obesity group and differences in raised blood pressure rate were test between three groups.The relationship between overweight,obesity and raise blood pressure were evaluated,after adjusting age,gender or multivariate.Results Raised blood pressure rate Wilt8 3.89%,11.16%and 17.91%in normal,overweight and obesity group,respectively,and there were statistical difference(P<0.001).With muhivariable logistic regression,overweight,obesity were associated with raised blood pressure after the multivariates were aajusted,OR were 3.11 and 5.68.Conclusion Overweight and obesity are risk factors to raised blood pressure in children and adolescents in Inner Mongolia,children with overweight or obesity will increased the risk to raised blood pressure.  相似文献
