常温流动牙胶根管充填的近期疗效观察   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的观察常温流动牙胶充填根管的临床疗效。方法选择101例首次需要进行根管治疗的慢性根尖周炎患者,共计128颗磨牙,随机分成2组。采用旋转镍钛锉预备根管,A组66颗磨牙,用常温流动牙胶加牙胶尖根管充填;B组62颗磨牙,碧兰糊剂加牙胶尖进行根管充填。观察术后1年患者的临床疗效和X线片的根周影像,评价近期疗效。结果术后1年共复诊83例(91颗牙);A组50例(55颗牙);B组33例(36颗牙)。A组4例(7.27%)、B组1例(2.78%)有临床症状;2组X线片各有3例(5.45%)出现根周膜间隙增宽和2例(5.56%)根尖病变未愈。2组术后临床成功率无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论常温流动牙胶与碧兰糊剂一样对根管具有良好的封闭能力,可作为根管充填材料使用,远期疗效还有待进一步观察。  相似文献

目的:比较不同终末冲洗方案对根管封闭剂 AH Plus 及 GuttaFlow 与根管壁牙本质之间粘接强度的影响。方法:60颗单根离体人牙截冠后用冠向下法进行常规根管机械化学预备,按终末冲洗方案随机分为3组(n =20)。组1:17%乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)+2%氯己定(CHX);组2:5.25%次氯酸钠(NaOCl)+17% EDTA;组3:0.9%生理盐水(NS)对照组。每组根据使用的根管封闭剂分为2个亚组(n =10):组 a.AH Plus;组 b.GuttaFlow。每个牙根自冠方向根方获取3个厚度约为2mm 的水平切片进行薄片推出实验。体视显微镜下观察断裂形式。结果:3种冲洗方案,AH Plus 的粘接强度均显著高于GuttaFlow(P <0.05)。使用 AH Plus 根管充填时,组1、组2和组3的粘接强度分别为(5.37±2.80)MPa、(8.81±4.38) MPa、(9.07±2.77)MPa(组1与组2或组3比较,P <0.05,组2与组3间比较,P >0.05)。使用 GuttaFlow 根管充填时,组1、组2和组3粘接强度分别为(1.40±0.59)MPa、(1.26±0.62)MPa 和(1.05±0.27)MPa(两两比较,P >0.05)。各组试件均以混合型断裂为主要断裂方式,但 GuttaFlow 组内粘接型断裂形式所占比例显著高于 AH Plus 组。结论:GuttaFlow 对牙本质的粘接强度显著低于 AH Plus。17% EDTA /2% CHX 终末冲洗方案可显著降低 AH Plus 与根管壁牙本质的粘接强度,但对 GuttaFlow 的粘接性能无显著影响。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the cytotoxicity of two root filling materials GuttaFlow (GF) and gutta-percha (GP) on mouse fibroblasts cell line L-929. In this study there were four groups: GP and GF were considered as study groups and the other two were negative control groups. GP and GF were prepared according to manufacturer's instruction. L-929 fibroblast cells of mouse were passaged with trypsin (Merck, Germany) after elimination of freeze phase. Adequate trypsin was added to cells and they were prepared with 95% of cell vitality. After 24 h, 150 000 cells were put in each well. The cell and dimethyl methacrylate were used as negative and positive controls. Ten specimens from each group were brought into contact with the culture medium and were incubated under sterilised conditions 24 h later. The cytotoxicity of all samples was assessed by dimethylthiazol diphenyltetrazolium bromide test after 1 h, 24 h and 72 h. The results showed that cytotoxicity of GF was less than GP when assessed at 24 h and 72 h, but there was no significant difference at 1 h. In GF, the most and least cytotoxicity were observed at 24 h and 72 h while cytotoxicity of GP increased with time.  相似文献

目的:比较GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶根管充填材料与临床常用的两种根管封闭剂AH-Plus和Endomethasone的细胞毒性。方法:制备GuttaFlow、AH-Plus和Endomethasone浸提液,并将100%原液分别稀释至50%、25%和12.5%。组织块法培养人牙周膜成纤维细胞,将上述不同材料、不同浓度的浸提液与细胞共同培养,于1、3、5、7 d镜下观察细胞形态,MTT法分别检测各组细胞增殖情况,并计算相对增殖率(RGR)以评价细胞毒性。结果:AH-Plus和GuttaFlow各浓度组在各时点的细胞OD值均与对照组无明显差异,RGR分别为77.1%~14.1%和79.8%~115.9%,毒性评级均为0~Ⅰ级,评价结果为无细胞毒性,优于Endometha-sone。结论:GuttaFlow对人牙周膜成纤维细胞无明显细胞毒性。  相似文献

AimThe present in vitro SEM study compared the apical sealing ability of three different endodontic sealers used in single cone obturation technique.Material and method45 freshly extracted mandibular premolars with single canal and fully formed apices were selected. The samples were decoronated at/below the cementoenamel junction (CEJ) obtaining root lengths of 15 mm. The samples were instrumented using ProTaper rotary file system SX-F2. Following instrumentation the samples were randomly divided in three different groups for three different sealers to be used in single cone obturation technique. Group 1 EndoSequence BC, Group 2 GuttaFlow 2 and Group 3 AH Plus. The sealers were allowed to set completely. Following this the samples were longitudinally sectioned at the apical third and gold sputtered for SEM evaluation. The interphase between the radicular dentin and the root canal filling material were obtained in micrometers (μm) from the SEM images. Statistical analysis was performed.ResultsThe groups exhibited a statistically significant difference (p < 0.01). Group 3 presented with the highest interphase distance (p < 0.01), whereas Group 1 and 2 exhibited a statistically similar values (p > 0.05).ConclusionThe GuttaFlow 2 and Endosequence BC endodontic sealers showed better adaptation to the radicular dentin as compared to AH Plus sealer.  相似文献

目的:对常温牙胶充填系统GuttaFlow采用不同锥度牙胶尖充填质量进行体外评价。方法:将40颗上颌切牙经K3预备至0.06锥度40号后,随机分为0.02锥度组和0.06锥度组,分别用多根0.02锥度牙胶尖和单根0.06锥度牙胶尖,结合GuttaFlow进行根管充填。使用RVG摄像系统,对每颗牙颊舌向、近远中向进行X光投照后评分。包埋冠部,自根尖向冠方垂直于牙体长轴每隔1mm制备横截面切片。体视显微镜下观察切片中空隙的分布与面积。结果:0.02锥度组近远中向及双向整体评分、空隙的发生率及距根尖5~8mm水平的空隙横截面数均显著高于0.06锥度组;其他观察指标两组之间无显著性差异。近远中向评分与空隙面积百分比显著相关。结论:使用GuttaFlow系统进行根充时,推荐采用与根管预备锥度相一致的主牙胶尖,并且根管上段可适当增加辅尖。  相似文献

目的 比较新型根管冲洗药物 QMiX,17% 乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)+0.2% 西曲溴铵(CTR)作为终末根管冲洗方案对硅氧烷类根管封闭剂 GuttaFlow 与根管壁牙本质粘接性能的影响。方法 30 颗单根离体人牙截冠后根管预备,随机分为 3 组给予不同终末冲洗方案(n=10),QMiX 组、EDTA+CTR 组及生理盐水(NS)组。螺旋充填器导入GuttaFlow 充填根管。每个牙根由冠方向根方依次获取 3 个厚度约为 2 mm 的水平切片,应用薄片推出实验进行粘接强度检测。体式显微镜下观察断裂方式。结果 QMiX 组的 GuttaFlow 根管封闭剂与根管壁牙本质的粘接强度显著高于 EDTA+CTR 组和 NS 组(P<0.05),EDTA+CTR 组与 NS 组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同终末冲洗方案均以混合型断裂为主要断裂方式。结论 QMiX 作为终末冲洗方案可提高硅氧烷类根管封闭剂 GuttaFlow 与根管壁牙本质的粘接效果,但 EDTA+CTR 配伍方案对粘接强度无显著影响。  相似文献

目的体外评价常温流动牙胶(GuttaFlow)对牙根抗折裂性能的影响。方法 60颗单根管下颌前磨牙沿釉牙骨质界截去牙冠,随机分为四组,分别以常温流动牙胶(A组)、连续波热牙胶(B组)和冷牙胶侧压(C组)充填根管,对照组(D组)不做任何处理。再将标本制成标准试件,置于万能测试机上,垂直、静态加压至折裂,记录折裂瞬间的压力值。结果 D组压力平均值明显高于A、B、C组(P<0.05),但A、B、C三组之间差异无统计学意义。结论常温流动牙胶充填后的牙齿抗压力能力与连续波热牙胶充填法或冷牙胶侧压法充填的牙齿无明显差异。  相似文献
