[目的]应用固体滴定技术监测羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyaptite,HA)的溶解平衡过程,观察组织液生理浓度CO2对羟基磷灰石溶解度的影响.[方法]在恒温水浴系统中以HA为固体滴定物.测试液为KCl溶液(0.1 mol/L),并引入恒定分压的CO2(占空气体积比为3.5%±0.1%).半导体二极管激光为发射光源,散射光源探测器用于监测HA的溶解平衡过程并判断超越溶解平衡点所出现的沉淀(合共17次滴定终点).固体滴定总量用于代表溶解度等温线上的数据点.[结果]引入恒定分压CO2后测定的HA在KCl溶液中的溶解度高于其在KCl溶液中所得50倍以上.[结论]固体滴定技术利于监测HA的溶解平衡过程.溶液体系中CO2增加HA的溶解度.推测该现象与CO2-3形成的复合物密切相关. 相似文献

Sucrose-dependent accumulation of oral streptococci and their adhesion-defective mutants on saliva-coated hydroxyapatite 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The adhesion and accumulation of oral streptococci on saliva-coated hydroxyapatite was examined in strains representing species that appear in initial plaque ( Streptococcus sanguise FC1 and Streptococcus oralis C5) and in more mature plaque ( Streptococcus gordonii G9B). Washed cells of strains FC1 and C5 did not attach better to saliva-coated hydroxyapatite than did strain G9B, suggesting that the degree of initial adhesiveness does not alone account for the temporal appearance of these bacteria in dental plaque. Growing cells of each strain were also examined for their ability to accumulate on saliva-coated hydroxyapatite. The addition of sucrose to the medium promoted the accumulation of strain G9B more than it promoted the accumulation of strains FC1 and C5. Sucrose also enhanced the accumulation of adhesion-defective mutants of each strain to levels similar to those of the respective parent strains. These results suggest that sucrose-dependent accumulation may facilitate the colonization of the tooth surface by these species of oral streptococci when adhesion is limited by reduced bacterial adhesiveness or limited pellicle-binding sites. 相似文献

目的通过动物实验观察不同骨水泥强化松质骨螺钉的生物力学和组织学变化动态,为骨质疏松骨折患者内固定提供理论基础。方法在10只杂种犬胫骨近端制作松质骨螺钉植入的动物模型,分别采用碳酸化羟基磷灰石水泥(CHC)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)强化,分别于术后5d、4、8、12和16周处死动物,观察螺钉拔出的生物力学和组织学变化。结果CHC强化的螺钉拔出力随手术后时间的延长而逐渐升高,16周时达到(512.5 14.5)N,而PMMA强化组螺钉拔出力则随手术后时间的延长而逐渐降低。CHC-骨界面结合紧密,并且随时间延长出现CHC降解和骨长入,而PMMA-骨界面形成一层纤维组织。结论CHC强化能够提高松质骨螺钉植入体内的稳定性,并且随植入时间延长而逐渐升高。 相似文献

复合珊瑚羟基磷灰石人工骨的研制及其成骨效应 总被引:12,自引:1,他引:11
目的 自行研制复合珊瑚羟基磷灰石人工骨并评估其成骨效应。方法 取南海澄黄滨珊瑚碳酸钙在特定条件下经过“热液交换反应”,制成单纯珊瑚羟基磷灰石(coralline Hydroxyapatite,CHA)人工骨,并将其与基因重组骨形态发生蛋白(rhBMP2)和几丁糖复合制成了三种复合珊瑚羟基磷灰石(composite Coralline Hydroxyapatite,CCHA)人工骨,将此三种不同配型的复合人工骨和单纯CHA人工骨分别植入四组24只SD大白鼠肌肉内。手术后2、4、6、8周取材进行组织学观察,计数高倍单位视野内的成骨细胞数量和炎性细胞数量。采用SPSS8.0统计软件处理系统分析。结果 术后各时期取材结果显示:B组(CHA rhBMP2)和D组(CHA rhBM2P 几丁糖)的单位视野内成骨细胞数量明显多于A组(单纯CHA)和C组(CHA 几丁糖):而C组和D组的单位视野内炎性细胞数量明显少于A组和B组。即D组人工骨的单位视野内的成骨细胞数量多、炎性细胞少。结论 rhBMP2-几丁糖/CHA复合人工骨不但具有显著的成骨诱导作用,还具有炎症反应轻及持续的诱导成骨作用,是一良好的骨移植替代物。 相似文献

Objective: To prepare hydroxyapatite cement (or calcium phosphate cement,CPC) and analyze its capability. Methods: Tetracalcium phospluge (TTCP ) was prepared by the method of high heat. TTCP reacted with in simulated body situation and produced CPC. Its capability was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), X-ray diffraction( XRD). Its density, absorbing water coefficient, macroporosity and compressive strength were measured also. Results: The main element of CPC is hydroxyapatile (HA), its microstructure comprised of petal crys-tals. The diameter of micropore was 4-10μm, density was 1. 922 g/cm^3, macroporosity was 29. 777%, absorbing coefficient was 15. 503%, compressive strength was 42.70 Mpa. Conclusion: This CPC has three-dimensional spatial structure, its strength meets the need of cancellous bone grafting. 相似文献

目的:制备水泥型羟基磷灰石人工骨,并进行性能分析。方法:高温法制备出磷酸四钙,然后在模拟体内环境下将其与无水磷酸氢钙发生水化固化反应,合成水泥型羟基磷灰石人工骨,采用X线衍射、扫描电镜观察、体积密度、吸水率、孔隙率及耐压强度测量进行性能分析。结果:该人工骨主要成分为低结晶度的羟基磷灰石;微观结构呈针状或花瓣状晶体构成,微孔直径约4-10 μm,孔隙相互交通;平均体积密度为1.922 g·cm~(-3);平均吸水率为15.503%;孔隙率为29.777%;耐压强度为42.70 MPa。结论:本研究所制人工骨具有三维空间结构,力学性能符合人体非负重骨植骨要求。 相似文献

用聚乙烯醇(PVA)的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)溶液对水热反应法合成的超细羟基磷灰石(HAP)进行表面改性,用溶液分散复合法分别制备了HAP含量均为0.03g/mE的聚乳酸(PLLA)/HAP和PLIA/HAP-PVA复合物,并经过挤出成型得到φ=5mm的棒材。重点研究了热拉伸取向的拉伸规律及表面改性前后HAP粒子在PLLA基质中的分散情况。结果表明,经PVA改性的HAP粒子在PLLA基质中的分散要明显优于未经改性的HAP粒子。拉伸取向后PLLA/HAP-PVA复合材料的弯曲强度达262MPa。 相似文献

In recent years, bone grafts and bone substitutes have been increasingly utilized underneath barrier membranes to optimize the treatment outcome of bone reconstructive therapy for defects in the alveolar process. In the present study, 4 different filling materials were evaluated in bone defects of similar dimensions in the mandible of miniature pigs. Blood clots and autografts were used as controls. The defects were covered with barrier membranes and allowed to heal for 4, 12 or 24 weeks. Histologic examination demonstrated that bone repair progressed through a programmed sequence of maturation steps closely resembling the pattern of bone development and growth regardless of whether bone grafts or substitutes were present or not. Histomorphometric analysis showed that autologous bone grafts (autografts) had the best osteoconductive properties during the initial healing period, with 39% of newly formed bone inside the membrane-covered defects at 4 weeks of healing. In addition, 87% of the graft surfaces were already covered by bone at this time. Both values were significantly higher for autografts than for the 4 alternative bone fillers (P < or = 0.05). At 12 weeks, these differences were no longer apparent, with all 5 filling materials showing similar values. Among the tested bone substitutes, tricalcium phosphate (TCP) showed a significantly higher percentage of bone fill at 24 weeks of healing. It can be concluded that sites filled with autografts clearly demonstrated the best results underneath barrier membranes in the early phase of healing. As far as degradation and substitution are concerned, TCP showed the most promising results. This filler, however, needs to be tested further in a more demanding animal model. Screw-fixated and hydroxyapatite-coated press-fit cups were studied using radiostereometry in 29 revision and 14 primary arthroplasties. The acetabular defects in the revision cases varied from none to type 3 (wall defects) according to Gustilo—Pasternak. Morsellized allograft was used in 25 revisions. Nine of these cups rested on less than 50% living bone. After 2 years, the mean migration in the revised group reached 0.36, 0.21, and 0.49 mm in the horizontal, longitudinal, and anteroposterior (AP) directions. The mean rotations varied between 0.5° and 0.7° depending on direction. The primary implants displayed smaller mediolateral migration and AP tilt. The mean proximal wear rate for the whole group was 0.11 mm/y. A central gap on the postoperative AP view implied less migration. The size of the preoperative bone defects or amount of bone—graft used had no influence on the migration. Despite extensive use of morsellized allograft, this implant displayed the smallest migration so far reported in revision hip arthroplasty. 相似文献
