目的运用360度评价对我院住培学员的岗位胜任力进行评价,对学员岗位胜任力的现状进行探讨分析。方法使用问卷调查表分别从专业基地教学主任、学员指导教师、同专业学员及学员本人的角度,对2017级222名住培学员的岗位胜任力进行360度评价,利用SPSS22.0对数据进行统计分析。结果连续两年的测评,住院学员8类岗位胜任力的自评和他评得分低于满分,学员在临床基本能力、医患沟通能力、掌握与运用医学知识、团队合作能力4项内容的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时学员在临床基本能力、医生职业精神与素质、医患沟通能力、掌握与运用医学知识、团队合作能力5项内容的评分较上一年相比,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调查结果提示360度评价可帮助住培学员提高岗位胜任力,后续培训应围绕调查结果和以岗位胜任力为导向来调整与设置,需增加人文属性内容的培训以及再量化培训测评内容、指标和进一步完善考评反馈机制。 相似文献

目的:探讨精神疾病患者劳动能力鉴定状况及与其相关问题。方法:分析1998至2002年共187例精神疾病患者的劳动能力鉴定资料,并进行不同年代、不同诊断、不同级别的组问比较。结果:除1998年外,其余各年度基本资料相似;诊断以精神分裂症为主,精神发育迟滞为次;前者的平均年龄最大、病期最短、累计病休时间最长、残疾级别最低,后者反之。结论:劳动能力鉴定应按有关标准执行,但目前仍存在一些有待进一步完善的问题。 相似文献

Background: To assist optometrists to deliver care more efficiently and effectively, in 1995 Optometrists Association Australia decided to develop standards that would assist optometrists in better managing their practices. Existing practice management standards for health professionals were thought to be either not specific enough for optometric practice or to have shortcomings in the context of optometric practice in Australia. Methods: Following a literature search, material previously developed by Optometrists Association Australia to assist practitioners with management of their practices and standards from other professions were used to assist with the development of a draft set of standards for optometric practices in Australia. Successive drafts were circulated for comment to optometrists in practice, non‐optometrists with experience in the development of practice standards for other health professions and to Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited. The comments were used to refine the standards and the accreditation guidelines to their final form. Results: Optometric Practice Standards suitable for use in a practice accreditation program were developed. The standards comprise seven sections—Practice administration, Quality assurance, Rights and needs of the patient, Practice services, Practice facilities, Communication and Patient records. The disparities in health care and health outcomes between the majority population and cultural and racial minorities in the United States are a problem that likely is influenced by the lack of culturally competent care. Emergency medicine and other primary-care specialties remain on the front lines of this struggle because of the nature of their open-door practice. To provide culturally appropriate care, health care providers must recognize the factors impeding cultural awareness, seek to understand the biases and traditions in medical education potentially fueling this phenomenon, and create a health care community that is open to individuals' otherness, thus leading to better communication of ideas and information between patients and their health care providers. This article highlights the rationale for and current problems in teaching cultural competency and examines several different models implemented to teach and promote cultural competency along the continuum of emergency medicine learners. However, the literature addressing the true efficacy of such programs in leading to long-lasting change and improvement in minority patients' clinical outcomes remains insufficient. 相似文献

目的 构建适合我国的麻醉科专科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为麻醉科专科护士培养及评价提供参考.方法 通过文献回顾法、小组讨论法、德尔菲专家函询法以及层次分析法,确定麻醉科专科护士岗位胜任力各级评价指标及权重.结果 麻醉科专科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系包含专业知识、专业技术、专业能力、管理能力和个人特质5项一级指标和38项二级指标.两轮函询专家积极系数分别为89.47%和94.12%,专家权威系数分别为0.865和0.889,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.182、0.237(均P<0.01).结论 构建的麻醉科专科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,可作为麻醉科专科护士岗位胜任力水平的测评工具,为麻醉科专科护士培训、考核及任用提供参考. 相似文献
