目的:调查乳腺早发育女童的心理行为问题,及早采取适当的干预措施,促进女童的身心健康发展。方法:采用CBCL儿童行为量表分别对81名4~8岁乳腺早发育女童和同时选择按1∶3对照243名正常的同年龄女童作为对照组,进行CBCL量表测查。结果:乳腺早发育女童的行为问题检出率为24.7%,对照组检出率为17.7%,经χ2检验,P>0,05,无显著差异性,但粗分、违纪、攻击性、多动、残忍的因素分高于对照组,经t检验有显著的差异性(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺早发育女童行为问题应引起人们的关注,及时对她们采取适当宣教和综合的干预措施。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: A profile of Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL) T-scores>or=70 on the attention problems, aggression, and anxious/depressed subscales has been proposed to identify juvenile bipolar disorder(JBD). We tested this hypothesis in a population-based sample. METHODS: Data for this analysis come from a birth-records-based twin sample having semi-structured interview and CBCL data (N=1,346). We compared prevalence of DSM-IV psychiatric disorders and suicidal behaviors in CBCL-JBD and non-CBCL-JBD subjects. Twin modeling assessed genetic and environmental contributions to CBCL-JBD. Associations with DRD4 and DAT1 were examined using chi-square tests. RESULTS: The prevalence of CBCL-JBD was 2.5%. No subjects with CBCL-JBD met criteria for bipolar or other mood disorders. CBCL-JBD subjects had more oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), conduct disorder(CD), and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). The CBCL-JBD profile was uncommon in these disorders. CBCL-JBD subjects more frequently endorsed suicidal behaviors. The CBCL-JBD profile was heritable and associated with the number of DAT1 9-repeat 3' untranslated region alleles. CONCLUSIONS: The CBCL-JBD phenotype does not correspond with a semi-structured interview assessment of JBD. ADHD, CD, and ODD are common in children with CBCL-JBD but do not account for the profile. Increased suicidal behaviors indicate substantial impairment in CBCL-JBD subjects.  相似文献

目的 探索材神分裂症子女的个性和行为特征。方法 分别用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)和Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL),对研究组53例精神分裂症子女,对照组50例正常儿童评定。结果 两组儿童EPQ各项因子分无显著差异,在CBCL分析中,研究组退缩、社交问题和内向因子分显著高于对照组。研究组男童焦虑抑郁,女童躯体主诉分值也显著高于对照组。结论 精神分裂症子女个性无异常。存在有内向,退缩.社交困难等行为问题.应对其早期干预。  相似文献

This study investigated the contribution of genetic and environmental influences on the stability of aggressive behavior from early childhood to adolescence. Two developmental models, the simplex model and the common factor model, were tested to study the underlying processes of stability and change. Measures of aggressive behavior (AGG) were obtained from maternal CBCL data as part of a large ongoing longitudinal study of the Netherlands Twin Registers (NTR) and included data from 6488 three-year-old twin pairs, 5475 seven-year-old twin pairs, 2983 ten-year-old twin pairs, and 1509 twelve-year-old twin pairs. AGG showed moderate to high stability during childhood. The stability coefficients ranged from 0.41 to 0.77 across varying intervals. Averaged across boys and girls, genetic factors accounted for approximately 65% of the total stability. Longitudinal genetic analysis indicated a simplex model for genetic effects, which suggests a dynamic development process consisting of transmission of existing genetic effects interacting with new genetic influences. This is especially true at age 7, when the influence of new genetic factors was large. Shared environmental factors accounted for approximately 25% of phenotypic stability, and it seemed that a stable set of the same shared environmental factors underlay the development of AGG. Nonshared environmental factors, when important, are age specific. Sex-specific differences for stability were identified. For boys, genetic influences were greater, whereas for girls shared environmental factors were more important. These data support the idea that both genetic and environmental influences play a role in the stability of AGG from age 3 to 12.  相似文献

This study compared parent-reported competencies and behavioral/emotional problems in demographically-matched samples of Greek and American children, ages 6–11. Parents of 356 children of each nationality completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL). Competence scores were higher for American children, except on Academic Competence, where scores were higher for Greek children. Greek scores were significantly higher than American scores on the Withdrawn, Anxious/Depressed, Attention Problems, Delinquent Behavior, Aggressive Behavior, Internalizing, Externalizing, and Total Problem scales. On the Anxious/Depressed syndrome, nationality accounted for 14% of the variance. There were few main effects for sex and age and fewer interactions. The higher problem scores in the Greek sample were partly due to the tendency of Greek parents to use extreme item scores. When items were scored present v. absent, Greek scores were higher only on Withdrawn, Anxious/Depressed, Internalizing, and Total Problems, while American scores were higher on Somatic Complaints and Thought Problems. Nationality differences in rates of referral for mental health services and sample differences in exclusion criteria for prior mental health services may have contributed to differences in problem scores. Results are compared to findings from other cross-cultural studies.
Zusammenfassung Diese Studie vergleicht die Fähigkeiten und Verhaltens- bzw. emotionalen Auffälligkeiten in demographisch parallelisierten Stichproben von griechischen und amerikanischen Kindern im Alter von 6-11 Jahren. Die Eltern von 356 Kindern der beiden Nationalitäten füllten die Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) aus. Die Kompetenzwerte waren bei den amerikanischen Kindern mit Ausnahme der akademischen Fähigkeiten höher. Die griechischen Werte waren signifikant höher als die amerikanischen im Hinblick auf die Skalen Zurückhaltung, ängstlich/depressiv, Aufmerksamkeitsstörungen, delinquentes Verhalten, aggressives Verhalten, Internalisation, Externalisation und Gesamtauffälligkeiten. Im Hinblick auf das ängstlich/depressive Syndrom war die Nationalität für 14% der Varianz verantwortlich. Nur vereinzelt wurden Haupteffekte im Hinblick auf Geschlecht und Alter und eine geringere Anzahl Interaktionen festgestellt. Die höheren Problemwerte in der griechischen Stichprobe waren teilweise durch die Tendenz der griechischen Eltern bedingt, extreme Werte anzukreuzen. Bei den Items, die als vorhanden bzw. nicht vorhanden gewertet werden mußten, waren die griechischen Werte nur bei den Skalen Zurückhaltung, ängstlich/depressiv, Internalisation und Gesamtprobleme höher, während amerikanische Werte für die Skalen körperliche Beschwerden und Denkstörungen höher lagen. Nationalitätsunterschiede der Zuweisungsraten zu psychosozialen Diensten und Stichprobenunterschieden im Hinblick auf die Ausschlußkriterien für vorangegangene Inanspruchnahme psychosozialer Dienste könnten zu den unterschiedlichen Problemwerten beigetragen haben. Die Ergebnisse werden verglichen mit anderen transkulturellen Studien.

Résumé Cette étude a comparé les compétences et les problèmes de comportement et affectifs rapportés par les parents d'un échantillon d'enfants grecs et américains âgés de 6 à 11 ans appariés démographiquement. Les parents de 356 enfants de chaque nationalité ont rempli la Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL). Les scores de compétence étaient plus élevés pour les enfants américains excepté pour la compétence scolaire pour laquelle les scores étaient plus élevés chez les enfants grecs. Les scores grecs étaient significativement plus hauts que les scores américains quant au retrait, l'anxiété-dépression, les problèmes d'attention, le comportement délinquant, le comportement agressif, les échelles d'internalisation, d'externalisation et de problèmes totaux. Pour le syndrome anxiodépressif, la nationalité intervenait pour une variance de 14%. Il y avait peu d'effets principaux en ce qui concerne le sexe et l'âge. Les scores de problèmes les plus élevés dans les échantillons grecs étaient en partie dûs à la tendance des parents grecs à utiliser des items extrêmes. Quand les items étaient cotés présents versus absents, les scores grecs étaient plus élevés seulement en ce qui concerne le retrait, l'anxiété-dépression, l'internalisation et les problèmes totaux tandis que les scores américains étaient plus hauts en ce qui concerne les plaintes somatiques et les problèmes de pensée. Les différences de nationalité en ce qui concerne les taux de référence à des services de santé mentale et les différences des échantillons dans les critères d'exclusion pour l'utilisation antérieure de services de santé mentale, peuvent avoir contribué aux différences dans les scores de problèmes. Les résultats sont comparés aux autres études transculturelles.

目的 调查和分析南通市学龄前儿童心理行为问题及其影响因素,并比较不同等级幼儿园儿童在心理行为发育方面有无差异.方法 采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(Child Behavior Cheek List,CBCL)中国标准化版对南通市随机抽取四所不同等级幼儿园1 102例4~7岁学龄前儿童进行调查研究.结果 南通市学龄前儿童心理行为问题的分布情况为:优良26.95%,正常63.88%,不正常9.17%,与国内外报道的学龄前儿童行为问题检出率(5%~20%)基本一致[1-2].各幼儿园学龄前儿童行为问题检出率分别为:省示范3.47%,一类1.87%,二类16.10%,三类23,81%,省示范、一类、二类幼儿园的儿童行为问题检出率明显低于三类幼儿园,不同等级幼儿园中,学龄前儿童的心理行为问题差异有显著性(P<0.05).多因素分析认为影响儿童心理行为问题发生的主要因素为:幼儿园、家庭是否重视儿童心理教育,父母文化程度,家庭情况,是否参加早教等.结论 学龄前儿童行为问题的发生是多因素交互作用的结果.各类幼儿园尤其是三类幼儿园的家长和老师要重视学龄前儿童的心理教育,通过各种途径减少儿童心理行为问题的发生.  相似文献

A developmental increase in working memory capacity is an important part of cognitive development, and low working memory (WM) capacity is a risk factor for developing psychopathology. Brain activity represents a promising endophenotype for linking genes to behavior and for improving our understanding of the neurobiology of WM development. We investigated gene–brain–behavior relationships by focusing on 18 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) located in six dopaminergic candidate genes (COMT, SLC6A3/DAT1, DBH, DRD4, DRD5, MAOA). Visuospatial WM (VSWM) brain activity, measured with functional magnetic resonance imaging, and VSWM capacity were assessed in a longitudinal study of typically developing children and adolescents. Behavioral problems were evaluated using the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL). One SNP (rs6609257), located ∼6.6 kb downstream of the monoamine oxidase A gene (MAOA) on human chromosome X, significantly affected brain activity in a network of frontal, parietal and occipital regions. Increased activity in this network, but not in caudate nucleus or anterior prefrontal regions, was correlated with VSWM capacity, which in turn predicted externalizing (aggressive/oppositional) symptoms, with higher WM capacity associated with fewer externalizing symptoms. There were no direct significant correlations between rs6609257 and behavioral symptoms. These results suggest a mediating role of WM brain activity and capacity in linking the MAOA gene to aggressive behavior during development.  相似文献

Youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) often present with emotional problems such as anxiety and depression (American Psychiatric Association, 2013). A recent study of the Child Behavior Checklist 6-18 (CBCL; Achenbach & Rescorla, 2001) indicated good sensitivity but relatively low specificity for identifying emotional problems in youth with ASD. The current study examined the extent to which variance in the CBCL’s Anxious/Depressed, Withdrawn/Depressed, Internalizing Domain, and Total Problems scales was accounted for by symptoms of emotional problems relative to ASD symptoms. Correlation and multiple regression analyses indicated that these scales measured anxiety and depression but a small statistically significant proportion of variance in Total Problems scores was also accounted for by ASD symptoms. Results contribute to the emerging evidence base for the inclusion of the CBCL in assessment protocols for assessing emotional and behavioral problems in youth with ASD.  相似文献

In a 7-year follow-up birth cohort from the general population in the Sami core area in Finnmark, Arctic Norway, we examined mothers’ and teachers’ reports of social competence and emotional/behavioral problems among 71 indigenous Sami and 77 Norwegian 11–12-year-olds. The instruments used were the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) for parents and the Teacher Report Form (TRF). No ethnic differences were found on competence scales. Total Problems reported by Sami and Norwegian mothers were low in comparison with the overall mean found in multicultural meta-studies. Sami mothers reported lower Total Problems and Attention Problems than did Norwegian mothers. There were no ethnic differences on the TRF measures. Consistent with other international studies, mothers and teachers rated girls higher than boys on social competence and boys higher than girls on Externalizing and Attention Problems. Gender differences were larger on the TRF than on the CBCL. The very low problem ratings made by the Sami mothers indicate that there is a need for specific clinical cut-off points to distinguish between clinically referred and non-referred children in this indigenous Arctic population.  相似文献
