临床实践表明,针灸对多种慢性、耗损性疾病有不同程度疗效,为探索其机理,本实验做了如下动物实验观察。 1.大鼠每日腹腔注射氢化可的松3毫克/公斤,连续9天,造成动物机体耗损,动物呈现一系列肾上腺皮质机能减退状态:毛松,少动,弓背,肾上腺萎缩(重量明显减轻),血浆糖皮质激素含量明显降低等。对这种耗损动物给以电针治疗(双“肾俞”穴,电针频率15次/秒,强度以动物耐受为度,间日电针一次,每次15分钟)经9次电针后,大鼠肾上腺湿重,血浆糖皮质激素含量都显著高于模型对照组。这一结果提示,针刺可以促进萎缩肾上腺修复,改善其分泌活动。 2.由上述实验结果表明,在动物血浆糖皮质激素处于低水平时,针刺对肾上腺皮质分泌活动具有激活作用,而当动物体内保持较高和平的列源性糖皮质激素时,针刺的作用又如何呢;对中枢五羟色胺系统是否参与垂体-肾上腺系统的调节的有关报道不鲜,那么中枢五羟色胺系统是否参与针刺的调正作用,本实验就如上问题做了初步探索。大鼠一次腹腔注射大剂量长较外源性糖皮质激素地塞米松(6.8毫克/公斤体重)4小时后,动物血浆皮质酮含量显著降低,表明肾上腺皮质分泌活动处于反馈性抑制状态。对这种地塞米松动物电针15分钟(方法同实验1)后,动物血浆皮质酮水平显著升高,它表明针刺可以显著对抗外源性激素对肾上腺皮质系统的反馈性抑制。在本实验中还观察到,注射地塞米松后,大鼠间脑5-HT,5-HIAA含量明显降低,地塞米松对5-HT的合成、代谢具有抑制作用。地塞米松动物电针15分钟后,其间脑5-HT,5-HTIAA水平明显高于地塞米松对照组,但仍显著低于盐水加电针组,针刺对地塞米松动物中枢5-HT系统功能活动具有激活作用,但激活程度与血糖皮质激素水平有关,中枢5-HT系统可能参与针刺对垂体-肾上腺皮质系统的调整作用。 相似文献

In this experiment,animals were sacrificedby total immersion in liquid nitrogen to fix thebrain tissue,cAMP and cGMP in brain areaswere determined by radioimmunoassay.Wecorrelated the levels of cAMP and cGMP in thebrain with acupuncture analgesia.Our resultsshow that acupuncture analgesia led to a rise ofcGMP in the rat diencephalon and lower brainstem,while the levels of cAMP in the rat brainareas were unchanged after acupuncture. 相似文献

The relationship between the activities of pho-sphodiesterases(PDEs)in brain regions and acupunc-ture analgesia were studied.Results showed that inacupuncture analgesia group,the activity of cAMP-PDE in the brain stem,diencephalon and striatumwas the same as in acupuncture non-analgesia,re-strained control,and normal control groups.But theactivity of cGMP-PDE in the brain stem of the acu-puncture analgesia group was decreased significant-ly(compared with that of the restrained controlgroup,P<0.01,and also compared with that of thenormal control and the acupuncture non-analgesiagroups P<0.05).The study suggested the possibilityof elevation of cGMP level in the brain stem as dueto the decreased activity of cGMP-PDE in this re-gion. 相似文献

The contents of plasma cAMP in rats fol-lowing acupuncture in different conditions weredetermined by radioimmunoassay.The levels ofplasma cAMP in the normal group,the groupof rats with sympathetic nerve endings damag-ed by 6-hydroxydopamine,and the group of ratswith bilateral adrenalectomy were all signifi-cantly elevated by electroacupuncture,especial-ly in the normal groug,though eletroacupunc-ture did not raise the levels of plasma cAMPin rats with bilateral adrenalectomy and da-maged sympathoadrenergie nerve endings.Re-suits show that the changes in plasma cAMPproduced by electroacupuncture are related tosympathetoadrenal medullar function.In otherwords,electroacupuncture activates both thesympathetic nerve and the adrenal medulla,where catecholamine is released to regulatethe physiological functions of the organismthrough cyclic AMP. 相似文献
