MiR-200c-3p inhibits cell migration and invasion of clear cell renal cell carcinoma via regulating SLC6A1

In this study, we investigated the mechanism of miR-200c-3p and SLC6A1 in regulating cell activity of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC). The mRNA and miRNA expressions of tissue specimens were analyzed by CapitalBio Corporation (Beijing, China). The expression of SLC6A1 in CCRCC cells was examined through qRT-PCR and western blot. The migration and invasion ability of 786-O cells was testified by transwell assay after transfected. 786-O cell proliferation ability was detected by MTT assay. Dual luciferase reporter assay verified the association between SLC6A1 and miR-200c-3p. SLC6A1 was high expressed and miR-200c-3p was low expressed in CCRCC tissues and cells. Besides, lower SLC6A1 expression indicated longer survival time and higher survival rate. MiR-200c-3p could directly target at SLC6A1 and reduce its expression. MiR-200c-3p inhibited the proliferation, migration and invasion in 786-O cells by down-regulating SLC6A1 expression. The results suggested that the miR-200c-3p served as a suppressor for CCRCC via down-regulating SLC6A1.     

新疆于田县15岁以下儿童家长脊髓灰质炎预防知识知晓率调查分析

目的了解新疆于田县儿童家长脊髓灰质炎相关知识知晓率,为进一步有针对性地开展脊髓灰质炎预防知识宣传提供基础数据。方法按照随机整群抽样的方法进行问卷调查。结果于田县儿童家长的脊髓灰质炎预防知识知晓率为50.00%,主要获取途径是通过电视和广播(分别为89%和66%);不同文化层次、不同职业、不同乡(镇)之间的差异有统计学意义(χ2乡(镇)=13.10,χ2职业=25.57,χ2文化=25.28,P<0.05);农民及工人群体对脊髓灰质炎预防知识知晓率相对较低。结论在开展脊髓灰质炎预防知识宣传时,应设计适合各个层次的脊髓灰质炎预防知识材料进行宣传。

产后6个月内乳母营养摄入与哺乳的跟踪观察

对北京市城乡50名产后哺乳妇女6个月内营养素摄入量和乳汁分泌以及乳成分进行跟踪观察。结果表明:乳母的营养素摄入量在产后第1个月内除了钙以外均超过我国膳食营养素供给量(RDA),但第3和第6个月时都下降,尤以钙、维生素A及B_2明显。母乳的分泌量在产后前3个月,城乡分别为689g及803g,至6个月时下降,以城区的下降更明显,但都能接近或超过发达国家乳母的母乳分泌量。城区母乳中热能、蛋白质、脂肪和乳糖的含量均高于农村的,可能与城市乳母膳食质量较高有关。从母乳分泌量及其营养成分看,母乳喂养婴儿到3个月能满足婴儿营养的需要,而农村还可以维持到6个月。     

女性生殖系统肿瘤4 315例临床分析

目的: 探讨我院5年住院女性生殖系统肿瘤患者的各部位分布构成比和各年龄段的分布情况,为肿瘤防治工作提供理论依据.方法:收集整理了2000～2004年在我院住院的女性生殖系统肿瘤病例,以Microsofit excel 表格形式储存,用SAS3.0对其进行统计学分析.结果:女性生殖系统肿瘤4 315例,其中良性肿瘤1 327 例,恶性肿瘤2 988例.汉族患者2 229例,维吾尔族患者1 847例,其他少数民族239例.女性生殖系统肿瘤部位多见于子宫、宫颈、卵巢,良性肿瘤以子宫、卵巢居多,恶性肿瘤以宫颈居多.维吾尔族恶性肿瘤患者以宫颈癌为主;汉族肿瘤患者中卵巢、子宫恶性肿瘤比例明显高于维吾尔族.良性肿瘤患者平均年龄42.5岁,恶性肿瘤患者平均年龄55岁.结论:维吾尔族及汉族患者各部位肿瘤分布具有明显差异,需要具体分析肿瘤相关因素.     

喉组织癌前病变的DNA流式定量研究

应用流式细胞术对80例喉癌前病变细胞中的DNA含量进行定量检测.结果显示,29例I级不典型增生中出现DNA异倍体1例,30例Ⅱ级不典型增生中出现DNA异倍体2例,21例Ⅲ级不典型增生中出现DNA异倍体11例.提示喉癌前病变的DNA异倍体率随不典型增生病变的分级增高而增加,不典型增生程度越高,癌变率越高,提示DNA异倍体可能是喉癌变早期的分子标志物.     

Proteomic identification of the involvement of the mitochondrial rieske protein in epilepsy

PURPOSE: Kindled seizures are widely used to model epileptogenesis, but the molecular mechanisms underlying the attainment of kindling status are largely unknown. Recently we showed that achievement of kindling status in the Sprague-Dawley rat is associated with a critical developmental interval of 25 +/- 1 days; the identification of this long, well-defined developmental interval for inducing kindling status makes possible a dissection of the cellular and genetic events underlying this phenomenon and its relation to normal and pathologic brain function. METHODS: By using proteomics on cerebral tissue from our new rat kindling model, we undertook a global analysis of protein expression in kindled animals. Some of the identified proteins were further investigated by using immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: We report the identification of a modified variant of the Rieske iron-sulfur protein, a component of the mitochondrial cytochrome bc1 complex, whose isoelectric point is shifted toward more alkaline values in the hippocampus of kindled rats. By immunohistochemistry, the Rieske protein is well expressed in the hippocampus, except in the CA1 subfield, an area of selective vulnerability to seizures in humans and animal models. We also noted an asymmetric, selective expression of the Rieske protein in the subgranular neurons of the dorsal dentate gyrus, a region implicated in neurogenesis. CONCLUSIONS: These results indicate that the Rieske protein may play a role in the response of neurons to seizure activity and could give important new insights into the molecular pathogenesis of epilepsy.     

米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤及微波治疗异位妊娠的疗效分析

目的:观察米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤及微波治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:将82例异位妊娠患者随机分为两组,观察组41例采用米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤及微波治疗,对照组41例仅采用米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤进行治疗,比较两组的治疗成功率及治疗前后β-HCG水平和包块直径变化。结果:观察组的治疗成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后每周包块直径逐渐下降,并且观察组治疗后β-HCG水平和包块直径均明显低于同期对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤及微波对异位妊娠进行治疗,能够明显提高临床疗效,显著降低β-HCG水平和减小包块直径,值得临床推广应用。

托幼儿童身长体重及营养素摄入水平的研究:四年系统观察

1979～1983连续四年观察了两个全托托儿所和一个全托幼儿园儿童的身长、体重及膳食营养状况。结果表明,到1982年时,儿童身长、体重在标准均值以上的人数均超过50％,托儿所儿童能量及蛋白质的摄入量加上零食中的含量能达到供给量标准。各类食物摄入量也能达到或超过北京市推荐的托儿所儿童参考食物量标准。幼儿园儿童营养素的摄入量与供给量比较都偏低,但其生长发育良好,故对该年龄组儿童的营养素供给量应再进行研究。
