[目的 ]研究大豆胚轴甲醇提取物对糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂及过氧化脂质代谢的影响 .[方法 ]甲醇提取大豆胚轴中的异黄酮类和皂甙 ,以薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法检测其组成 .给GK/Jcl糖尿病大鼠长期食用添加 10 0 g/kg大豆胚轴甲醇提取物的饲料 ,观察和测定相应生物化学指标 .[结果 ]长期食用大豆胚轴甲醇提取物的糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平下降 ,血清过氧化脂质降低 ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇增高 ,血清总胆固醇和甘油三脂却无明显变化 .[结论 ]大豆胚轴甲醇提取物具有显著的降低血糖、改善糖耐量、降低脂质过氧化和升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的作用  相似文献

Objectives:   Macrophages (Mφs) have various functions and play a critical role in host defense and the maintenance of homeostasis. Mφs exist in every tissue in the body, but Mφs from different tissues exhibit a wide range of phenotypes with regard to their morphology, cell surface antigen expression and function, and are called by different names. However, the precise mechanism of the generation of macrophage heterogeneity is not known. In the present study, the authors examined the functional heterogeneity of Mφs generated from human monocytes under the influence of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and macrophage-CSF (M-CSF).
Methodology:   CD14 positive human monocytes (Mos) were incubated with M-CSF and GM-CSF for 6–7 days to stimulate the generation of M-CSF-induced monocyte-derived Mφs (M-Mφs) and GM-CSF-induced monocyte-derived Mφs (GM-Mφs), respectively. The expression of cell surface antigens and several functions such as antigen presenting cell activity, susceptibility to oxidant stress, and the susceptibility to HIV-1 and mycobacterium tuberculosis infection were examined.
Results:   GM-Mφs and M-Mφs are distinct in their morphology, cell surface antigen expression, and functions examined. The phenotype of GM-Mφs closely resembles that of human Alveolar-Mφs (A-Mφs), indicating that CSF-induced human monocyte-derived Mφs are useful to clarify the molecular mechanism of heterogeneity of human Mφs, and GM-Mφs will become a model of human A-Mφs.  相似文献

[目的 ]研究大豆异黄酮对血小板聚集性的影响 .[方法 ]普通饲料中添加 2 0 g/kg大豆异黄酮混合物 ,饲喂GK/Jcl糖尿病大鼠 2 0周 ,测定其血小板聚集率 .利用ODS柱层析和高效液相色谱技术分离大豆异黄酮 ,体外观察大豆异黄酮单体对人血小板聚集率的影响 .[结果 ]长期食用大豆异黄酮的GK/Jcl糖尿病大鼠血小板聚集率显著降低 .在人体外血小板聚集实验中 ,大豆异黄酮均抑制腺嘌呤核苷二磷酸钠、胶原蛋白和肾上腺素诱导的血小板聚集 ,大豆异黄酮类型中金雀异黄素的最强 ,其 5 0 %抑制浓度值分别为 0 38,0 30 ,0 2 3mmol/L .[结论 ]大豆异黄酮具有血小板聚集抑制效应 ,在大豆抗血小板聚集中起着重要作用 .  相似文献

A-76-year-old woman consulted for open biopsy for a pulmonary mass. Thoracoscopic wedge resection was performed. The lesion was histologically diagnosed as nonspecific inflammation. On the first postoperative day (POD1), the patient lost consciousness transiently. Eleven hours after the first stroke, the patient experienced a second stroke together with hypoxia. Pulmonary perfusion scan on POD2 showed multiple perfusion defects, and the patient was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism (PE). Thrombolitic therapy was started. Neurological symptoms didn’t improve, and cerebral angiography on POD3 showed delayed perfusion in superficial veins. The patient was diagnosed with cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT). Thrombolytic and anticoagulant therapy had been continued, and the patient was found to have hemorrhagic cerebral infarction on POD11. After persistent therapy, the patient was discharged on POD120. Although both PE and CVT are rare complications after thoracic surgery, we must consider these complications in patients undergoing thoracic operations including thoracoscopic surgery.  相似文献

A novel inhibitor of prolyl endopeptidase, the propeptin analog propeptin-2 (C105H130N24O(24)), missing two amino acid residues from the propeptin C-terminus was isolated from the fermentation broth of propeptin-producing Microbispora sp. SNA-115 grown using a large inoculum. It shows the same enzyme inhibition activity as propeptin against prolyl endopeptidase (Ki=1.5 microM), but its antimicrobial activity against Mycobacterium phlei is more than 100-fold lower.  相似文献

Blunt gallbladder injury is rare, and bleeding from the cystic artery due to blunt trauma is even rarer. We report herein a case of extraluminal bleeding of the gallbladder in a patient following blunt abdominal trauma. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography revealed pericholecystic fluid and extravasation of contrast material in the subcapsular liver space adjacent to the gallbladder. Abdominal digital subtraction angiography revealed pseudoaneurysm originating from a branch of the cystic artery. Successful treatment was achieved using selective transcatheter embolization, and cholecystectomy was not required.  相似文献

The role of T-helper (TH) lymphocytes in activating peritoneal macrophages (PM) to kill larvae of the helminth Schistosoma mansoni (schistosomula) was investigated with the use of egg antigen-specific CD4 positive TH clones of both the TH1 and TH2 types. Results showed that stimulated TH1 clones, in exceedingly small numbers, or supernatants thereof, conferred on PM the ability to kill schistosomula. The molecule responsible for PM activation was found to be interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma). IFN-gamma-induced PM larvicidal activity was dependent on live cells, energy, as well as protein synthesis, and appeared to be mediated by toxic nitrogen metabolites. In contrast, egg antigen-specific TH2 clones, or their supernants, failed to induce PM larval killing, as they did not secrete IFN-gamma, or any equivalent macrophage activating factor. We postulate a mechanism by which egg antigen-specific TH1 clones may be capable of playing a critical role in the resistance to schistosomal reinfection through IFN-gamma-mediated activation of macrophage helminthotoxicity.  相似文献

The anti-hypertensive properties of dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate (DHEAS) have been investigated by studying its effects on blood pressure, on serum concentrations of corticosterone and dehydrocorticosterone, and on 11 β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (11 β-HSD) activity in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). SHR were given intraperitoneal injections of DHEAS (10 mg day?1 for 70 days) from six to 16 weeks of age. The blood pressure–time curve was significantly (P<0.05) suppressed immediately after administration of DHEAS. There was no difference between the heart rates of control and DHEAS groups. Serum concentrations of corticosterone and dehydrocorticosterone in the DHEAS group were significantly (P < 0.05) lower than those of the control group. The dehydrocorticosterone/corticosterone concentration ratio was, however, significantly (P < 0.05) higher in the DHEAS group, suggesting that treatment with DHEAS enhanced the overall interconversion of corticosterone to dehydrocorticosterone. The activity of 11 β-HSD in specific organs of the DHEAS group was affected, characteristic changes being increases in the kidney (14–58%), decreases in the liver (11–27%) and no change in the testis. Direct addition of DHEAS to 11 β-HSD preparations from the kidneys of control SHR had the same effect as that observed in the in-vivo experiments. The fall in serum corticosterone in the DHEAS group is considered to be related, at least partly, to increased activity of kidney 11 β-HSD. The inverse correlation of kidney 11 β-HSD activity with serum corticosterone and blood pressure (—r = 0.628, P < 0.01, and —r = 0.478, P < 0.05, respectively) suggest that DHEAS delayed the development of hypertension in SHR by selective promotion of kidney 11 β-HSD activity which in turn resulted in lower serum concentrations of corticosterone and its minimal aldosterone-like activity.  相似文献
