To study the effects of nitinol alloy stent in the treatment of atherosclerotic arterial stenosis, eight miniature pigs were subject to abdominal aortic balloon denudation and high-fatty food. Then 8 nitinol alloy stents were implanted into each abdominal aortas of pigs. The pigs were equally divided into two groups. One group was given captopril (3 mg / kg / d). All animals were sacrified) for pathological examination 6 to 10 months after stent implantation. The degree of arterial intima proliferation in the areas of stent implantation not significantly different from that of areas of balloon denudation alone; the atherosclerotic lesions were found at the arterial surface of stent implantation sites. The intima layer was rich in smooth muscle cells, with atherosclerotic plaque formed around the stent wire. On the other hand, significant decrease in arterial intima proliferation was found in group Ⅱ with no atherosclerotic plaque. The arterial stenosis resulting from atherosclerotic lesion could not be 相似文献

报告1100名35岁以上农民冠心病患病率及易患因素的调查结果。全组中检出冠心病15例,其中陈旧心肌梗塞3例、心绞痛7例、心律失常及不典型心绞痛伴有心电图缺血型改变者5例,冠心病现患率为1.36%。另有单纯ST-T 缺血型改变84例,各种严重心律失常36例,未计入冠心病现患率之内.经单变量线性相关及多变量Logistic 函数分析结果,选出有意义的冠心病易患因素有甘油三酯、年龄及收缩期血压增高,以及血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的降低。 相似文献

To evaluate the occlusion of arteries, 6 conic intravaseular endoprosthetic stents of titanium-nickel alloy were implanted transluminally to the right external iliac arteries in 2 normal dogs and 4 normal pigs. The stent was characterized by ductility below 313 K (40℃) and restoration memory-shape between 313-319 K. The diameter of the large end of conic stent was 4.0 mm (dog) and 4.5 mm(pig). The topographic anatomy showed that the external iliac artery was near complete occlusion, with a very small residual lumen (about 1 mm in diameter) in dogs at 6 months, with complete occlusion in pigs at 8 months. The histopathological examination indicated that the arterial intima of the upper branch from the stented site was smooth, and that neither inflammatory cell infiltration nor foreign giant cell reaction was found. The newly formed granulation tissue inside the stent came from emboli organization. These results suggest that the shape-memory alloy stent has good biocompatibility and the conic intravascnla 相似文献

应用水平平板等电聚焦(电压2000V,时间2.5h、pH 4~6)、银染和凝胶光密度扫描相结合的一种新方法,研究去甲肾上腺素性心肌损伤兔心肌肌球蛋白轻链磷酸化(P-MLC/MLC×100%)的改变及α、β受体阻滞剂对该改变的影响。结果表明,去甲肾上腺素(NE,2mg/kg)显著降低心肌的P-MLC/MLC(P-MLC/MLC为35.40±5.37%;对照组为61.07±6.97%,P<0.01),酚妥拉明(10mg/只)可保护心肌P-MLC 66.43±8.43%,而普萘洛尔则无此作用(P-MLC/MLC为36.54±4.05%)。 相似文献

以[_3H]DHA为放射配基,比较了人、家兔和大鼠血淋巴细胞β-受体与配基结合的若干参数。结果表明,不同种属间淋巴细胞β-受体密度存在差异,依次为家兔(n=9)104.5±19.8 fmol/10~6细胞>大鼠(n=5)68.8±12.3 fmol/10~6细胞>人(n=13)56±8.65 fmol/10~6细胞,(X±SD)。但是三者平衡解离常数Kd值相近,分别为8.39±2.76nM,6.34±2.99nM,6.96±1.62nM(X±SD)。Hill系数均极接近于1。提示,家兔、大鼠和人血淋巴细胞与β受体配基的结合过程属同一类型。兔和大鼠疾病模型中淋巴细胞β受体变化的资料对人类疾病时β受体作用的研究有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

新西兰兔33只,分成4组:对照组、去甲基肾上腺素(NE)组、美托洛尔(MP)组和酚妥拉明(R)组。NE组静滴NE 1mg/kg,MP和R组则在静滴NE前10分钟分别静注β受体阻滞剂MP或α受体阻滞剂R。测定21种代谢产物。结果发现,在NE组中磷酸二羟丙酮和丙酮酸明显增加,提示三磷酸甘油醛脱氨酶和丙酮酸脱氨酶活性显著降低,同时伴乳酸浓度增高(P<0.01),ATP和磷酸肌酸降低(P<0.05),能荷值降低(P<0.05)。MP组呈现与NE组相似的改变,而R组与NE组相比代谢紊乱呈明显逆转。因NE已知为α受体和β受体两者的兴奋剂,而在未研究中α受体阻滞剂R,而不是β受体阻滞剂MP,可显著减轻代谢紊乱,故NE心肌病的代谢紊乱系由α受体兴奋所致。 相似文献
