盐酸青藤碱治疗双膝骨性关节炎350例

目的:观察盐酸青藤碱膝关节腔注射治疗双膝骨性关节炎不同注射间隔时间的临床疗效及不良反应,探讨最佳注射间隔时间。方法:选择350例门诊及住院双膝骨性关节炎患者随机分成3组。3组患者均给予盐酸青藤碱注射液35mg,双侧膝关节腔内注射,先行左侧膝关节腔注射,间隔一定时间后行右侧注射治疗,每10天为一疗程,A组两侧膝关节注射间隔20min,B组间隔30min,C组间隔40min。结果:3组总有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05),不良反应发生率有统计学差异(P<0.05),C组不良反应发生率低于A、B组(P<0.017)。结论:盐酸青藤碱双侧膝关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎,注射间隔时间达40min时,不良反应发生率明显降低,临床疗效无明显差别。     

阴道血肿的预防和处理(附8例分析)

形成产道血肿原因较多，如阴道手术助产、胎儿娩出过快、血管或凝血因子异常等，但往往与产道损伤缝合方法不良有关。我院近16年来因缝合不全致阴道血肿8例，为预防和减少产道血肿的再发生，现分析如下。

低浓度催产素临床应用的观察
