冠心病心气虚证临床微观辨证初探

本文以中医气血相关理论为指导,初步研究了冠心病心气虚证的微观辨证。结果提示:心功能检查对心气虛证的辨证具有一定的定位、定性、定量的意义;从血液流变性的改变及血浆TXB_2、6-Keto-PGFla含量的改变,认为气虚可以导致血瘀;cAMP/cGMP比值对鉴别气虛与阴虛具有一定意义;细胞免疫功能低下可能是虚证的共同特点,淋转等可以作为虚证的共同指标;2,3-DPG增高可能是心气虚证指标之一;心气虚者24小时尿17-羟、17-酮类固醇排出量正常、交感神经功能偏亢,此与肾阳虚者尿17-羟、17-酮类固醇排量明显减低和脾气虚者以迷走神经功能偏亢有所不同。

The present study is aimed at assessing theeffects of allitridi,a major component of garlic,on platelet aggregation and the activity of PGI_2-like substance in arterial tissue.Results indicatethat platelet aggregation is inhibited by allitridiand aspirin.The activity of PGI_2-like substanceis also inhibited by aspirin,but not by allitridi.     

EFFECTS OF CODONOPSIS PILOSULA-ASTRAGALUS INJECTION ON PLATELET AGGREGATION AND ACTIVITY OF PGI_2-LIKE SUBSTANCE

According to TCM theory,the etiology ofcoronary heart disease(CHD)is deficiency ofQi and Blood stasis;therefore,Yiqihuoxue(re-plenishing the vital energy and invigorating theblood circulation)is the main therapeutic princi-ple for CHD.While the effects of Huoxue(in-vigorating the blood circulation)on CHD havebeen much studied,studies on effects of Yiqi(replenishing the vital energy)have been rare.The present work aims to investigate the effectsof Codonopsis Pilosula-Astragalus Injection(CP-A)on platelet aggregation(PA)and activity ofthe PGl_2-like substance.
