目的 观查和分析老年患者胃镜检查时心脏自主神经功能的变化及意义.方法 按序选取30例胃镜检查患者,年龄60~84岁;采用心率血压监测仪定患者胃镜检查前及检查时心率变异性(HRV)[包括平均R-R间期(RRI)、总变异性(Tv)、低频成份(LF)、高频成份(HF)低频成份/高频成份[LF/HF]和压力反射敏感性(BRS)[包括血压总变异(BRSTV)、血压谱密度的低频成份(BRSLF)、血压谱密度的高频成份(BRSHF)、血压谱密度的甚低频成份(BRSVLF)]的变化,分析检查前及检查时患者自主神经功能的变化.结果 检查时HRV指标RRI、TV、LF、HF和BRS指标BRS TV、BRS LF、BRS HF、BRS VLF均较检查前有明显升高(P=0.00),检查时LF/HF也较检查前升高(P=0.042.结论 老年患者者胃镜检查时交感神经和迷走神经兴奋性均增强,交感神经兴奋性增强可能更明显. 相似文献

1-肉桂基-4-(2,3,4-三甲氧基苄基)-四氢吡嗪盐酸盐对大鼠心肌缺血再灌性心律失常的保护作用 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
采用整体大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型,观察1-肉桂基-4-(2,3,4-三甲氧基苄基)-四氢吡嗪盐酸盐(CTTP)对缺血再灌性心律失常的保护作用. 于结扎前3 min, CTTP 2.5或5 mg·kg-1 iv,可显著降低缺血再灌损伤引起的室性心律失常发生率,缩短持续时间;能明显减少心肌谷草转氨酶,肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶释放量;升高超氧化物歧化酶活性,减少脂质过氧化反应代谢产物丙二醛含量. 提示CTTP抗心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的作用,可能与降低心肌脂质过氧化和增强氧自由基清除酶的活性有关. 相似文献

AIM: To determine the GI of some cereals and tubers produced in China in an effort to establish the database of glycemic index (GI) of Chinese food. METHODS: Food containing 50 g carbohydrate was consumed by 8-12 healthy adults after they have been fasted for 10 h and blood glucose was monitored for 2 h. Glucose was used as reference food. GI of food was calculated according to a standard method. RESULTS: GI of 9 types of sugar and 60 kinds of food were determined. CONCLUSION: Food GI is mainly determined by nature of carbohydrate and procession. Most of cereals and tubers produced in China have similar GI with their counterparts produced in other countries. 相似文献

AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents of the roots of Polygala sibirica L. (Polygalaceae) METHOD: The isolation was performed by solvent extraction and various chromatographic techniques, including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS, semi-preparative HPLC, and preparative TLC. The chemical structures were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic analysis, including HR-ESI-MS and 1 D- and 2D-NMR spectroscopic data. RESULTS: A total of sixteen compounds, including five xanthones (5, 7-10), five saccharide esters (1, 3, 4, 12, 13), two flavon- oids (14, 16), two triterpenoids (11, 15), one phenylpropanoid (6), and one benzophenone glycoside (2) were isolated. Their struc- tures were determined as sibiricose A7 (1), sibiriphenone A (2), polygalatenoside A (3), polygalatenoside C (4), lancerin (5), 3, 4, 5-trimethoxycinnamic acid (6), 6-hydroxy-1, 2, 3, 7-tetramethoxyxanthone (7), 1, 3, 7-trihydroxy-2-methoxyxanthone (8), onjix- anthone II (9), 1, 2, 3, 6, 7-pentamethoxyxanthone (10), presenegenin (11), 3'-O-3, 4, 5-trimethoxycinnamoyl-6-O-4-methoxy ben- zoyl sucrose (12), tenuifoliside C (13), 5, 3'-dihydroxy-7, 4'-dimethoxyflavonol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (14), tenuifolin (15), and rhamnetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (16). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 and 2 are two new compounds from P. sibirica. 相似文献
