小学教师主观幸福感与心理健康的相关研究

目的 研究小学教师主观幸福感和心理健康的关系。方法 用人脸量表和SCL－90测量了301名小学教师的主观幸福感和心理健康状况。结果 小学教师的主观幸福感呈右偏态分布趋势，主观幸福感与心理健康存在显著正相关。结论 心理健康是影响小学教师主观幸福感的因素之一。     

Measuring clinical outcome

At the present time, there are many fundamental issues coming from the Department of Health or from other national organizations, which will have an effect on the future development of the dietetic profession. The British Diatetic Association (BDA) Professional Development Committee will consider these issues, as and when appropriate, and will publish the information in the form of Briefing Papers.
The first Briefing Paper on 'Quality Assurance' was published by the BDA in November 1989. The second on 'Measuring clinical outcome' is published below. In each case the opinion of BDA members and specialist groups has been sought and the Professional Development Committee wishes to thank individuals and the specialist groups for their comments.
The Briefing Papers are intended to provide information and promote discussion among the membership. I would welcome further comments from readers, which may be directed to the British Dietetic Association Office.     

无溶剂体系合成1,3-甘油二酯用脂肪酶的筛选及其酯化性质

对不同来源的脂肪酶进行了系统的筛选,并根据位置专一性的差别将脂肪酶分为1,3 特异的、1,3 选择性和非选择性的3类.采用LipozymeRMIM在无溶剂系统中催化甘油、脂肪酸合成1,3 sn 甘油二酯.研究表明脂肪酸、底物醇种类、温度、水分活度对LipozymeRMIM的活力有明显的影响.     

Die Bedeutung von Assessments in der Ausbildung diplomierter Rettungssanitäter

Learning and exams are closely interconnected. Test elements should accompany the learning process and not only serve to complete the training period. Examinations should be oriented toward the ideas learned and the forms of instruction used. However, the significance of examinations during the training period for emergency medical technicians is hardly ever addressed in the literature. All of the procedures that serve to evaluate the students’ performance are subsumed under the term “assessments.” This contribution presents the tasks of assessments and their requirements for occupational training of certified emergency medical technicians. It also offers a suggestion to develop a modern testing concept.     

耐万古霉素肠球菌表型及基因型分析

目的：对耐万古霉素的肠球菌进行表型及基因型分析，了解临床耐万古霉素肠球菌(VRE)的流行状况。指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法：48株肠球菌，按常规方法进行鉴定，并采用琼脂筛选法对耐万古霉素肠球菌进一步筛选。将筛选出的3株耐万古霉素肠球菌，以多重PCR法进行基因分型。结果：共检出3株对万古霉素耐药肠球菌，其中1株为天然耐万古霉素株。基因型分析结果为1株VanA型，1株VanCl型，另1株基因型不明。结论：已发现3株VRE。临床应合理使用抗生素，以防止VRE的爆发流行。     

运动性肥大心肌活细胞胞浆游离Ca2+动态变化的激光共聚焦研究以及局部IGF-Ⅰ和AngⅡ的变化

目的:研究运动与心脏重塑过程中心肌胞浆游离Ca2 ([Ca2 ]c)动态变化的生物学机制.方法:采用激光扫描共聚焦显微技术(LSCM)对STDIn Ca2 荧光试剂负载的运动肥大心肌活细胞[Ca2 ]c动态变化进行研究,采用放射免疫测定运动小鼠心肌局部IGF-Ⅰ和AngⅡ含量.结果:运动肥大心肌[Ca2 ]c变化表现为基值稳态和峰值显著升高,达峰时间延长(P＜0.001).心肌局部IGF-Ⅰ和AngⅡ显著升高(P＜0.001).结论:运动性心肌肥大与[Ca2 ]c变化、机械信号、IGF-Ⅰ和AngⅡ关系密切,机械信号、IGF-Ⅰ和AngⅡ可能是引起[Ca2 ]c显著升高,增强心肌收缩能力的胞外刺激因素.     

口腔医学专业学生认知风格与口腔正畸学学习成绩关系的研究

目的提出对学习策略和教学方式的改进建议。方法测试口腔医学生的场依存/独立认知风格,并用统计学方法分析其与口腔正畸学学习成绩的关系。结果①场独立认知风格是口腔医学专业学生认知风格的主体;②不同性别口腔医学专业学生的场依存/独立认知风格无显著性差异;③学生场依存/独立认知风格与口腔正畸学理论考试成绩有负相关倾向,与口腔正畸学实习操作成绩有正相关倾向。结论学习策略和教学方式因受认知风格的影响而制约学生学习的效果。     

岳麓区小学中高年级学生问题行为调查

目的 了解小学生早期问题行为的发生与发展，为开展相关教育提供帮助。方法 采用《问题儿童早期发现测验》(PPCT)对长沙市岳麓区部分小学四～六年级学生146名进行调查。结果 146名学生中，有20名(13．70％)存在不同程度的问题行为，男生的问题行为较女生更多，六年级学生出现的问题行为更严重。结论 小学中高年级学生问题行为的产生与其身心发展的不均衡、自控力下降以及所处环境的影响有关。
