生物信息学在肝细胞癌风险预测中的应用

生物信息学是一门交叉科学,通过综合运用数学、计算机科学和生物学的各种工具,来阐明和理解大量生物数据所包含的生物学意义。随着基因组学测序技术的不断发展,产生大量的生物学数据资源,从大数据中挖掘所蕴藏的生物学意义,已成为了当前亟待解决的主要任务之一。本文主要归纳总结基于特征基因的肝癌风险预测模型,为肝癌的早期检测、预后和治疗方案的优化提供新观点。     

Resting respiratory sinus arrhythmia moderates the association between social phobia symptoms and self‐reported physical symptoms

The present study sought to investigate the association between social phobia symptoms and self‐reported physical symptoms and the moderation effect of resting respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA) on this link. Data of 5‐min resting RSA, social phobia symptoms assessed by the Social Phobia Scale, and physical symptoms assessed by the Cohen–Hoberman Inventory of Physical Symptoms were collected from 167 undergraduate students. Results indicated that higher levels of social phobia symptoms were associated with higher levels of self‐reported physical symptoms. Resting RSA played the moderating role in the link between social phobia symptoms and self‐reported physical symptoms, such that social phobia symptoms were positively associated with self‐reported physical symptoms among individuals with low resting RSA, whereas this association was nonsignificant among individuals with high resting RSA. These findings suggest that high resting RSA as a physiological marker of better self‐regulation capacity might buffer the effect of social phobia symptoms on physical health.     

体外转染Cyclin A2基因对原代大鼠心肌细胞增殖的影响

目的探讨体外转染细胞周期素A2(Cyclin A2)基因对原代大鼠心肌细胞增殖的影响,为心脏再生提供细胞学依据。方法 SD乳鼠12只,分离、培养、鉴定原代乳鼠心肌细胞并分为3组,实验组:转染带有强化绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)和Cyclin A2基因的重组腺病毒(Ad-Cyclin A2-GFP);空病毒组:转染不含目的基因带有GFP的重组腺病毒(Ad-Null-GFP);阴性对照组:未做转染处理,仅加入等量的培养基。利用GFP示踪技术,评估原代心肌细胞转染效率;转染后的细胞继续体外培养3~5d,利用免疫荧光技术分别检测Cyclin A2、磷酸化组蛋白H3(H3P)、心肌肌钙蛋白-T(c Tn T)。结果 1.荧光GFP示踪表明原代心肌细胞的转染效率高达(97±0.74)%;2.免疫荧光标记显示,空病毒组和对照组结果相似;心肌细胞特异性标记蛋白c Tn T分布于细胞质,原代心肌细胞纯度高达(95±0.62)%;心肌细胞Cyclin A2主要在胞核内聚集,少数分布于细胞质。H3P为核蛋白在细胞核内分布。3.转染Cyclin A2后,实验组H3P阳性率明显高于空病毒组和对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);实验组可见大量多核细胞,以双核为主,伴少量3核细胞。结论腺病毒作为转染载体对原代心肌细胞有很好的侵染效率;Cyclin A2超表达促进原代心肌细胞形成双核。     

关节滑液检测在关节假体周围感染诊断中的研究进展

关节假体周围感染(periprosthetic joint infection,PJI)是人工关节置换术后可能发生的一种严重并发症,其导致的严重后果,无论对于医生还是患者来说,都很难接受。目前,由于多种不确定因素的存在,PJI诊断的准确性较低。传统的血清学检查、影像学检查有一定的价值,但是易受全身情况的影响,导致特异性不高。为了正确诊断关节假体周围感染,不同学科的研究人员采用各种不同的方法进行了大量的诊断研究,并取得了丰富的成果。近年来,关节滑液炎性标志物检测、分子生物学方法等被研究证实具有较高的敏感性和特异性。因此,关节滑液CRP、-防御素、白细胞酯酶、PCR技术等被广泛研究,期望能从中找到诊断关节假体周围感染的特异性指标,提高临床诊断的准确性。

Tanzania IR Initiative: Training the First Generation of Interventional Radiologists

Despite a population of nearly 60 million, there is currently not a single interventional radiologist in Tanzania. Based on an Interventional Radiology (IR) Readiness Assessment, the key obstacles to establishing IR in Tanzania are the lack of training opportunities and limited availability of disposable equipment. An IR training program was designed and initiated, which relies on US-based volunteer teams of IR physicians, nurses, and technologists to locally train radiology residents, nurses, and technologists. Preliminary results support this strategy for addressing the lack of training opportunities and provide a model for introducing IR to other resource-limited settings.
