Objective To study the distribution and quantity of CD44VCD24- cells in breast cancer tissue and the cell lines,and as well as its correlation with the expression of various breast cancer markers and molecular subtyping of breast carcinoma.Methods The expression of CD44 / CD24,estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor,HER2,human estrogen-induced protein PS2,bcl-2 and nm23 in 60 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast were studied by either single or double immunohistochemical staining.The co-expression of CD44 and CD24 in 3 breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7,MDA-MB-468,and MDA-MB- 231) was also examined.Results The quantity and distribution of CD44 + /CD24- cells varied greatly and no specific patterns were identified.The percentage of CD44 + /CD24- in breast cancer was 65%.The amount of CD44+/CD24- cells did not correlate with the age of patients,lymph node metastasis,tumor  size,molecular subtypes and expression of various breast cancer markers in breast carcinoma.The proportion of CD44+/CD24- cells in MCF-7,MDA-MB-468,and MDA-MB-231 cell lines was < 1%,5% and > 80% ,respectively.Conclusions CD44+ /CD24- cells are demonstrated in certain breast cancer tissues and cell lines.However,there is no relationship obtained between the quantity or the distribution of these cells and the molecular subtyping or the clinicopathologic parameters in breast cancer.  相似文献

目的 探讨枣仁安神胶囊联合艾司唑仑治疗心血亏虚型持续性失眠患者的临床效果。方法 回顾性选取2018年1月至2020年12月在长沙市中心医院接受治疗的110例心血亏虚型持续性失眠患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同分为西药组(n=50)与联合组(n=60)。西药组给予艾司唑仑治疗,联合组给予枣仁安神胶囊联合艾司唑仑治疗。观察两组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数积分(PSQI)、中医症候量表积分及血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)水平改变情况,统计两组的临床有效性及安全性。结果 联合组的临床总有效率高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组治疗后的PSQI总分、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率得分低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后的中医症候量表积分总分及头晕耳鸣、五心烦热、两目干涩、面色少华得分低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后的血清5-HT水平高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 枣仁安神胶囊联合艾司唑仑可提高心血亏虚...  相似文献

目的 检测CD44+/CIY24-细胞在乳腺癌组织及细胞系中的分布及数量,探讨其与乳腺癌常用标志物表达和乳腺癌分子亚型的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP双染及单染法,分别检测了60例乳腺浸润性导管癌中的CD44及C1724的共表达情况和ER、PR、HER2、人雌激素诱导蛋白PS2、bcl-2、nm23的单独表达情况,同时检测了三种乳腺痛细胞系(MCF-7、MDA-MB-468及MDA-MB-231)中CD44及CD24的表达情况.结果 不同病例标本中CD44+/C1724-细胞的数量差异较大,分布无明显规律,总阳性率为65.0%;CD44+/CD24-细胞数量与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况及ER、PR、HER-2、人雌激素诱导蛋白PS2、bcl-2、nm23表达情况无关(P均>0.05);CD44+/CD24-细胞数量与乳腺癌分子亚型无关.CD44+/CIY24-细胞在MCF-7、MDA-MB-468及MDA-MB-231细胞系中的比例分别为<1%、5%及>80%.结论 CD44+/CD24-细胞存在于部分乳腺癌组织及细胞系中,其数量及分布与乳腺癌的分子亚型和临床病理参数无直接关系.  相似文献

〔摘 要〕 目的:研究胃苏颗粒辅助奥美拉唑、铝碳酸镁片治疗活动期胃溃疡(AGU)的疗效及对血清胃泌素 (GAS)、超敏 C 反应蛋白(hs–CRP)及转化生长因子 –α(TGF–α)水平的影响。方法:选取长沙市中心医院 2017 年 1 月至 2019 年 1 月期间收治的 85 例 AGU 患者,随机均分为观察组(43 例)和对照组(42 例)。对照组患者给予口服 奥美拉唑、铝碳酸镁片,观察组患者给予口服胃苏颗粒辅助奥美拉唑、铝碳酸镁片治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者病灶 病理(溃疡病灶底部厚苔面积、溃疡周围黏膜充血面积、溃疡周围再生上皮面积)情况及幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)检测情况, 计算 Hp 根除率。评估并比较两组患者临床疗效。比较治疗前后两组患者血清 GAS、hs–CRP 及 TGF–α 水平。记录两 组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为 95.34 %,高于对照组的 80.95 %,差异具有统计学意义 (P < 0.05)。治疗后两组患者的溃疡病灶底部厚苔面积及溃疡周围黏膜充血面积和再生上皮面积较治疗前均减少, 且治疗后观察组患者的溃疡病灶底部厚苔面积及溃疡周围黏膜充血面积和再生上皮面积均少于对照组,差异具有统计 学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组患者的 Hp 根除率为 88.37 %(38/43),高于对照组的 64.28 %(27/42),差异具有统 计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清 GAS、hs–CRP 及 TGF–α 水平较治疗前均降低,且治疗后观察组患者的 血清 GAS、hs–CRP 及 TGF–α 均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗过程中两组患者的不良反应发 生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:采用胃苏颗粒辅助奥美拉唑、铝碳酸镁片治疗 AGU 患者疗效确切, 不良反应少,可有效提高 Hp 感染根除率,改善溃疡病灶病理情况,降低血清中 GAS、hs–CRP 及 TGF–α 的过量表达。  相似文献
