腹腔镜治疗盆腔、骶尾部巨大皮样囊肿一例

皮样囊肿是一种错构瘤,可发生在身体的许多部位,但发生在骶尾部的较为少见,骶尾部合并盆腔的巨大皮样囊肿则更为罕见。既往对盆腔的巨大肿物多采用开腹手术治疗,此病例我们成功的施行了腹腔镜微创治疗,效果满意。     

间苯三酚对结石性肾绞痛患者疼痛缓解的影响

目的探究间苯三酚对结石性肾绞痛(stone renal colic,SRO)患者疼痛缓解的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月本院收治的SRO患者126例,依据随机数字表法分为间苯三酚组与对照组,各63例。对照组给予双氯芬酸钠盐酸利多卡因注射液联合黄体酮治疗,间苯三酚组给予间苯三酚联合双氯芬酸钠盐酸利多卡因注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗1 h后疼痛得分及肾积水量、肾绞痛发作次数、缓解时间、结石排出情况、不良反应等指标。结果治疗后1 h,间苯三酚组疼痛得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。间苯三酚组肾绞痛发作次数少于对照组,缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。间苯三酚组结石排出率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论间苯三酚治疗SRO可快速缓解患者疼痛,促进结石排出,临床疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。     

The surgical treatment of the diastasis recti abdominis: an original technique of prosthesis repair of the abdominal wall

The Authors talk about on the surgical correction of the diastasis recti abdominis and underline its indications and aims. Firstly, they specify the possibilities and define the limits of the traditional surgical method. Secondly, they illustrate the rational of an innovating and original technique of prosthesis repair of the abdominal anterior wall setted up to treat the important diastasis recti abdominis. Particularly, this technique is the result of a kind of eclecticism and integration of some phases of the Quénu's self-plastic surgery and of the Welti-Eudel and Chevrel's technique. Thirdly, the authors describe the sequence of the times of the new technique and present the preliminary clinical experience carried out with it. Therefore, they determine gratifying and encouraging the findings of this method as regards the immediate and enduring curative efficacy (cosmetic and functional), the security and the compliance of the patient. Finally, in accordance with the outcomes, the authors decide to defend the undoubted reliability of the prosthesis repair of the abdominal wall to treat the big diastasis recti abdominis. Moreover, they intend to pass definitive judgement on the method after further clinical experiences on larger series of cases.     

认知功能障碍对老年2型糖尿病患者生命质量的影响

目的明确认知功能障碍对老年2型糖尿病患者生命质量的影响。方法对老年2型糖尿病患者112例进行简短精神状态量表(MMSE)及SF-36量表测定,分为2型糖尿病合并认知功能障碍组50例(观察组)和2型糖尿病不合并认知功能障碍组62例(对照组),比较2组生化指标及SF-36量表评分的变化。结果观察组与对照组HbA_(1c)、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、HoMA-IR等生化指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组的生理功能、生理机能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能和心理健康等8个维度得分均较对照组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论老年2型糖尿病合并认知功能障碍患者的生命质量降低,临床工作中应重视老年2型糖尿病患者的认知功能,采取相应措施,减少认知功能障碍的发生。     

SiO2粒径分布对牙科复合树脂性能影响

目的研究SiO2粒径分布对牙科复合树脂无机填料的填充量和物理机械性能的影响。方法采用经硅烷表面修饰的气相法纳米SiO2(NS)和微米SiO2(MS),通过调整两者相对质量比,与双酚A双甲氧基缩水甘油酯牙科树脂单体共混,制备了一系列牙科复合树脂M50N20,M55N15,M58N12,M60N10,M63N07,研究了不同SiO2粒径分布对无机填料的填充量,以及复合树脂维氏硬度、三点弯曲强度和断面形貌的影响。结果复合树脂中填料的填充量取决于无机填料的分布及比表面大小,当MS/NS=58/12时,复合树脂的无机填料填充量达到84wt%。M58N12表现出最高的三点弯曲强度(153.2MPa)以及维氏硬度(102.3MPa)。复合树脂断面的SEM形貌分析表明,纳米SiO2与复合树脂基体有较好的粘合作用。结论复合树脂中SiO2粒径分布对物理机械性能以及无机填料的填充量有较显著的影响。     

Hydroxytyrosol,a natural molecule from olive oil,suppresses the growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells via inactivating AKT and nuclear factor-kappa B pathways

The present study aimed to investigate the anti-cancer effects of hydroxytyrosol (HT) in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells. Our results show that HT could inhibit proliferation, induce G2/M cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in human HCC cells. Mechanically, we found that HT could suppress the activation of AKT and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) pathways. HT also significantly inhibited the tumor growth, angiogenesis and the activation of AKT and NF-κB pathways in an orthotopic model of human HCC in vivo. These data suggest that HT may be a promising candidate agent for the treatment of HCC.     

老年高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平对血压变异性的影响

目的了解老年高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸（homocysteine,Hcy）水平对血压变异性的影响。方法对120例老年高血压患者进行血清Hcy的测定及动态血压的测定,其中高Hcy组61例,正常Hcy组59例。比较两组血压变异性的变化。结果高Hcy组患者24hSSD（17．06±6．62mmHg蟠14．71±4．14mmHg）、dSSD（15．60±5．19mmHg螂12．01±4．15mmHg）、nSSD（12．93±2．32mmHg口s10．01±2．04mmHg）均高于正常Hcy组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论高Hcy组高血压患者血压变异性大,直接加重动脉血管的损伤。
