基于数据挖掘的陆鸿元治疗多汗症用药规律分析

收集陆鸿元门诊治疗多汗症处方并筛选出267首处方,通过数据挖掘分析,共涉及中药233味,得出关联规则54条,使用频次大于30次的药物40种,根据熵聚类得出新处方4个,总结陆鸿元治疗多汗症的临床用药经验和规律。陆鸿元治疗多汗症多以益气固表、调和营卫、养阴清热为主。

清金颗粒对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染肺炎模型小鼠的影响

目的观察清金颗粒对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)肺炎模型小鼠的干预效应。方法采用菌液滴鼻法制作肺炎小鼠模型。将实验小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、西药组和中药组,造模后第3日开始给药,西药组给予利奈唑胺灌胃,中药组给予清金颗粒灌胃,空白组和模型组给予生理盐水灌胃。造模后每日观察小鼠体质量变化及临床表现,第3、10日CT检测肺部影像学变化,HE染色观察肺组织病理变化,检测肺部载菌量。结果造模组小鼠感染后第1日体质量显著下降,感染后第3日肺部CT示两肺充满炎性渗出物;给药后第7日中药组较模型组小鼠肺部炎症明显减轻,炎性渗出物减少,仅有散在炎性渗出物,同时肺部炎性病理表现减轻,且肺部载菌量明显降低(P0.05),但较西药组效果稍差(P0.05)。结论清金颗粒能够显著降低小鼠肺部载菌量,减少肺组织炎细胞浸润,对MRSA感染肺炎小鼠有治疗作用。
